The Neighborhood:
Nashville's Music Row has given rise to epic successes and shaped the future of one of music's most popular genres. It is home to an artistic community unlike any other in the world. Music Row is Nashville's Most Famous Neighborhood, nestled amongst music studios and radio stations, and located only 1.4 miles from Broadway. Music Row offers you the best of Nashville, and is just far enough away from the action on Broadway to allow for a peaceful sleep. There are many pedestrians, cyclists, and joggers along with folks walking their animals and enjoying the safeness of our neighborhood. You will love it here!

Many of our guests use Lyft or Uber to travel the short distances needed to get to the main attractions of Nashville, to include the famous Broadway strip. As with any city, there are peak hours, when everyone is traveling, the fees vary but the normal fee within a couple of miles is normally about $6 or so.
Our property is also on a street with a dedicated bike lane, which is great for those looking to hop on one of the many Bird and Lyft scooters easily available on Music Row.

Close to everything. Can walk to Broadway.

The property was exactly as advertised. We were comfortable the whole time we were there. The AC was a little quirky as the room would get warm before the AC came on again, but all in all a great place to stay. We were able to walk to some very interesting places from The Vinyl. Food places were close, but, NOTE: some close at 10:00PM. We really enjoyed the Vinyl on Music Row.

Great stay. Construction going on early in the mornings which you can hear. Could use darker curtain/shade to get the bedroom dark. 2 in 1 Shampoo and conditioner while available is not good, had to go out and get our own. Sink water in bathroom doesn’t drain immediately. Overall still a lovely stay and management responded quickly to questions.

The neighborhood was so quiet but so close to all the action. The house was great and modern. The bed was wondeful and had the most comfortable pillows and mattress. Will definitely consider them next time we are in town.

My wife and i just finished a 3 night stay here.
Issues: 1) The apartment door was unlocked and door ajar when we arrived. We had to ensure no unwanted occupants before entering. There was no maintenance or housekeeping present. 2) Not enough towels so had to request more and received them. (if there was laundry onsite we would have done this like other vrbo properties 3) TV stopped working. 4) the worst item was the construction noise!!!! They were working on our builiding past 10 PM with large VERY loud crane for painting the exterior. SERIOUSLY. I asked them to stop at 10:20 PM and they wanted to continue. I continued to hear noise through 11:20 PM when the final crane noises finished. Then at 6:30 am the front crew construction started in!!!!! What about noise ordinance in this resedential area? ANY CONCERN FOR THE PAYING GUESTS!!!!!!!

The Vinyl was such a great place for our stay in Nashville. It was a central location for the many things we did. The studio was clean and had all of the amenities we could possibly need. The king size bed was extra comfortable and I was able to get a wonderful sleep. Our person that we contacted for questions was extremely attentive and prompt with her response. I would stay here again without hesitation.

This is our 2nd time staying at the property. The apartment makes for a great stay at Nashville. The beds are super comfortable. Christy is quick to respond both via email and phone calls regarding any questions or concerns.
We love the location as it is a quick Uber ride downtown.
We would stay again when coming to Nashville.

The space was immaculate, the service and kindness of the manager Christy was surely an added plus. We stayed 2 nights. We found a close by restaurant maybe 2 blocks from the space called Barcelona Wine Bar with plenty of tapas to be had - do check it out. If this space is available, grab it!

We had a four night stay and really enjoyed the property. Clean and easily accessed.

We loved it here. It was very clean. We always had a place to park. The pull out sofa was comfy for a pull out and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The sheets were soft and the towels were huge!!! They had snacks, coffee, mints, shampoos and soaps. Nicely stocked. The location was perfect for us. We came for Taylor Swift at Nissan Stadium, and we drove there in about 10 mins when there was no traffic. We walked to broadway in about 30 mins. It was nice weather and we didn’t mind the walk at all. We felt very safe in this neighborhood with our 2 children (10, 14). Would highly recommend staying here to be a little bit away from all the lights and noise of broadway, but still close enough to get to everything quickly and easily.

