Perfect for Couples!! Come see a Rocket Launch in Sunny Titusville, Florida !! Located in the Historic District. You can feel the launch rumbles from the house!! Studio style but large enough to stretch out. Quiet restful environment with work space - FREE High Speed Internet and cable / plus access to Streaming apps via Roku, on 50" flat screen, spacious kitchen with full size fridge, induction cooktop, LUX Queen bed, private laundry and plenty of storage. The 9 foot ceilings make space feel larger and open! Brand new LUX Vinyl flooring installed 2023 - Brand new Cal King mattress - and 32" TV for bedside viewing - oversized leather recliner love seat -perfect for watching movies together! Rain head shower with nice HOT water and pressure - even for those over 6 ft - So many upgrades - a true Retreat !! Just 13 miles from the beautiful Playalinda National Seashore, 5 miles from the Indian River, with big public boat ramp. Beach Chairs and Umbrella provided. Close to all the attractions, just 48 miles to Disney World, 26 miles to Cocoa Beach, and check out our adorable small town with lots of cafe's and shopping. We offer Private Parking with room for RV or boat (certain models) - Private entrance - detached from Main home. Private fenced back yard with privacy fence. Private Laundry. Walk to best Coffee shop in town @rearviewcoffeeshop for breakfast or lunch, Winn Dixie .25 miles away. Ride the Coast to Coast bike trail - trail is close enough to ride your bike!! Titusville is just a two hour travel for us. Sometimes it’s just nice to get away from home for a few days. We absolutely love staying here! It’s very clean, well stocked with coffee, snacks water and even a few beers to get settled in. The location is close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, Kennedy Space Center as well as a short drive for Disney attractions. (Pier 220 is a great restaurant) We highly recommend Rocket City Retreat and are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Just a great escape for a couple. The entire experience was wonderful. The place was clean had everything you needed and not far from the beach or downtown area.

My husband had a men’s retreat weekend right down the street so we found this little paradise by chance. The accommodations were very though out. Bed was so comfortable as well as the leather reclining couch. The bathroom was generously sized with good water pressure. In addition the neighborhood was very nice. Sooooooo I felt guilty because I took full advantage of having some much needed “me time” while he was serving. Ran to Dixie Cross Thank you to the owners for all of the attention to details as far as decorating simplicity and comfort.

We loved this property. The hosts have thought of everything you could need. We were very comfortable and loved to be able to walk to Winn-Dixie and the amazing coffee shop. I would recommend this property. Five stars!!

Our stay in Titusville was great. Much better than a hotel stay. Everything was very comfortable. The place was very convenient to the Kennedy Space Center, the main reason we stayed in Florida after our cruise out of Port Canaveral. We were well informed about the checkin process as well as the use of the amenities such as the ceiling fan, air conditioning and kitchen appliances. Instructions for check out were clear on the information folder. Although we didn’t use the information in the folder, it was well organized and had a lot of good information. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean and fresh. The duel rocking recliners were great for us. We ate out every meal so we didn’t use the glasses, plates and dinnerware much. We appreciated the water that was left in the refrigerator. Not far from there is a Bar and Grill called Pier 220. We enjoyed eating there and the view was great. We watched a SpaceX launch from near Veterans Park.

Great studio! It had everything we needed and was super private. Nice touches with a few snacks and drinks, beach chairs and umbrellas and even a couple of beach towels. Easy check-in and out. We loved Playa Linda, had an amazing kayak trip and saw a Starlink launch too! Try Vine and Olive for dinner...

The house was clean and well supplied. The owners were very friendly and had provided nice little surprises around the room. We especially enjoyed the double recliners in front of the TV. This retreat is designed for two people. We hope to return.

We started our weekend with a text giving us all needed info to check in. When we arrived everything was just as expected. The neighborhood was nice and we actually checked out a local breakfast spot that was amazing!!! The weekend was wonderful and the location was close to everything that we wanted to do. We would definitely rent here again! We loved the decor and the kitchen was amazing, we didn’t cook but we did use the fridge, and microwave! This is the perfect spot for a couples weekend!!! Thank you so much!

I have been waiting for a return visit since it was damaged by a hurricane. They have redone it fabulously! It is the cleanest place we have stayed in. The code was sent well before check in time, and everything was perfect. We stayed for a week and not only enjoyed our visits with family and friends, but the downtime sitting in our own private yard, or watching TV using the new and very comfortable double recliner. We ate breakfast at “home” and lunch/supper at one of the many area restaurants each day. Thank you so much for the southern hospitality!

Everything was incredible. The hosts were attentive and gave clear instructions. The room was amazing from bedding to decor and little touches everywhere. They included extras that were unexpected. Every need was thought of and met. We'll be staying again soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was peaceful and well cared for. The special touches of snacks, beverages left for us was delightful. Downtown, restaurants and beaches are just a short drive. We planned our stay during a missile launch which made our stay even more special. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. My husband and I wanted a place close to the beach but also close enough to Orlando to attend Disney. This was the perfect location with a beautiful beach nearby! We loved the property and how modern it was. We were provided with many resources in the home, and it was a relaxing atmosphere after a long day completing different activities. We would definitely recommend to others!

We stayed here for the proximity to a wedding we were attending in Mims. It was just me and my husband and we had no issues with the space. Everything was clean and very accommodating.

The studio was immaculate, new, and filled with great stuff! Snacks, water and always love induction cooking. Vitorios Restaurant was a great find, just around the corner. Great enclosed yard for our small dogs. We hope to stay again next winter!

We have stayed at many VRBO's and this one, far and away, was the best. Spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well thought out. The space is designed very well for a couple with pets including a small, fenced yard. Anything you may have forgotten is likely provided and the location is very convenient to grocery stores, the space coast, and Merritt Island NWR. But the best thing about it may have been the host. The communication leading up to, during, and after the rental was second to none. We were so impressed that we tried to book additional nights! Thank you, Ronnie and Melanie!
