No detail spared in this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom designer home that has been thoughtfully curated for a luxury guest experience. Each Bedroom has a Plush King size bed. Minutes to Downtown Broadway, The Gulch, and walkable to Melrose and Berry Hill attractions, this is an AMAZING LOCATION regardless of what you've come to town for.

I’ve been to Nashville many times and this has been my and my friends least favorite experience.
Cleanliness: this was our biggest concern. There was literally what seemed to be vomit residual on the walls in the upstairs hallway (gross) and not one but 2 of my friends found dried blood on the sheets and we ended up having to wash them before we could go to sleep. The dishes were gross and unusable without a second wash.There was used floss on the bathroom floor. It was like no one actually took care when they cleaned it.
Another concern is the way they go about checking in. Check in is at 4 pm which i think is crazy. But when i asked if early check in was possible, instead of allowing us to come in early they charge $100 on top of there already pricey sum based on meh location alone even though they didn’t have anyone staying there the night before and could easily have let us come a little early to make our stay better at no cost like many hotels do.
I would avoid this property and look closer to Broadway if you’re.weighing cost vs savings. Just spend the extra money to be closer. Maybe you’ll actually end up in a rental that’s been properly cleaned and vetted.

My family of six stayed her very comfortably. We loved all the king bedrooms. Plenty of seating for all in the living room and kitchen. Watch the age and mobility of folks, I had a couple of older, heavier women and managing the stairs to get to bedrooms was not easy for them, as were the modern low platform beds. (didn't realize that would be an issue as we came in from different states) However the mattresses were very comfortable. We loved having the parking garage and app control. We minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend, especially if young or middle aged group.Over 65, all the seating and beds were low making it difficult for them.

We were in town for our daughters bachelorette and future son in laws bachelor parties. We had 9 adults. The house was just what we needed. 4 bedrooms and a pull out in the "loft" area worked perfectly. Us older folks were happy to relax and recuperate on the 3rd floor balcony after all the festivities in town. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Communication with Laura was top notch. She was able to accommodate early check in since we arrived early morning and late check out since our flight was later in the evening. We would stay here in a heartbeat again

This newly renovated property in Berry Hill was the perfect place for our family celebration! The property was very clean and located close to all Nashville has to offer, while providing a quiet place just far enough away from the crowds to unwind after a day of great food and music.

The place was beautiful, well stocked, clean and a great location. Short Uber ride to Broadway and a short drive or walk to 12 South neighborhood with great shops and restaurants! This was our first visit to Nashville and the rental fit all of our needs!

I can say the house was nice, but had a huge Crack in the front window and the kitchen had ants on the counter and the island. We had no dish towels to dry dishes. The location of the house was not very far from Broadway, but there is nothing close to the house. There is a train that goes through at all different times.

Check in and out was a smooth process. Place looked exactly as the pictures. Having the garage door openers really helped. The iron and ironing board was in the master bedroom closet and not in the laundry room, which was odd, but we found it. We would stay here again.

This property was listed as new. It was not thoroughly cleaned at all. This is not a company I would trust to use again. There are marks ALL OVER the walls, there was hair in the bathroom, hair on the sheets and they were dingy and didn’t look like they had been washed, the fabric headboard was dirty, the towels looked like my old “cleaning” towels they were black but were dingy/faded with bleach spots, and the shower curtain was not something you would want to brush up against (seriously this should be washed weekly). The area is not the greatest but a short 10 minute drive gets you to a better area. Ashley the property manager was very apologetic and kind. She came over and they put new linens on the beds and re-cleaned the unit. She offered to refund our cleaning fee but according to my credit card statement this did not happen. I cannot recommend this property or company.

Been friends since high school (let’s just say many decades ago!) met up in Nashville with wives and saw many sites. Property and communications was perfect had a great comfortable stay in the property. Definitely use it again when/if we get back to Nashville.

We found this beautiful place and so glad we did. The house is basically brand new and such a great place to stay. It’s about a 15 min ride to downtown. There is a Kroger and other stores about a 7 minute walk away. All 4 bedrooms were big and the beds were super comfy. Our group of 4 couples will come back and stay here again! Thanks!

We stayed in Nashville in May and had no idea it was the same weekend as the Taylor Swift concerts, but everything went well. This location was clean and we had our 3 adult children plus a girlfriend with us and there was plenty of room - 4 bedrooms with comfortable king size beds and 3 full baths and a half bath gave us plenty of room. There were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, soap and shampoo provided. It is just a short ten minute Uber ride to downtown. We sat out by the fire on the top floor and had snacks and drinks and it made a great place for family laughs. I really cannot think of any negatives. We made great family memories this trip! Thank you!

The location is great. All rooms having king size beds makes this a great place to have an adult weekend with friends or family. It's a brand new property so the kitchen isn't ask stocked as some other rentals we have been to. Also, there are only two towels in the bathrooms, but there are two dryers so you can easily have dry towels between showers. The rooftop fireplace was a nice touch. Overall, we loved it here and will look to rent again in the future!

What an amazing trip! The house is even better in person if that is even possible! The house was spotless and a short ride to the downtown Nashville area. There was a grocery store, liquor store, coffee shop, etc all within walking distance. It was perfect for 6 ladies to have a fun filled celebration weekend! Laura was super responsive and even provided extra accommodations when we were inconvenienced by external noise on the street. I am beyond grateful and will recommend staying at one of their properties to everyone I know visiting this wonderful city!

My husband, his cousin and wife, my cousin and her boyfriend stayed here for my birthday celebration. It was a great location, and super fun and cozy place to stay. Even though we were out more than in, we enjoyed our stay here. Only thing I would have asked for was more towels, or laundry soap to wash our linens. One towel per person for a week, wasn’t enough, along with the wash cloths. Other than that minor detail it was perfect, and we would stay again and again!!

We were incredibly pleased with our stay! The town home is not only beautiful, there was more than enough room to both spread out and hang out!! The beds, linens, and coziness of the bedrooms, like being at home!! Our group was pleased with how close we were to everything, by our short Uber rides, yet able to come back to a quiet neighborhood once we were done running. Not sure the next time we will head to Nashville, but definitely will stay in our trip favorites!

EZ check in instructions, and we felt like we were the first people to stay there. All the paint, appliances, mattresses, sheets and towels were all new and very good quality. There is plenty of square footage, vaulted ceilings, and space. Short drive to downtown but you have a secured 2 car garage with a private entrance into your unit. The neighborhood is quiet, well except for us who were up to 2am enjoying adult beverages on the upper deck with the gas fireplace which was a quite a nice experience. The high ceilings require a lot of stairs but that's unavoidable. Only issues: water pressure and temp could be higher.
