The house was great...it was hot during our trip and having ceiling fans in the bedrooms and family room was perfect along with with window AC. We were able to keep the house very cool throughout our stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms great and kitchen well equipped for most anything. Close to anything Tacoma or Gig Harbor and very quiet area. We would stay there again.

Our primary home is under renovation but we were very lucky to find this property to have family stay at and host Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to host and the cute second bathroom came in really handy. The location was perfect and close to friends who also stopped by for a visit. Thank-you for everything, you made our Thanksgiving a success!!!

Cute craftsmen bungalow in a very nice quite neighborhood. Loved the updates and quirkiness of the bungalow. Will definitely be staying here again.

It is a nice little cozy place. It was SUPER clean and well organized. There has been a lot of thought put into organizing it so it os very welcoming and comfortable. I loved it how everything in the kitchen was labeled which made it very easy to orient and find stuff. Felt almost like home.

House was very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Near Point Defiance and Port Ruston. Had a couple of door knob problems; just annoying not dire. Got fixed within a day.

Nice little house in a pretty neighborhood. Very roomy. Would definitely stay there again. Well equipped and a nice bonus that everything is labeled as far as location.

There was nothing good to say about our experience at this rental or with vacasa. The day we checked in, the temperature in Tacoma was 93 degrees. The air conditioner in this home did not work and all the windows were painted shut, it felt like we were staying in a sauna. There was no welcome email or letter explaining how to connect to the internet. There were not proper sheets on the bed, just a flat sheet laid over the top of the plastic mattress cover. We were so sweaty at night that sheet stuck to us and then we were just laying on the plastic mattress cover half way through the night. We found a fitted sheet in the closet that didn't fit on the bed. The metal bunk bed in the other room was super rickety, my teenage kids said they were nervous that it was going to fall apart when they moved in it. Every time they turned over at night it had a horrendous squeaking. There was no toilet paper provided, so we had to make a run to the store for that. We tried to contact Vacasa about all these problems and just received an email stating that they had a high volume of emails and they would respond when they could. Then we never heard from them again. We tried to call and were transferred to a dead line. I would definitely not recommend this home and from here on out, I will avoid any rental property managed by Vacasa.

Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for me to work remotely while my daughter visited the area universities.

The house was nice and I would recommend, if it was not hot out. The house was in very nice condition except it was very hot out when we visited and you could not open any of the windows which made sleeping a little rough. It it was not so hot out the place would be wonderful. It did lack a few amenities like a hair dryer, shampoo etc., but had everything else. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the house is well cared for except the windows painted shut. It is close to the water front and the north end and as I said I would recommend it, if it was not hot outside. Just as a side note, watch out for the hole in the parking strip in the grass, stepped in and rolled my ankle, not injured, but could have been.

Property was very nice and quiet neighborhood. Beds weren't very comfy but they did the job. When it is hot there is no AC but fans. House stays quite warm. Would definitely go again.

The home was adequately furnished. We enjoyed the backyard and the outdoor furniture. The kitchen is adequately furnished.
Locating the lockbox for the house keys was a little challenging because as we walked to the front porch we saw a lock box. However, after several attempts to open we realized this was not the right one. We then noticed the location of the correct lockbox.. There is a nice park within walking distance. The immediate neighbors and street were quiet.
We are strongly recommending to the owner that the door leading to the basement/laundry area swing into the kitchen. Currently when someone opens the door there is the immediate risk of them falling down the stairs. Also if that door is not secured tightly and someone leans against the door they could fall down the steps.
The dishwasher door did not close easily and would just fall open. The mattresses move when turning over. In fact one night I fell off the bottom bunk bed as I was turning over. Luckily it’s a short drop to the floor. One side of the bathroom mirror fell off the wall. We propped up the mirror with towels to prevent it from falling to the floor. I reported the situation on line. When there was not a timely response I called Vacasa to make a report. We are hoping the mirror was reattach after we checked out-two days later. Would we rent again…yes if the basement and dishwasher doors are secured especially the basement door .
