A grill, a fully stocked kitchen, and an electric fireplace make this place a cozy home to bring the whole family. NEW!!! For an additional one time $50 feeyou can have access to the new game room and hot tub that was installed this last winter. A beautiful home that sleeps 11 people comfortably! Fully stocked kitchen and now offering a game room and hot tub for an additional one time $50 fee. There is a driveway to park your cars or boats. Parking on the street is also allowed. Hello! This is a stand alone home. I live and work in Branson and am available if you need me anytime during your stay. Please reach out for any questions you have while you are in town. 8 gals stayed for a womens conference at convention center. Location was awesome! Enjoyed the hot tub, big kitchen, covered deck in peaceful, quiet backyard. Only complaint was struggle with glass doors in main bath but alerted property manager and I'm sure that got fixed after our visit.

We made this last minute and it was great. Didn't realize there was a game room with video games, Galaga is my all time favorite game and they had one. Over all clean and tidy, lots of room. Nice property!

Great centralized location for attractions. Neighborhood a bit rundown. Yard needs some TLC. There was a smell of manure in the back yard so sitting outside and enjoying the evening was not overly pleasant. Property overall needs some TLC. Both screen doors were missing headers, so we were unable to leave the entry doors open because there was probably a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the doors. Main bathroom needs to be updated. Bathroom vanity cupboards were useless and filthy inside. Second bathroom was great. Just a suggestion furniture should be cleaned underneath after each rental.
Supplies were not adequate i. e toilet paper and garbage bags.
Game room was a plus for this property as it provided much entertainment for all!

We enjoyed our stay! The home is in a great central location! The house was clean. I chose this property because I like to be in a bright and open house. The photos made the house look very bright and open. The rooms were quite a bit smaller and not bright and open as the photos make it appear. This was a little disappointing to me. Having only one kitchen towel and cloth was challenging since we cooked a lot.

We enjoyed our stay in the house. The manager was very responsive. The location was great and it was an easy walk to historic downtown Branson and Branson's Landing. Our daughters loved the game room and spent every evening there. We hope to come back soon.

Quaint house. Very close to landing. It was too cold for us to try walking but seemed to be a walkable distance. Very clean and updated. Great for young kids with a little play area off the kitchen. Great for big kids with the play room out back. Would definitely stay again. The heat worked so well!

The girls in our family decided we wanted to get away a weekend. We came from Nebraska, New Mexico, and Kansas. It was perfect. It was within walking distance to downtown, and even closer to the trolley. We had an amazing time! The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The pull out couch was even the best I have ever slept on. The hit tub and game room is worth the extra $50! Would definitely rent again!

This property was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The pictures online were very accurate. It was very clean and well decorated. Very homey. The kids really loved the Rams Den and spent quite a bit of time there. It was so great to be able to cook for ourselves as the teenage boy only eats healthy and does not eat fast food. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Quaint property, plenty of room and within walking distance to old downtown. Three families: grandma, grandpa in one bedroom, daughter and son in law in another room. Son slept on sofa hide away. Third bedroom was for the children 16 girl, 13 boy, 13 boy, 10 girl. For our group, wish the "game room" had a day bed instead of gaming chairs. One of the boys (the non-complainer) slept on the floor (with the sofa cushions) in the gaming room area. THANK YOU for your hospitality!

Perfect for our Family
We rented this house for my husband, myself, our daughter and our 4 grandkids. It was set up perfectly for a big group. We all really enjoyed the gameroom and hot tub. The house has everything you could need and we already plan to return in the near future. The property is in a perfect location and the owners responded with any questions very promptly.

Easy access to the highway and back roads of Branson. Close to Branson Landing and restaurants. The house was perfect size and had great amenities. We enjoyed being with our family and celebrating Christmas together in this lovely home. We will rent this fantastic home again when we go back to Branson!

Great location
This comfortable cottage had all the amenities we needed for a family of 4 plus 2 grandparents and a teen girlfriend. The two bedrooms up front were great for my parents and I. The back bedroom with the queen bed plus bunk bed provided each teenager their own bed and space to hang out in the little game room. We did need to bring an extra folding chair since we had 7 and would be eating Thanksgiving meal at the table in the kitchen that provided 6 chairs. The only issues that came up during our stay was a Gfci went out on one of the outlets in the kitchen. Kate was quick to respond with an electrician that fixed the problem the same day we noticed it. The other was the dishwasher pods would not get used during a regular cycle. The door would not open up, so after the cycle the pod would be only partially dissolved. We started running the dishwasher without closing the flap and it worked better. They may need to replace the dishwasher as it was old and loud besides the soap pod issue. But, that is really just a minor thing. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved how close it was to Branson Landing and very easy to drive to the theatre district, outlet mall and IMAX. You can’t really go wrong with this property for the time of year we were there.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Easy walk down to Branson Landing. House was well equipped for our stay. Beds were comfortable as well. The kids loved that there was a lit Christmas tree waiting for them. Couple of minor issues: gaming system did not work and a full length mirror attached to one of the bedroom doors would have been helpful for the women.
