The owners of this home are generous and responsive hosts. The home was immaculate and clean. The home has finishes and decor of a model home. The open floor plan was wonderful when our family gathered together. Yet there were enough separate areas to provide everyone with space when needed. The first floor master bedroom suite was perfect for us and greatly appreciated. The 3 upstairs bedrooms plus the recreation room worked well for our family. The outdoor space was delightful. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of sightseeing and travel. The outdoor seating area with the firepit table was comfortable and cozy. Pictures of the yard don't do justice to the space. It is much more private then it appears in the pictures. We were in town for a family wedding having such a nice place to stay was everything!

We had a lovely stay at this home. Upon arrival, you are greeted by pleasant smell, fresh cut flowers, a personal card, and a bottle of wine. The house had adequate beds for our large family. The game room was a perfect hang out. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the weather. Our family loved to take evening walks through the neighborhood to view its charm. The location was central to all of our daily outings.
The hosts were great at communicating and responsive to any of our needs. As an avid plant lover, I absolutely loved the live plants throughout the house! I only wish we could have stayed longer as this was just a perfect getaway, and truly felt homey!
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

The owner has obviously put a lot of thought into their guests at this home. It is extremely clean and the beds are very comfortable! We were 3 sets of parents that needed our own place to stay while our boys competed with their team at the NAU 7 on 7. This home was a wonderful place to unwind at the end of 2 VERY long days! Best of all it was only 7 minutes from NAU! Only drawback was parking but would not have been an issue if we had only had 2 cars! Back porch was wonderful and well furnished, linens were comfy and not crappy hotel grade. The owner EVEN sent a personalized Welcome Card with a bottle of wine! Who does that? Talk about going above and beyond! We ALL highly recommend!

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful and spacious house in Flagstaff, Arizona. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches and amenities that made our vacation truly unforgettable. The flowers are even more lovely in person and the bottle of wine was an unexpected but appreciated surprise. The loft room became a hub of excitement for our teens, who spent countless hours enjoying the pool table and arcade games. My husband enjoyed his morning runs through the beautiful neighborhood. And for all of us, the hot tub provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. With a fully stocked kitchen and typical household items that we would have assumed that we needed to purchase ourselves (laundry detergent, condiments, coffee pods, etc), every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.
Moreover, the house's prime location served as an excellent base for our adventures in the surrounding area. From the Grand Canyon to Sedona, we found ourselves within easy reach of many amazing day trips. This house provided the perfect home away from home for our family. We are immensely grateful for the memories we created here and highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and adventure in Flagstaff. I stayed at this property with my wife and three kids as well as grandparents and my wife's family which included a 3year old and 3 month old. The house was comfortable for everyone. Grandparents stayed in the first floor bedroom so that they didn't have to go up the stairs which was a challenge at their age.
The property was close to downtown and a short drive to Bearizona which was nice to take the kids to.
Ramesh was extremely fast with his responses and very accommodating. The wives were all very happy with the fresh flowers and tasty bottled beverage waiting for us when we arrived.

Our group consisted of two moms and 4 teenage boys staying for a ski weekend. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood and close enough to the stores and restaurants. The house is beautifully decorated and modern in look. It had enough room all of us and had a game room which was key for the boys to hang out in after skiing. We were glad to be able to park in the two car garage since it snowed while we were there. We would come back to this place again.

We live in Phoenix but like a spend a weekend up in the mountains every winter with our friends so our kids can play in the snow. This house was perfect! So cozy and comfortable and the kids loved the game room and the hot tub was an extra special treat! The host was very friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect. Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time! Would stay here again.

Wonderful house with tons of amenities for families with kids! We had three families in our group - 6 adults & 5 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone! The bonus room was a hit for the kids and allowed the adults and children to have separate areas to relax. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We had eight adults and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. The home is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the pool table. Ramesh was very accommodating and quick to communicate. I was especially touched by the thoughtful surprise for my mom's birthday.

This property hosted by Ramesh was fir a weeding and I rented it have the whole family there. There was 7 of us. The pictures are true to what you get. Beautiful neighborhood and home. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Plenty of towels, kitchen ware and wonderful laundry room. Close to down town and restaurants. Garage was spacious and great! The host was available to answer questions propmptly. High speed wifi great and tv. Will definitely return❤️

This was one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed in. The host was great and available for any questions. They even left us a personalized message upon arrival. The house is spacious, well appointed, easy freeway access, close to downtown and is in a wonderful safe neighborhood. The downstairs office was perfect for the member of our group, who had to work remotely. The host excels in hospitality. Would highly recommend.

Our stay was very comfortable. Master bedroom on the main floor with 3 spacious bedrooms upstairs with a vey large bonus room with a pool table. Kids had their own space and everybody had a comfortable bed!
Great home base for our Antelope canyon and Horseshoe bend trip!

Our family group of nine enjoyed every bit of our stay at this property! The house was clean, easy to access, and included the small things like extra ice and laundry supplies that made us feel right at home. The owners were extremely responsive and even left us a sweet welcome note and bottle of wine. We would highly recommend!

Amazing place for family & friends
The dining room setting and bedrooms were perfect for my family of 4, and my friends family of 6. As soon as we check in, we instantly felt home. We absolutely loved every details. Beds were super comfortable, they even had extra comforters, which we loved. We will definitely come back for our ski trips next year.
