We enjoyed our stay at Beech Mtn. This cabin had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Check in, 58° in house, turn thermostat up and nothing. Try to start gas logs and nothing. Call service number, they tell me to try several things and nothing. They tell me they're sending someone out, this was at 3:30pm. At 6:00 pm 4 members off my party around after skiing all day, they go to take a shower and there's only four towels for an 8 person cabin that 7 are staying at during our trip. I call service number AGAIN. I'm told at that time no one will be out until the next day. I was furious, how are we going to get and stay warm and how will we all shower. Luckily we final got the thermostat to work. The next day a service guy comes to fix gas logs and after trying for a bit and making numerous calls he tells me he's unable to fix the issue that without the remote they won't work. Wonderful, not! I am him if he has the towels and he is like what towels, so he calls and asks. He tells me someone will be by to give us some. He also tells me we'll receive a inconvenience Credit after we check out. At 4pm on the second day, more than 24hrs of being there someone shows up with towels. Real?¿? The place wasn't the cleanest. Trash was left on the balcony in a trash bag, dishes had food such all on them, the bathrooms weren't that clean, there was opened food left behind... by no means what we were paying for. Fast forward to check out, we have no directions if there is anything special we need to do, we take ALL trash out, even what's not ours, and make sure the place is

Cozy unit with beautiful views and plenty of room for our group (4 adults, 4 kids).

Poor directions by owners which made it extremely hard to find the place. Not to mention, they provided us with wrong code, and could not get ahold of anyone from Vacasa to figure it out… horrible customer service. Had to wait outside for two hours. Pictures will have you fooled, this place does not look anything like the pictures. Area is WAY smaller. Towels were still in dryer & very few amenities provided. Definitely come prepared. As mentioned in a review 3 years ago, fireplace still does not work.

We had the best time staying at this property. The views were spectacular everyday, even on the cloudy day. The condo was decorated so cute and made you feel cozy. It was very spacious as well. Location is great and not far from any of the activities! We will definitely be back to stay in the fall again.

The condo was cute, filled with everything we needed, and a great place to get away!

This property has everything you need. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful view. Couldn’t ask for more. Loved the deers in the neighborhood. One suggestion is to place glass in the window of the upstairs bedroom that looks down into the living room. It doesn’t provide adults any privacy without glass.

Directions to unit are unclear, and calling Vacasa was NO help.
To avoid serious injury to guests, I suggest clear directions on how to find the unit once you arrive at the Villas. (Like which of the five story icy staircases might lead to the unit.) This unit is not accessible to anyone who is even slightly mobility challenged, and this should be made more clear in the description.
No wifi password, no guest binder. Vacasa finally provided 48 hours after check-in. Fireplace didn't work, Vacasa provided no help on that.
Home is fine, could use better light bulbs, better quality linens (likely both Vacasa issues), and clear closet in main bedroom downstairs.
Loved that kitchen items were all brand new, and kitchen was well-equipped. The bidet in the upstairs bathroom provided a good laugh when my daughter got sprayed in the face with it.
I really wanted to give this villa 4 stars, but Vacasa's poor handling of the property lowered my review.

What a great place! Walked in to a roomy, open apartment that had all the essentials covered. The decor was fantastic and paired nicely on the Beech Mtn theme. The fireplace made our stay as it warmed the whole house with little effort! All the rooms were cozy, the beds were comfortable. And had all the amenities that you could ask for in a rental. As a group of friends, the open living room was great for socializing and then retiring to all our own separate rooms was unbeatable. BONUS: we saw deer outside our balcony and doorway every morning. It was great to sip coffee and watch them graze in the morning while the fog rolled over the mtn. Wonderful stay!!

We had a great time at Yopp Mountain while attending the Woolly Worm Festival this year! The house was cozy and decorated nicely and the view was awesome. The access road is a little tricky but it all worked out fine. Great stay!

The property was amazing!! Just as described in the listing. Clean upon arrival, stocked with supplies (Toilet Paper, paper towels, guest soap and shampoo), spacious and the views were amazing!! Beds were very comfortable!! I would highly recommend for others. Trust me you will not be disappointed!! We went for a weekend getaway to celebrate our grandson's 4th birthday and the rental was big enough for him to run around without bumping into anything. We celebrated by going to Tweetise Railroad.

This home is lovely and the view is beyond words. My family went for an App State event and were so happy to relax in this well appointed hideaway on the mountain. Such a good price for what you get. We will be back!

The location of this property is awesome! The condo was very nicely furnished and by all accounts the pictures posted are accurate. The down side is the parking situation and we were not made aware of that before hand. There were no check out instructions. I attempted to contact the host, but didn’t not hear back until after we had left property. So, we did what we normally do upon checking out. Take out your trash, run dishwasher, linens…etc.

Beautiful place with a great view this cabin was the perfect weekend getaway! Only downfall was walking up and down a lot of stairs but the stay was worth it!
