About this house rental

Located in the heart of one of Nashville's hottest areas known as "Music Hill". No detail spared in this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom designer home that has been thoughtfully curated for a luxury guest experience. Each Bedroom has a Plush King size bed. Minutes to Downtown Broadway, The Gulch, and walkable to Melrose and Berry Hill attractions, this is an AMAZING LOCATION regardless of what you've come to town for.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

Located in one of the most desirable areas of Nashville on a quiet dead end street minutes from 12south, Gulch, and Downtown. Melrose in Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

The home is spacious, well-appointed, and conveniently located! My son’s band was in Nashville recording and this was the perfect home-base for us! Lots of space and great communication from hosts. Will definitely be back!!

We stayed at this location for nearly a week and we would highly recommend it. A nice central location and only a $10 Uber to downtown. It was very clean, very well maintained, nice and big and we loved the roof top patio.

We enjoyed our stay. Had trouble with getting the fireplace to stay lit and a leaky pipe above the kitchen but the communication with Laura was good. Overall a nice place close to everything.

The location was wonderful, super clean, hosts were fabulous and we loved the size and decor. The beds were comfy, lots of extra pillows. We came for my youngest son’s 21st birthday and it was a short Uber trip to Broadway and the sights. We had a wonderful time. We would stay here again for sure!

This was a beautiful property. Very clean, smelled good, and plenty of room. There were six of us that divided 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds. There were also two couches that someone could have slept on easily. We loved the rooftop fireplace. Loved that there was a garage for our use as well that two cars could have fit in easily. Kroger was just up the street for any items that we needed.

The property is enormous and well appointed. Would highly recommend for stays with family or friends. Plenty of bedrooms and spaced out across multiple floors giving everyone their own space.

This was a beautiful home! Clean, well equipped, and in a great location. The stairs were a little hard after a night on the town, but overall it was a great stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. It was very clean and pictures don’t do it justice. It was around $10 to Uber downtown. Located in a very safe feeling neighborhood. The only downside, which wasn’t a issue for us, is there are couple of flights of stairs. We will be planning to stay there again.

We booked this place to celebrate a friends 30th birthday. The place looked just liked the pictures and it was such a great place to stay! The beds were all comfy, the master shower was so large, and the rooftop was a perfect place to hangout and admire the downtown skyline. We definitely would stay here again!

This place is stellar. Beautifully appointed, large, oversized rooms, bathrooms and gathering spots. Close to Broadway, Belmont, Vanderbilt and so many cool Nashville neighborhoods. Perfect home for my large group!

New construction with beautiful decor and super clean. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 11:45pm, we felt drafts in windows upstairs and upon checking more closely, the ground floor and upstairs windows would not lock and we did not feel the house was secure enough for us to stay there. So, we found a hotel to accommodate us and even though it was a disappointing VRBO experience, we enjoyed our first visit to Nashville. The property manger was able to issue a full refund and we are thankful for that.

We wanted a place for 4 Middle Aged couples so each would have their own room and we would have all we needed to cook a few meals etc.. This place delivered and more. They understand the needs of the VRBO people. Bonus a 10-12$ Uber to Downtime. And easy to cleanup and leave. We will be back next year.

We arrived for a fun weekend in downtown Nashville. Our group of 8 was impressed with the space. We had a two car garage and the living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc were very neat and clean. Nice stock of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Host was great with communication. Very thorough. We all enjoyed our stay. We paid anywhere from $10-20 to Uber downtown. We would definitely stay here again!
