Perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 20th anniversary! Great location, house was spotless, and easy access to the lake for kayaking. We would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in the tiny home! We did several hikes and took advantage of the kayaks & hammock. One of the highlights was a kayak ride at sunset. The views were stunning.
Also, the house was adorable and had everything we needed! I appreciated that shampoo and conditioner were provided. Not to mention, the ample cleaning supplies which made wrap up a breeze. The townies were so kind and we really enjoyed the food and hospitality at the general store.

This is a great spot for a getaway! The space was spotless. There was a lot of privacy. The location was close to everything we needed. The space is cozy and super fun with the hot tub and fore pit!
We we are able to enjoy the included breakfast, which was great before skiing!

We had a great weekend away. The house was clean and cozy. The weather didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the water or the fire pit, but the hot tub let us spend some time outside. Breakfast and lunch were a nice treat!

Perfect rural, lakeside Vermont getaway. House was just as pictured. We did a couple trips into Wilmington for food, coffee, shopping. Went to Molly Stark park, brewery and distillery.

Perfect retreat from everything but without any extra work to acclimate. Chris, the owner has done an outstanding job of creating a creature comfort home with amenities that feel like home without whatever it was you needed to get away from in the first place. I am looking forward to that retreat again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the tiny house!! The house was just the right size and the backyard was cute and quiet. The fire pit was awesome, the view of the lake was beautiful. Chris was a super nice and responsive host. We went to his general store for breakfast and lunch and the food and service was awesome. We stopped By the tap room for a beer and to listen to the live music, it was a great time! Will definitely be returning!

Check-in was easy enough, make note of code before you get there because we didn’t have any wifi once we got in the area. The house has everything you need. There’s a binder with local info and info re the home. Every morning looking at the lake was the best part of our stay here, it really is gorgeous. We used the hot tub and took the kayaks out on the lake. Our pup loved all of the grass to run around on and the property was well kept. Location isn’t around a lot of businesses but within about 10-15 mins you can get to coffee and food…aside from the general store that is even closer to the home. We would book again!

Obsessed with this Tiny Home. It was GORGEOUS. The whole house was spotless. Out front, out back, the whole thing was immaculate. Saw some other reviews about the house being so small. It is a TINYHOME people! Perfect for my husband and I. Was super quiet and secluded. You felt safe and comfortable. Loved the fact that breakfast and lunch was included at their general store. Everyone who worked there was SO friendly and gave us no issues. Not to mention, the food is incredible! I keep telling my husband how badly I want to go back. Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time in this tiny house. It was perfect for our needs. The breakfast and lunch provided were delicious. The General Store is also attached to Jax on Tap - a super fun tap house complete with an old school Skee-Ball game and pool table. The property was very private with a small dock to launch the kayak from. The hot tub was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay at this tiny house on the lake. Lake and surrounding area in Southern VT was beautiful. Tiny home had everything needed to accommodate two adults and a dog. Great yard for the dog and a nice yard to relax in. Owner was responsive and helpful for any requests. Would recommend the spot for anyone looking to get away for a few days.

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. Perfect for 2 people - very clean, cozy and private. Sadawga Lake is very quiet and great for kayaking along with several other lakes and reservoirs in the area. The house has a beautiful view of the lake. Loved the hammock by the water and the fire pit in the evenings. Would definitely like to stay here again.

This tiny house is the nicest we've rented. It's clean, in great condition, and just big enough. The included breakfast and lunch were delicious and a pleasant surprise. Very responsive super host.

We enjoyed our getaway. The stay was peaceful and cozy. May have to travel about 30 mins or more for shopping and activities. We stayed during early spring though.

The tiny house is in the perfect location...convenient to local attractions but quiet and private. Hot tub was heavenly and the views were wonderful. The house was perfect for me and my dog and had many special touches. The host gave very detailed check-in info, along with suggestions for local visits. I'd love to return someday!!

We loved our stay in the tiny home. We took advantage of their tandem kayak one day from their dock. (Used our SUP next day). We biked down to Glory hole another day. Boy is hilly there. Their home is at the top of a hill.
While the kitchen had a bit of seasoning it didn’t have salt so be sure to bring your own.
They put out Hershey’s kisses, syrup and popcorn which we ate.
We enjoyed the hot tub the first night. It was wonderful but smellled musty and I reported it to the owner. I was also stung by a wasp (based on photo of the sting and later seeing the insect fly into its hiding at the corner of the hot urn)while in the hot tub I alerted the owner. I wasn’t able to find bug spray. I imagine the hot tub might not have been used much in the summer so it was a nicer option for the wasp.
We had a lovely fire one night. They have a nice fire pit. Their fire pit is rather close to the fire pit of the next property but those guess never used it.
This unit is not great for AC babies in the summer. Window unit only on the front room. September we kept windows open and loved it.
They require you leave the kitchen as found so a bit more effort for clean up than usual.
Owner was super helpful and responsive.
They leave a cell phone in the home for use if your cell doesn’t have reception.
Would be be nice to have a table on the deck and an umbrella!
He does supply some kcups for use. That was nice.
It was cool to check out some of the little water ways in the island. Loved watching the birds and insect fly around outside.

The tiny house was everything we hoped for and more! We so enjoyed the attention to design detail the owners obviously took. It was very peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed … a grill, hot tub, fire pit, kayak and beautiful lake view. We will definitely be back!!!

A great little house for a couple's getaway (with their dog!) The home is a cozy size for two, with a sizable back deck with a grill, a great hot tub, and easy lake access plus provided kayaks. Great stargazing and good fishing. Wilmington is close enough for easy access but far enough for you to feel off the beaten path -- plus the Mass MoCA is only about 30 minutes away. Chris was a communicative host. Note that use of the kayaks is shared with another rental property across the street (though this didn't really impact our stay).

We had booked this stay to just get away for a couple of days. The home was lovely and offered everything that we needed (coffee, comfy bed, etc)! Quiet kayaking around the pond in the a.m. and relaxing on the deck and soaking in the hot tub in the p.m. Only negative was having to leave! Thank you so much!

Place was small but looked to be new. Very clean. It was in a secluded area and about 20 minutes from Mt Snow. Place was large enough for a couple but not for extended family.

My boyfriend and I stayed her for 2 nights and were very impressed with this house. It was extremely clean and had everything we could need. The living room has big windows that let in a lot of sun allowing you to see the beautiful views. Chris is very easy to contact and help with anything you need. There are plenty of bars/restaurants about 10 min away. I will say the only grocery store is Shaws and is very $$ so account for that! We can’t wait to be back when the ice has melted to get out on the pond.

Lovely weekend away
My husband and I enjoyed this tiny house. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We checked in early due to an impending storm and Chris was very accommodating. The hot tub was wonderful, their were mountain views on one side and the lake on the other. It was not great cell phone reception and they were kind enough to leave a phone we could use for Internet service and a Bluetooth speaker we enjoyed for music Would definitely stay again. I would say that this is perfect for a couple!!

Amazing
This was one of the best and biggest “tiny” homes I’ve stayed at. Unbelievable views from every window you look out of, and the hot tub really made our winter stay that much better. Will definitely be back! Also Chris was so helpful and responsive, it was my first time using Vrbo but he made it easy.
