We enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

Great host. Kids loved pool. I think it was in their top two things we did in area and we did lots!
I’m positive he will talk to his cleaning service.

We had a wonderful stay! Home is spacious and the pool was a huge hit. We did have a few things we think should have been handled by cleaning service prior to our arrival. Overall the house needs a deep clean to rid it of spider webs, dead bugs etc. Hot surface light on stove was on upon our arrival and never went off. My husband had to clean grill before it could used and he also replaced 8 light bulbs in pool area. Just a little more effort placed on cleaning would make this a five star stay

The BEST part of our stay at this location is the afternoon bear sightings. Each afternoon, we were able to safely sit on the deck/patio and watch the bears in the woods across the street! We also appreciated the ease of access to Gatlinburg! The house was as listed minus downstairs couches, but the listing was updated before our stay, so it is current now. The only thing we had issues with is one of the doors would only lock randomly (kitchen door) and there was quite a bit of dust... the decor on shelves and light fixture above the dining table had long strings of dust dangling from it... Not a deal breaker and otherwise clean. We did have to make some of the beds while others were already made, but that also was not a big deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would book this location again!

Such a cute property. Easy to get to with great parking. Communication with property manager was amazing. She even checked on us the first night. The pool was perfect for my 4 yo and us to enjoy on these hot
Days. We saw bears twice. It was a great stay.

When we checked in you could see the dust build up on the ceiling fans as well as the bathroom vent fans and smoke detectors. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time. One of the bathroom's toilets had poop marks in the toilet as if someone had just used it.
Bathroom showers were not clean and visible hairs and soap scum build up was very visible.
AC split unit in living room did not at all and had water running down the wall. Kitchen threshold seal was damaged, and you could see the light outside making it even harder to cool the house with no working AC on that side of house.
Floor vent covers were damaged and interior transition moldings were broken at bedroom doors, floors at the bedrooms felt uneven and sloping as poorly installed and not leveled properly.
Front storm door shock/absorber was pulled out of frame and door would swing freely if not secured shut each time.
Downstairs the door to what they call the movie room had previously slammed into wall and had a hole in sheet rock.
Washer and dryer looked to be as old as my parents and they are in their 70's.
Cable rails at the deck were loose and could fall out of the post as well as pool deck gate would not latch as it did not mate up with latch without lifting and forcing it.
Lastly cameras are post on the exterior of the house at entrance doors allowing whomever to see you come and go and made all of us feel creeped out to some degree and wondering what else or where else a camera might be.

The home was perfect for our stay. It had all the amenities we needed plus some. It is nestled in the mountains but also close enough to all the attractions. Coming home from a day out to peace and quiet was just what we needed. The house is beautiful and the owner is wonderful! Any question I had was answered quickly and respectfully. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Gatlinburg!

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and had everything we needed. We got to use the pool for a couple hours and still go to Gatlinburg each day. The host was quick to respond with questions and provided a lot of good information for places to go. The 4 bears we seen were a bonus. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. We hope to stay again in our future travels.

The home was the perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions, but it was never too far away from anything. We really enjoyed coming home after running around town and relaxing by the pool. My boys said it was one of our best vacations and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying here for our long weekend. There are some neighbors around, but it felt quite secluded. There were shops and restaurants within a 5-minute drive, and it was only 10 minutes to Gatlinburg! Getting to Pigeon Forge was also easy enough.
The house was spacious and VERY clean. Bedding was nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We could not have asked for more.
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Do not hesitate to stay at this wonderful cabin! Myself, my disabled Vietnam vet father who has one leg, my mother, as well as my aunt stayed here. Let’s not forget our four fur babies. Everything was as described. It was nice that there was a ramp around the side where my dad could use his electric portable wheelchair. Would definitely recommend staying here. Will be staying here next time we go again. The owner is super responsive and was very accommodating. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home. 🙏 Blessings Meg and Fam

Great location. Lovely home, heated pool was a joy. Home could use a deep cleaning, bathrooms weren’t clean well, trash in BRs not taken out, batteries were dead in all remotes, as was the light over the stove. Front storm door disconnected from jam. Nothing too important but when you’re paying for luxury, you expect everything to be in working order.

Our grandkids loved the “Holiday House” as they named it. Loved all the things that were there for them to do especially the pool which they were in everyday. Very special time together.

This place had everything we needed during our vacation. We loved it, the layout was great and it had the perfect amount of rooms that we needed. The pool was awesome and was used many times by our kids and we loved the hot tub! Great communication with the owner as well.

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely cabin. We were traveling with another family so it was great that there were two master bedroom/baths. Plus plenty of room for our teenaged kids. The location is awesome - a sweet little enclave up a mountain with some other cabins that seem to be mostly rentals. We liked the easy accessibility to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Kids loved the fooseball table and video games. The updates are tasteful and we appreciated the tech offerings like Wi-Fi and keyless entry.

