About this house rental
Spacious 4BR/3.5BA townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Private Hot tub, BBQ patio. There are 3 decks facing north to the Columbia River Gorge and Washington hills. The open floor-plan living room and dining room is a comfortable layout, with a dining area that seats 8 or more; a wall of windows captures the viewThree bedrooms upstairs include a master with a Jacuzzi-style soaking tub; all bedrooms open to outdoor decks. Televisions on all levels, wireless Internet. An additional lower master bedroom and bath (lockable with separate entry, fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, and patio) and laundry room are conveniently located on the garage level.This home donates 10% of net profits to local organizations supporting youth adventure. This year's recipient is Wylde Wind and Water.Parking in the driveway or the garage, and limited additional street-side parking; the bus to town stops at Safeway/Starbucks just a short walk away, or you can walk, bike or drive downtown. We staid here with two other couples and it was the perfect set up for multiple people, the space was large, quiet and had gorgeous views. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Nice location - short drive to downtown. Clean, well maintained. Amy was great. Promptly responsive and patient with my technology naiveté.
Great view of Mt. Adams.
Minor downsides - no hold bars in most accessible bathroom on 1st floor, while hold bars installed in 3rd story bathroom.
No washcloths?
In all, nice place for an annual rendezvous with old friends.

The accommodations were as shown. A couple of issues came up but were quickly taken care of by Amy. Hot tub was great and we would recommend this unit for a quiet, pet-friendly stay in Hood River.

Clean and comfortable stay. Four of us stayed at the house and each had a room of our own. Plenty of space to hang out. We didn’t get to use the hot tub as one of us was newly pregnant. The only feed back I would give is more toiletry supply. And one of the hairdryers didn’t work(no heat) but she would’ve replaced it quickly if we had’ve told her. I just didn’t have time to.

We had our first family getaway since 2018 with our five adult children at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and the property, which was easy to get to/from. Was a great time. Thank you!

Good location. Well equipped for groups. Property manager was great.
Heat didn't work in lower bedroom. Down chairs were leaking feathers. Some light bulbs need replacement.
Overall, no major complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in Hood River celebrating my moms birthday. The home was nice and large and gave our group plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. We appreciated how close it was to downtown but also enjoyed that it was a bit away from the business of the city. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast at home each morning and having three full bathrooms made it so easy for everyone to get ready without bring on top of one another. One thing to keep in mind is that there are a lot of stairs so its not ideal for groups that may have difficulty navigating that however, the basement room is a great solution for those who might not want to climb all the way to the third floor.

My family came to visit Hood River for a family wedding. The layout of the house was so great! The bedrooms were spacious, bathrooms clean, and the kitchen was stocked! We fully enjoyed our trip and recommend this house to anyone needing a family friendly home!

The listing was very accurate. Only a mile walk downtown and great views to wake up to every morning. We also loved the hot tub.

We enjoyed a weekend in Hood River for a family gathering. The 4 BR townhouse was very comfortable for our family of 5 plus partners. Comfortable furnishings inside, beautiful view. Hot tub was a bonus. We recommend the place.

We spent five nights and loved the property. Everything is as advertised. The only surprise for us was that in addition to the balcony off of the living room, each upstairs bedroom has its own balcony.

This spot was really well suited to our needs for my husband and I and our adult children and significant others. Great setup for privacy for six adults! It's quiet, clean and well supplied. Love all the outdoor decks on each floor! View of Mt. Adams is amazing! Location is close to several restaurants and Safeway which is great! Oak Street and that area is a 30 minute walk - so doable but not in heat! Driving wise it's close most everything. You do need to bring your own shampoos and soap.... Hood River is amazing! Would definitely stay there again!

Our family of four plus grandparents headed here after our high school graduation celebration for a mini-getaway. The multilevel home is spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked.
Because the Gorge view is impeded by trees/buildings and the balconies are too small to be very usable, I think the location is best for groups gathering in between outdoor activities rather than for those wanting to mostly hang out at the home, which is what we were looking for. Still, a lovely, easy stay.
Appreciated the home being dog friendly with a bark-chip doggy potty area in the back.
Plethora of stairs were somewhat difficult for grandparents in their mid-70s.
Communication with the property manager was excellent.

This was a wonderful property for our extended family - enough bedrooms and a lovely gathering area - in the living/dining room. Close to downtown and the Children's Park as well as nearby restaurants. Responsive Host.

Our family had such an amazing time at this beautiful property! The house was perfect for a big group including an infant! Everything was so clean with a perfectly stocked kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. We especially loved the cozy hot tub! The house is only a few minutes from downtown Hood River which was very convenient. We would love to return in the future!

If you get a chance to go to Hood River, stay here! Accommodated 8 adults and all slept comfortably in beds, we were such a short drive to everything Hood River had to offer, the property has gorgeous views and communication was great. We hope to be back again!

Very easy to rent and Amy was quick to answer any questions. The only recommendation we would make is it would have been nice to have at least the small hand soaps hotels provide in the bathrooms.

Well stocked kitchen utensils, dishes, towels, coffee makers, blender, toaster.......Hangers in the closet. Great outdoor spaces to enjoy on property. Enjoyed spending time on the front deck. Location: easy in/out. Quiet neighborhood. Timely detailed communications with Amy and AJ.

Family said they all slept well and the beds were comfortable! Such a bummer those trees out front have grown so tall, the front windows would have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Beautiful Stay
We loved this rental! It was spacious, fully stocked with utensils and pots/pans, and had comfy beds! Very clean and easy to keep clean! Amy was very clear about the checkin/checkout process and was easy to contact.
We had 8 adults here and never felt crowded.
We would 100% stay here again!
