Great Vacation Spot! New Townhouse, clean and comfortable.
Private, heated pool (4ft-6ft deep) with slide and hot tub in backyard, fully fenced in. propane BBQ, 4 bedrooms, each with smart TVs. Area for kids (with sleeper sofa) with Xbox, 2 washers and dryers, 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms. Bunk bed room with 4 beds. King bed bedroom. Max occupancy is 12. Fully furnished kitchen. Garage. Great clubhouse with heated pool, hot tub, lazy river, slide and BBQ area. Close to Sand Hollow, Zions, St George and Snow Canyon. We had a great stay in Hurricane. The house is beautiful and clean. There are signs everywhere making it easy to follow instructions. We had a hiccup with the pool but the owner was very responsive and helped us right away. The lazy river was a huge success with our kids.And the drive to Zions is not too bad. Definitely recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our family's spring break. Having a master on the main floor and second floor allowed for all 7 of us to fit comfortably. The amenities were everything we wanted and needed - pool, fully-stocked kitchen, two washer/dryers, plenty of towels, etc. We had a little trouble with the hot tub staying hot, and a little hiccup upon arrival, but Colette was very responsive and quick to remedy. Thanks for being a great host!

We had a wedding in La Verkin so this worked perfect for being close and the size was perfect due to having family down to stay with us also. The home was very clean, beds very comfortable and everyone had there own space and bathroom which made getting ready for a wedding easy and stress free! Collette was very responsive to helping with the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. I think the only downer was the unit next to us being a bit load with there pool and after the kids went in the adults where almost as loud but they did end at 10 pm so not to big of deal. Thanks Collette for a great stay!!

We stayed at this property the week of June 19th. The home is wonderful, our kids loved it. The private pool was great as well as the community pool. The one downfall was the pickleball courts directly behind the home, the court lights shined directly towards the house and are on all night. We thought since the community quiet time starts at 10 the lights would shut off but they did not, one night a group of people playing at midnight and woke us up.

Just lovely, refreshing and roomy. Kitchen and bathroom’s were well stocked and luxurious. We very much enjoyed having our own personal pool & hot tub as well as easy access to the basketball/pickle all courts. Hurricane is a sweet town with easy access to Zion, St George and mountain biking.

Very nice place. Stayed with a party of 6. Plenty of room. The rooms are large and well equipped. Owner was very responsive answering questions. Had a minor issue with the pool heater that was resolved quickly.

The only reason I am giving it a 4 is that it was their first season with the pool and weren’t super familiar in warming it up fast. We had colder temps and it took a day to figure out how to heat it correctly. Most people aren’t crazy enough to swim when it’s only 45° outside. :) But Colette was wonderful and kept in touch with us through the whole thing until we got it figured out. The house was beautiful and clean and and well stocked with everything we needed. We would love to book again!

3 1/2 baths was nice for our group of friends. Plenty of towels and bedding. Beds were good. Brief problem with access code which Colette took care of pretty quickly. It will be little more pleased neighborhood once the construction is finished.

The house and community center were beautiful and very comfortable. Our only issues were we were not told about the pool being installed in the backyard until the day we drive out, so we had to keep the kids inside since it took up the entire backyard. There was also construction workers building around the clock and literally everywhere surrounding the home. Some were working right next to the windows and doors or the home. Not everyone was an early riser in our group and that was a bummer on vacation. The TV in the upstairs master didn’t work and had internet connection issues. But it’s a great house with plenty of supplies and space. The community will be amazing once the surrounding homes are finished being built both in front, behind, and next to the house. We would definitely come back again.

We stayed here with our teens and all loved it! A new, beautiful place with lots of room for all of us. We enjoyed Zion, Snow Canyon State Park, mountain biking and renting UTV's with this as our home away from home. The clubhouse with swimming and hot tub are also nice at the end of the day. Thanks for sharing this lovely rental with us.

This rental was everything it said it was in the description. We were very impressed how stocked this house was the kitchen had way more then any other rental we have stayed in, the towels and bedsheets were all top of the line, along with there being extra of everything we could have needed, tvs in all rooms were great plus and our kids loved having the Xbox and games. I do want to mention that this rental has two “master suites” and a bunk room plus a extra room with queen bed it was a perfect fit for our group. When need to reach out to “host” we had a fast response and they were awesome to work with as well! We would definitely stay here again and tried to book again but was already booked for our date we needed!
