Come vacation in this first floor, quiet and recently remodeled unit. New bathroom, mattresses, bedding, paint, hardware, lighting, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances. Unit is very clean and comfortable.

Once you enter the community, it feels like a small neighborhood of it's own. It's one of the most family friendly and safe communities on the key with 2 NEW designated Pickleball Courts! We are a gated community, 5-10 minute walk across the street to private beach access and a full car garage.

We enjoyed the location and the ability to go fishing off the wall on the bay side or walk to the ocean. It's also an quick and easy ride to the downtown area, or head the other direction if you need to run and get something at the market. We would stay here again if it's available for our next trip.

The house was clean, comfortable for our family of 4, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, which was shorter than advertised. The location exceeded our expectations, and Mary, the owner, was fantastic to work with—promptly available and very helpful when needed. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

We were just down to SK last week and stayed at this property. It was perfect for us! The neighborhood is beautiful with nice amenities. We loved taking walks nightly around the the walking trail. In the mornings, we loved that we were close enough to jog down to a little area that had coffee shops, and two yummy places to grab breakfast. The one was called toasted mango cafe and the other was a quick crab for acai bowls, smoothies, and or coffee. We enjoyed both. There was a little gift shop down this way as well that was fun to stop in. There is also a place to rent jet skis which we did in this area. There are two shops there where my daughters and I enjoyed shopping while my husband booked jet skiing. The one shop I believe was called Fin. We found this area very walkable, but could certainly drive too as we had no trouble finding parking around this area when we were there. The main village of siesta key is not far the other direction as well with tons of other choices. The host Mary has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I never had a concern of being able to reach her if I needed anything. She is extremely responsive and available. Comfortable beds are important to us and we thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The patio area is nice and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing throughout the week. Would stay here again. Excellent host!

The property was great , very clean and well equipped. Mary the host is very pro active and helpful. It is our second stay at the complex as it is in a great location with access to the private beach across the road. The pool area is really good aswell. Many Thanks

Great experience! Mary was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the stay! The place is comfortable and located in a beautiful area. Would definitely recommend and stay where again. My only suggestion is to offer a garage door opener to guests. It was a pain to get in and out of vehicle to open and close garage door! Otherwise zero complaints! Thanks for a beautiful week!

Great vacation week in Siesta Key staying in this amazing rental. Checking in and out was easy and the owner was responsive and very helpful. The unit was well appointed, very clean, super comfortable, and on a quiet lovely street. Perfect location for going to the gorgeous beach across the street and for exploring sights in the region. Would recommend highly and rent again on future visits to this area.

The rental was clean, neat and very comfortable. It is decorated with a true beach and vacation vibe. All of the furnishings and appliances are good quality and in excellent condition. Mary was very friendly and extremely helpful in her communication with us. Access to the private beach area across the street is nice and convenient. The unit has an enclosed patio that feels secluded since it faces a pond. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The property is proximal to the beach and close to many activities. The missing light at the front door was a pain in the rear because you can’t see the keypad to type in the code. Although the property doesn’t have any visible cameras, you feel watched somehow based on the chores you’re asked to do by the owner. Things get even stranger when you see her driving by in a pickup surveilling you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Mary's condo on Siesta Key visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was immaculate, nicely furnished and fully stocked with everything we'd need for our visit and more. Very nice glass/screened patio overlooking pond with fountain. Great birdwatching. Nice location on the key. A 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Mary made check in an check out very easy and responded very quickly with check in info etc. Highly recommend and we hope to stay there on another visit.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was so clean, well decorated, and easy to get to the beach from your front door! The beds were so comfy we didn’t want to go home to sleep in our own beds. There were plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs and cooler which made beach days a breeze! Weather was a bit cool in January and we had some rainy days but our teenagers loved skim boarding in the puddles on the beach after the rainfall. Owners were very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The island is so safe and the transportation is easy to use, our teens loved that we trusted the area enough to rent them e bikes and let them explore on their own. For groceries we used the ship app and ordered from Costco and Target, that was very convenient! There is not one thing I could think of that would have made the stay any better, it was perfect. Don’t hesitate book this condo! We can’t wait to come back!! I miss it already!!

My family (wife and 3 kids 10 and under) had a wonderful time at Mary’s condo. It was close to everything, quiet, clean, easy, and as advertised. The pools and property were very well kept just like the condo. We’re not big travelers, but can confidently say we’ll be back to Siesta and Mary’s condo.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was such a perfect spot. The place was exactly what we needed. Super clean and comfortable with all the amenities of our own home. The location was great and could have only been better if it was right on the beach. Mary was super nice and so easy to work with. Quick to respond like other reviews have said. We will certainly look to stay here again on our next visit to Siesta Key!

This VRBO checks all the boxes except for the directly on the beach box. No big deal to us though. The walk to the beach was safe (cross walk), pleasant and short. We enjoyed the community pools, walking path, grills and especially the Pickle Ball Court! All of the beach necessities that Mary has available to use, made such a difference. We contributed a cooler ;-) Plenty of linens and the kitchen is well stocked. You can tell that this condo is loved and cared for. It’s not just some investment property, it’s also a families vacation home. We’re just fortunate Mary also rents it out for others to enjoy.

This house was fantastic. Very clean, comfortable beds, and centrally located. The walk to the beach was about 10 mins, and about a 2 min walk to the main road where you could catch the trolley. Mary was also fantastic. She was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. I would absolutely return to this house next time I visited Siesta Key!

We had such an amazing time staying here! The condo was clean and beautiful. The pool and gym were such a nice addition. We were walking distance to the best beaches we have ever been too. Also-at Siesta Beach there are wonderful playgrounds and under a ten minute walk. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Mary was incredibly communicative as well and helped to ensure we had a great stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Don't hesitate - Mary's Condo and Siesta Key are delightful! The condo is clean and well-appointed, with a great layout and everything we needed for the week, including plenty of towels, beach wagon and toys, and a pack-and-play for our toddler. The interior is comfortable and private, and we loved bird watching and enjoying the fountain from the all-seasons patio! The master bed is super comfortable, too. We cooked while there and had everything we needed. With towing a two-year-old, our beach walk end-to-end was about 10-15 minutes, but super easy to do, and the beach is spectacular! We also loved utilizing the free transportation on the Key, which is also available just a very short walk from the condo. The pool was lovely and not busy, and the walking trail is great, and everyone in the cute neighborhood was very friendly. Mary was an excellent host -- super responsive and kind. If we're able, we'll definitely be back -- we loved everything about our time at this condo!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week in December. Wow! Nothing bad to say about our experience. The condo was nestled perfectly in the middle of the island, super easy to get to SK Village and any off-island shopping/exploring in Sarasota. Mary’s place was right in between both pools (heated), and was a very nicely decorated and well-equipped condo. The bonus was that she had a pack-n-play handy for our 6 month old to sleep in. Really easy to access pool, Weber grills, fitness center, Saunas, and even the beach. Some people say the walk to the beach is 15 minutes… if you have two little ones and all of the accompanying beach/baby gear, then maybe. Otherwise it truly is a quick 5 minute walk across the street. Highly recommend booking here if it fits your needs and is available… unless, of course, it’s during the time we plan to come back and stay :)