Nice location, first VRBO that provided a few little snackies and coffees, cream. There was one ice cube tray, a few more would have been nice. Hosts were great, very responsive. Would stay here again.

Our stay was overall great! We did have problems with check-in as the host did not tell us the actual unit we were staying in. They would not answer the phones or messages for over 30 minutes so my friends and I went to the doors with the code they provided and it luckily opened up our unit. What an adventure. Better communication definitely needs to be had.

Had a great stay. Apartment is striking distance to everything. Easy uber ride but we did a lot of walking. You must remember that there are other apartments and other people so you do have some noise but that's not a complaint. Nice to have coffee maker with pods. Lots of construction going on but I think that is probably all of Nashville. Overall we had a great visit.

Christy and the staff were excellent to work with. Definitely stay here again. Close enough to walk to some sights and only a short Uber away from everything else!!!! Wonderful visit and host!!!

This property could not have been better for my husband and I when we were in town visiting our daughter. Wonderful location. We had a great morning grabbing coffee and walking Music Row. Convenient to all the major sites. Owner has thought of every comfort and the tv is incredible. Unusual
Layout didn’t bother us at all. Enjoyed a round of bags to boot. We will be back.

Great apartment, a couple of things to improve.
Overall clean, cozy, comfortable bed and pillows, comfortable sofa and great TV. Shower had great water flow and drainage which is always good to have. Bathroom was super clean except for the toilet seat (based on how clean everything else was I’d assume the cleaning person forgot to wipe it, it had a visible residue and I cleaned it with a clorox wipe and it was removed immediately.
Another thing previous renter left a can of chewing tobacco underneath the attached to the bed night table and cleaners again missed it when vacuuming/moping the floors (always look underneath beds and furniture when cleaning between guests).
The host praised themselves with having excellent and open communication, however I kindly requested the possibility of an early check in, to which they replied they would let me know, and never did, as a host myself I know approximately when a unit will be ready and when it’s too uncertain to tell (fyi let someone know means a clear NO when the answer is no, no hard feelings, but the lack of an answer is worst than a No I am sorry we won’t be able to accommodate an early check in request, and by the way that means also letting the person know in a timely manner, the day prior or early in the morning not at 2:45pm when I decided to call you, when check in is at 3:00pm), by the way the code that you generated for me never worked (not after 3pm when the timer was supposed to activate it I also use the same Schlage smart lock) thanks to my call I got the other code.
Also there’s no need to reply guests kind follow up emails with a condescending tone “As I said I will let you know”. A simple I don’t know at this time but I will know by “x” time tomorrow, please check back with me again at that time for a more accurate response or something simple and kind.
Lastly, one of the days we stayed it was raining, I had the kitchen window open, and since the rain started not even 3 minutes had elapsed and the host sent me an email saying “it’s raining and kitchen window is open :)” I actually closed the window before even reading the email, that honestly rubbed me the wrong way, like are you spying on your guests or what? Next time send a generic email “dear guests forecast indicates rain all day, please remember to keep the windows closed to prevent water damage”.
I won’t be staying there again simply because of the weird interaction with the host, but the unit itself is pretty nice and the location was good too!

Great place to stay!
This was the perfect location for us to be in a quieter area of the city. We walked to lower Broadway (just over a mile) and took a short Uber ride back after some daytime bar hopping. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, listening rooms, coffee shops, etc. all within a few blocks (half mile or less) and are a lot less expensive and less crowded. We are not from a city and yet felt comfortable and safe walking in any direction.
The apartment and the building felt like it was either recently remodeled or fairly newly built. They were finishing up a few outside things and delivered a new couch during our stay. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed and bedding was very comfy. The courtyard area was nice with the fire pits and cornhole games and, if the weather was warmer, would have been a fun place to hang out with other guests.
As mentioned in the description, the bathroom area was different. There is a door to the bedroom, and a door to the living area but you need to walk through a part of the bathroom to get between the bedroom and the living area. It didn't bother us at all. Planning and timing is key! lol.
We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Nashville!
