Welcome to the newest ski-in/ski-out building at Sugarbush! You'll be only 50 feet from Ski trail. The ski trail is named Out To Lunch and it is an easy trail for beginners. Enjoy a mountain condo with comfortable features at every turn, starting with a gas fireplace with plenty of room around it. Store your gear from the day's activities in the available lockers. The private balcony offers a wide view of the surrounding area and the shared, seasonal pool (which guests can enjoy access to during their stay). The full kitchen features full-size appliances, and there's plenty of tools on hand to help you cook up anything you're craving. Younger guests will love relaxing in the loft bunk room, which features extra seating and a full bathroom so everyone can enjoy their own space. Prepare for true mountain fun at a condo that pays tribute to classic rustic cabins! Additionally, you and your loved ones will have access to a community heated pool.

We had the best weekend at Mountainside! The condo was perfect for our family of five and we enjoyed the layout and the view from the balcony. The condo was very clean and the beds comfortable, parking was easy and location is great for access to everything in the valley. Highly recommend the condo for all seasons!

This condo is located on the 3rd floor which is fine, but there is no air condition in the property. On arrival it was 88 degrees when entering, I attempted to turn on the AC but there was not any! It was incredibly uncomfortable all weekend long. We went and bought fans and this did not make much of a difference. There should be a huge disclaimer in the ad! We were there for a wedding with multiple events. Doing makeup and hair was a nightmare. I assumed there was air conditioning, as there was not a disclaimer saying there was not. The place was clean and the management company was helpful when we locked ourselves out on accident.

Property and facility were awesome! unfortunately we didn't spend much time in the condo as we were very busy with the graduation day stuff, we will definitely be back in the winter to ski this amazing looking mountain. The condo was awesome and a great location.

This place is a true gem.
The decor gets you in the mood for the ski atmosphere. The cleanliness is 10/10. Communication with the management team was efficient . We will definitely stay here again .
You can actually ski from here and walk to restaurants and pubs.
We have been to many places . This one is top notch.
One thing we would love is TV in the bedroom. I admit that not all are are fans of this , but it's a must for us. Truly missed our shows after hitting the slopes all day .
That is our only negative .
Otherwise, this paradise cannot be improved upon.

Nice spot. “Bunk loft” is very spacious with steam shower. Clean place. Great for a ski weekend with 2 kids and 2 adults.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and took advantage of the ski trail that runs right behind the building to get to the Lincoln Peak base area. The kitchen had everything we needed and the condo was clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

What a nightmare! Drove six hrs to Sugarbush, Vt for 3 days of wedding events. Arrived at Mountainside condo, found the area fenced off due to construction. Drove around for 60 minutes trying to get close. Could not get anywhere near the condo with the car. Had to park in a lower parking lot and hike up to the condo twice to get our stuff there.
By that time we had missed the rehearsal dinner party. I called Vascasa the "visit trip manager", was on the phone with 2 people for about 90 min. They had no idea as, clearly, they were from a very foreign land. They gave me a local number for Vascasa of Ludlow and another for Trailside Accommodations. Numbers were not in service. Left a message at Vascasa telling them to get me, the heck, out of there.
Following morning they called back to say that we would have to park in the lower lot and hike to the condo, even though the booking there was parking for two cars directly in front of the condo. I told them that it wasn't even legal to rent a condo in a construction zone where emergency personnel had no access if there was a fire or medical problem. I said I was going to file a police report.
The wedding started at 4 PM, and of course at 2 they called to say that we had to immediately vacate the condo due to saftey issues because it was a construction zone. Duh! They told us to pack up, hike everything back down to the car, and either go home or go stay at another lesser condo.
I'd finish if I had more room. Pathetic!

Comfortable and clean, but there were dog piss stains on the slider curtain and carpet stains up the stairs. Construction that starts at 5:26am (read: BEEP. BEEP, BEEP). If there were instructions on using the TV, we missed them. It was livable, but we suggest you look for other options. Note: Vacasa was immediately responsive and helpful.

Wonderful condo with lots of space for a one bedroom. Easily fit our family of five. Updated and clean, about a two minute walk to the trail. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to access all area attractions. Only downside was that the air did not work and the loft got very hot even with the fans on.

Mountainside 61 is absolutely perfect. What you see in the pictures is what you get. We were very pleased with our recent stay and would stay again.

This condo was great for our needs on a short fall trip. Everything was clean and seemed almost brand new. We had a toddler, so my only recommendation would be to have a baby gate for the stairs as this is a perfect option for families wanting to stay in the area.

The home is comfortable and spotless! The bed is very cozy. You need to plan ahead for meals as most restaurants are closed in the off season

We have stayed other places where there is a book of restaurants, shopping , attractions etc. would recommend a book like that for people who may be unfamiliar w the area, we knew what we wanted to do and go but I’m thinking for people who are unsure of the area it may be helpful.
We were unclear about trash etc and what we needed to do with it.

Beautiful condo. Well maintained and clean. King size bed was very comfortable and both bathrooms were great to have. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals (there’s a Shaws 12 minutes away). Would definitely stay again!

Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Beautifully done. I would think about a curved shower rod in the bathroom though. That little extra room is nice.
