Upper-level Floor: Entering the foyer you are greeted with an open-concept kitchen, gleaming vinyl flooring, and rustic wood decor living area. The living area is designed with an artistic touch to make guests feel very comfortable. The walls feature neutral gray paint, and above, a modern close-to-ceiling decorative 3-light fixture. There is also a large window for natural light. There is also a decorative X-frame rustic coffee table and TV stand. Guests can relax with a 65-inch 4K HDR AndroidTV with streaming access to Netflix, HBO, Youtube TV, Disney Plus, Youtube, Youtube Kids, PlutoTV etc.
Beyond that is the dining area and black-n-silver themed gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, mid-size eat-in island, white cabinets, and white Calacatta-Versila quartz countertop which creates a nice ambience for cooking enthusiasts.
The Master bedroom features large King bed and rustic X-frame bed side table hosting an alarm radio and a wireless charging stand, a Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with granite-tiled shower. Bedrooms #2 and #3 also offer eccentric decor, windows for natural light, and ample closet spaces. Both bedrooms share another full-size bathroom tiled shower.
French doors off the living room/dining room combo lead to the side porch with steps going down to the yard.
Lower level Floor: This floor features Bedrooms #4 and #5 and also both share another full-size bathroom with a shower tub with granite tile floors. Bedroom 4 features another 50-inch 4K AndroidTV SmartTV.
A small office exists on the lower floor setup with a beautiful rustic wood workstation desk hosting a 21-inch Apple Mac and Qi-certified wireless charging stand for latest iPhone/Android phones. Guests have access to a printer and superfast low-latency WiFi-6 router for all your smart devices with up to 980 Mbps fiber internet speed. The office area also provides access to mats for yoga workouts. Beyond the office areas, guests also have access to high-efficiency washer and dryer.
Guests can only park in the designated parking pad which can host up to 4-5 vehicles. Street parking is not encourage as this is a private community area.
Riviera Beach is a water privilege community with access to three bodies of water --- Stoney Creek, Rock Creek and the Patapsco River. A small fee provides access to the community boat ramp. Slips may be available for rent at the community marina.
