About this apartment rental
The Davis apartment is the unit located on the right side of the building as you are facing it. It is within one mile of Downtown Eau Claire's shops, restaurants, and bars. It's also a 10 minute drive to the music festival grounds (Eaux Claires, Blue Ox, Country Jam) and a 5 minute drive to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This apartment is currently under renovations and will be full of character and amenities including a small concrete patio with a dedicated grill.
This property has a long history and we were determined to keep that history while updating towards a more modern, welcoming look. Constructed in 1881 during the waning years of logging in Eau Claire, the house features a gable front and wing façade and wood frame, characteristic of Folk Victorian architecture. The house maintains its original wood siding and windows, as well as its original decorative porch.
With updated amenities guests will feel right at home. During the summer guests can enjoy a beautiful patio and short walks to local parks.

My husband & a friend & i stayed in the Davis House during the Eau Claire Jazz Festival. Its a great, convenient location and a lovely property. This is one of the best equipped places we've stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Property was well managed. Manager was available even for a quick call when I needed because of my confusion. Even having family in the area, gave good advice about things to do in the area. Would stay again in a “heartbeat. “

This place was perfect for our group! It was adorable, in a great location, and met all our needs. We will definitely consider staying here again when coming to Eau Claire!

Came for a family wedding. The house was perfect for our stay. Location was close to wedding venue and good local restaurants. Our hosts also accommodated our request for early check in. Would definitely recommend.

We forgot to write in your book! But we had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately, we came for a funeral, but we were overwhelmingly happy with our accommodations
There was plenty room - including luggage racks in the bedrooms which was a nice touch. All the kitchen appliances worked, the air conditioning kept things comfortable. The furniture was comfortable. When we had an issue with the ceiling fan, the property manager was right on it and fixed it while we were out. Overall, we were highly satisfied and would definitely recommend this property, or use it again if we’re ever in the area.

We found the location a pleasant place to stay. It was comfortable with all the right amenities. A great old house redone to perfection. It was off the main street so it quiet and peaceful. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay here again!

Back to Eau Claire for Blue Ox Music Festival. This is a great home for two couples, or family with older kids. Nicely redone property. Everything functioned well. Street out front is currently under construction so parking may be limited until that is complete. Spot in alley was great for us and rideshares found us without too much trouble.
Host quickly answered questions, which is always appreciated.
Will definitely keep on our list for future visits to this area of Wisconsin.

House was well stocked with plenty of everything you might need. Beds, pillows, and furniture were very comfortable. Nice modern kitchen. The only less than perfect thing was that the upstairs was quite warm, as it was a warm week and there didn't seem to be any air conditioning upstairs.

We had an excellent stay! The house was very cute, clean and the location was great. The thermostat was locked, which I understand, but it was a bit warm for our liking. Not a big deal, we closed a few vents.
We loved the charm of the house and appreciate how clean and organized it was. We would stay again!!

Neat old house! Great location in the heart of the city. Close to Owen Park, downtown and Water Street. Able to walk to The Goat for coffee and easily walk to campus. Love Eau Claire!

Friends trip to watch our son play football. Awesome properties! Location was great and everything better than expected.

The Davis Home was very nice. It was clean, comfortable and in a safe area. Bike trail was only 2 blocks away (no good place to store bicycles). Communication with Joseph was great. Comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. As mentioned, the stairs to the upper level are very narrow and steep. When reserving did not see notation that there are quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. (it was in the house rules book). Thermostat is locked and controlled by host.

Great place and very comfortable stay very close to downtown! Loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed this location. We were able to walk to the events in Owen Park and across the bridges to the beautiful downtown area. While the property is located near the best attractions such as the Pablo Center, the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet! The home itself is lovely and we enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and relax on the lovely patio!
