We have a family event in Eau Claire annually, and we began staying at Metropolis simply because of the price. Every year we are so impressed with the cleanliness, how much fun the kids have at the park, and comfort of the rooms. Thank you!

0/10 on the beds, felt like sleeping on a brick. There was no body wash in the room, which really sucked trying to wash up 5 people after swimming. There is no coffee pot in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Front desk clerk working solo and was negotiating a stay with a client on the phone when I arrived. I waited 15 mins for the conversation to end. Perhaps the phone call could have been placed on hold for the 3 mins it took to check me in.

Was not worth the money. Paid $1500 for a group of 10 for 2 nights. Beds were the worst weve ever slept in. Not comfy at all. Water area is for little ones mainly. Even with wristbands for action city that was another $260. We will never stay again. I could spend the same amount and stay in the dells at the wilderness and have 4 indoor waterparks amd way comfier beds where our backs arent killing us everyday. Charge $300 a night for a bad back. No thanks

Checked in and the the toilet was broken and water flooded the bathroom. The staff was extremely shorthanded and brought up towels and we had to clean up the water. No paper towel or coffee machines inthe room . The mattress was worn out and old . Next day went to the desk for coffee and was told the coffee machine was broken and no coffee! They then told us the water park would be closed for repair and would open at 4 pm!! Had purposely stayed there with my grandkids for the park!! They still charged us the park charges of 30$ a day! Park is great for kids but recommend not staying there and get a room nearby.

We came for a weekend trip to visit family in the area. We brought the kids and they were looking forward to the waterpark.. unfortunately they closed the kids area and pool. It was a real bummer because we couldn’t utilize the hotel we chose for what we came to do. Rooms were ok, nothing too special. Bathroom was very dark and looked kinda dirty. Needs improvement.

One end of the hall is the water park, the other is a trampoline park with restaurant and DQ. What more do you need for the kids? Stayed in and watched the blizzard pass by. They even plowed the whole lot by the time we checked out.

Very easy to walk to the pool or the other attractions from your room staff very nice and helpful all around it was a great experience for myself as well as my kids