Property is great for families. Pool and hot tub were awesome while onsite and property was quiet and secluded for relaxing yet still close enough to all activities.

we had a great vacation, saw a bear the first day while swimming in the pool. The only thing that could have been better if the pool and hot tub had been cleaned better for our stay.

Perfect location
This home was in the perfect location for our family vacation. We were close enough to everything and yet still secluded.
Meera answered everything right away along with her property management team.
The pool was great. The week we went it was in the high 90s with the heat index over 100. It was great to come back and cool down after our activities.
Thank you for everything!

Great family stay
There were 2 families (9 people total) on our stay and ages ranging from 11 to 55. There was room for everyone to have some privacy as well as family time. The location is quiet but within a short driving distance to everything we needed. The pool/hot tub area is great, the only suggestion we have is a table in the pool area would be a great addition. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had and was great to work with.

Pretty good but.....
it sounded great but didn't get what was promised. while not in their control, the glass shower door shattered before our arrival on saturday but they promised to have it fixed by tuesday. we left the following saturday and still were unable to use the shower in our master bath, as they never came to replace the door. they refunded $500 for the inconvenience but it was terribly inconvenient to have to use my daughter's family's shower. the dryer was broken upon arrival, which they fixed the next day. the AC unit in main part of house broke, which they fixed the next day. the pool was cloudy for the duration of our stay, as they only attend to the pool once a week. they sent a guy out but the conditions did not change. the house was nice, aesthetically but obviously not well maintained. bring your own pan to cook in unless you don't mind the non-stick coating in your food; the pots were fine tho. the arcade games were from the 1980's, i think.
Despite all that, I would consider staying there again.

Great renovation, private pool & responsive owner, but some caveats
Our party had 3 teens, two adults and a dog. The owner was very responsive to questions and to an issue that arose during our stay. The rental is one of the few we could find with an outdoor, private pool and was dog friendly. The inside renovations were nicely done and the property was very nice. There were 2 arcade style game machines, a foosball table and every streaming service you can think of on the TVs. But, there are some things that still require improvement. For a house with this many guest beds, the table only seats 6 people. And, the kitchen lacks anything larger than an 8 inch skillet, has no broiler pan and ran out of propane during our stay. So, if you have a large party and are eating out, not a worry. But, if you're planning on eating in - the lack of space at the table and lack of larger cooking pans is a problem. With cleaning fees and taxes our rate was a rather highly rate per day (VRBO won't allow me to post the amount). But, given the high rate, the issues become more relevant. Make no mistake - you're paying that rate for the pool. Lots of other properties have community pools but very few have an outdoor pool (some have what looks like an 8 foot indoor pool but who wants that in summer?). And, it's that price that keeps this from being a 5 star. There were other issues attributable to management company/cleaning: garbage in kitchen trash can below the bag (i.e. they didn't bother to clean the can itself just left some articles of garbage in it) and same with an outdoor can. Also, no dishwashing soap for sink; detergent for dishwasher or hand-soap for kitchen. And only a single cloth and dishtowel - for a house this size and the high daily rate (with cleaning & taxes) per night that's a knock. And, there was no information on how to contact the management company so had to rely on VRBO messaging to deal with issues. The owner was pretty responsive, but still it's on the management company for not having these issues (or leaving contact info) there.

Great Getaway
The location was convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge events. The property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Best part of staying there was having a private pool and hot tub to enjoy!

Great place for family fun!
My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space in the home, very comfortable. Inside was clean with all white linens. Pool and hot tub were not as clean as expected. There was a film around the hot tub and the pool, both could use a cleaning, but overall the space was enjoyable. We spent a lot of time in either downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, lots of fun! The house is off the beaten path and in a quite area. Be aware, lots of ticks! Would stay again.

Off the beaten path
The property was very beautiful, spacious and accommodating. Terrific beds and TV’s. Great kitchen with all updated appliances.
I believe a new cleaning crew should be hired we found many things unclean even somebody’s dirty underwear!! Cleaning crew Definitely not following Covid protocol..
The hot tub was unusable it was dirty and had an odor. The owners were great and easy to work with

Very clean! Perfect place for a group trip or large family.
We love the layout of this house! Everyone agreed the beds were very comfortable. The place was spotless. I’ve never rented a cleaner vacation home than this one. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The kids loved the arcade machines. We will be renting this one for all of our future Gatlinburg trips.

We truly enjoyed our stay, we got snowed in and owner was very amazing!
The only suggestion I would give is give small trash cans in bathrooms for females, and also have a snow plan in place for guest.
