Once inside, soothing neutrals and tranquil blues transport you to a serene state of mind where all your stresses seem to melt away. Boasting four bedrooms, garage parking, a private courtyard, and an absolutely sublime central location, Terra Casa Cottage & Carriage House is the perfect place to escape the everyday— and immerse yourself in laid-back coastal luxury.

In the cottage, the main level is airy and bright, with exposed heart pine beams overhead and blond oak wood floors. The walls are bathed in soothing pale blue and crisp white, creating a lovely, calming palette. In the living space, a plush sofa and armchairs face the wood-burning fireplace and HDTV. Next to the living area is a spacious dining area with seating for eight.

The coastal blue and white color scheme continue in the kitchen, where crisp white double-stacked cabinets are balanced with dramatic, glossy black quartz countertops. The efficient u-shape design of the kitchen includes a double refrigerator, electric range, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is also conveniently located close to the garage entrance, allowing for effortless delivery of groceries and other supplies.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I rented this home for six days over Christmas. Our daughter and her husband and their 15 month old son were with us. We flew in to Panama City airport and picked up our minivan rental, we called a head to have an oxygen for my husband, playpen, baby gates and toys all set up. The home was beautiful and spacious with views of the ocean from our bedroom, we had private access to the beach, shops and restaurants were a short walk away. During the day we would explore other beach towns up the road, shop and eat seafood. The Pearl Hotel and the Florida Fish house were two of our favorites. I packed a 3 foot tabletop Christmas tree for the living room. We had a nice week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are fortunate to take our kids and grandparents to Rosemary for our family trip. This was the best house yet. The location was the star, and the home itself was very welcoming, comfortable, and the management company was very quick to respond to any issues during our stay. The only "complaint" would be that the kitchen was a little sparse on cooking utensils and pans, but we like to cook while we are there and eat a lot at the house with the kids, so that might not be an issue for others. This stay was quite the treat, and we would again.

We loved our stay at Terra Casa. What a charming, beautiful and comfortable home. The location is perfect, so close to the beach, and our children and grandchildren loved playing on the green space out front. The proximity to Coquina pool is excellent, and we loved that we could walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in a great location. Steps from the beach and a short walk to the town center with all of the restaurants and shops. Great place for a family to stay. We do have a few things they need to fix or improve inside the home though. There are only a few forks and spoons you’ll find yourself washing them constantly if you have more than two people staying. The oven door doesn’t close all the way, so it takes forever to cook meals in it. There is also an ant problem. For a home in this price range, you should NOT have to deal with ants. There were ants on the counter tops, ants on our dishes. If you have food on the island to prep for a meal, there were ants. They were outside the doors on all of our beach stuff, getting inside our bags and on our chairs. They were everywhere. The biggest issue we had though was that we were told in writing that we could bring a tent (10x10 or smaller) to the beach as long as we set up in the designated area. We hauled our tailgate tent all the way there and were told that was not allowed. The beach chair rental company said they have told the home rental company that rule has been changed all year, but they keep giving renters the wrong information. We then had to spend $96 to rent umbrellas on our first day. We ended up getting a refund since we could prove that we were told it was okay. Still a hassle and a huge item we drove 10 hours with for no reason. Don’t make our same mistake. You can’t have a tent, no matter what they tell you. Go buy an umbrella and some chairs from Publix. It’ll save you a fortune. Rentals come out to almost $100 per day for chair setup.
Overall, we had an amazing experience. The green space is right outside the front door and is the perfect place for kids to gather and play sports in the evening. Our kids had the best time there. It really is the ideal location and the home is beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. For a home that is near $20,000 for a week,
