The No. 3 is a sleek, modern, condo in the heart of Downtown Marfa. This building was gut-renovated in 2017 after sitting empty (for sale) for over a decade and now houses a mix of uses from residential to office space. This unit has a prime location right in the core of Downtown Marfa next to Mutual Friends Coffee Shop, Alta Marfa Tasting Room, and one block from The Chinati Wool Building, JUDD Art Studio, Highland Avenue retail, and Hotel Paisano. The Sentinel, Marfa Spirit Company, Hotel Saint George, Marfa Wine Company, Planet Marfa, Para LLevar, and Hotel Saint George are all within a few blocks!

The No. 3 is the center unit of our building and does not share any amenities with neighbors. It has two privacy walled porches, high ceilings, a marble bathroom, black concrete floors, and is furnished with a mix and modern and vintage. We provide luxury linens, premium kitchen accoutrements, and upscale bath products. BBT Fiber Internet, 65" Samsung SmartTV and full size washer and dryer in the unit!

The bedroom has a king size bed (new in 2024) and settee with direct access to the back patio. The living area has sofa that folds into a twin bed, a desk and bistro table. The privacy walled entry patio has a lounge area with corner sofa and chair.

Perfect for two or three (on sleeper twin) - completely equipped, clean and comfortable, walking distance to everything... Lauren was helpful and complete in timely communications and easy instructions for arrival and departure... Highly recommended!

We used this condo as a launch point for many things we did in the area including McDonald Observatory. It’s a lovely little place outfitted nicely. Bring your drip coffee, tea and snacks and enjoy!

The entire process from booking, checkin, questions that we had, checkout process was perfect. Property was perfect and just as shown in pictures and details. Loved the layout and very cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking stuff and more. Bedroom was comfortable and lone split heater/ac was able to heat the entire unit within 4-6 hours and stayed comfortable the entire stay. Bathroom and shower area is big and can accomodate more than one person, rain shower head was heavenly. Patios, didn't use since we were out and about in town or Big Bend NP, but couch looks comfy. Overall home was in a quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs and was able to sleep in.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the tastefully decorated and efficiency of the place. I suggest a microwave, and some small cooking pans (there was only one large pan and multiple frying pans). We can totally recommend it.

Photos looked like 2 bedroom. Pullout couch in kitchen was too small for an adult. No paper towels or coffee. We were surprised it was only one bedroom. No dishwasher soap. Expensive for one Bedroom. Someone left booze minis in the couch/pullout. It felt dirty.

Access to the apartment was easy and the location couldn’t be more central. The place is cute and comfortable. I like to cook and was able to cook meals with a little help from Lauren who was very responsive to any questions. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

As a solo traveler, this was the perfect accommodation for me and my small dog. Anything you could possibly need was tucked away in this property. The historic Hotel Paisano was right around the corner and I was steps away from many of the shops in Marfa. Check in was quick and easy. Access is a breeze. Parking immediately outside the front door. Loved having both a front and back patio for the dog. Just perfect!

The location of this property is perfect! Takes about 4-11mins to walk to pretty much any of the bars/restaurants and it’s two doors down from Frama so it’s perfect to get a morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked, just make sure to bring spices and oils or butter if you’re planning on cooking! Bathroom was stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A few things to keep in mind: The front living space is much smaller than it looks in the photo. The bed and pillows were not comfortable for either one of us staying there (mattress is very firm). Also the shower walls and door have a few leaks so the bathroom floor and the carpet in front of the toilet were soaked every time either one of us got out of the shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the location and easy accessibility to everything in town.

This little condo is in the center of Marfa, walking distance to most things in town! Modern style is clean and refreshing. We had a blast exploring the art, pool scene at St George and tons of shopping, restaurants and bars nearby! Would highly recommend staying here! Only wish is to have some sort of shaded parking, as Marfa summers can be hot hot hot! But overall great property, location and price!

This rental is well located with several coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The home was as pictured and very clean. There were lots of places for storage. There was a large tv in the bedroom. The bed was not the most comfortable possibly because it had no bedsprings, but the bedding was clean and comfy. The kitchen was good for minimal cooking with a stove top and convection oven. There is cookware and dinnerware but it took us two days to figure out where the silverware was at. The bathroom was clean and roomy but the door to the walk-in shower didn't close tight enough resulting in water on the floor. It would have been nice to have a book out with recommendations on local places and possibly some menus.

Loved this apartment! As other guests mentioned, it is next to a coffee shop so great people and dog watching in the mornings. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, plus two fenced patios where the wi fi reached with no problems. This was our first visit to Marfa and we loved it. Great food - you should definitely make a trip to the Planet Marfa bar & restaurant for some tacos, the food is great but the location is a mashup of salvaged playground equipment, school bus, etc., that has to be seen to be believed. Tons of great food in Marfa, as well as super friendly people. Great trip!
