Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom first-floor oceanfront condo!
This gulf front condo is great for couples and families and offers the ability for you to walk out to the patio right to the beach, the shared pool or to use the onsite grill to cook up a meal. The beautiful landscaping brings in a nice breeze from the Gulf to enjoy anytime during your stay.
Once you first enter the condo, you're greeted by the beautiful tile flooring, coastal décor, open floor plan, and gorgeous views.
The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that accommodates 6 guests with extra seating all around. If you want to cook up a gourmet meal or have a simple snack throughout the day, it meets all the needs for either one.
The living room has a large flat screen TV, comfortable furniture, oceanfront patio access, and offers a nice walk to the pool and beach front access.
The primary bedroom has a King bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. Hallway bath has been updated and beautiful features with a tub/shower combo. All of this comfortably accommodates a total of 6 guests for restful nights.
The covered patio has an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a great place to sit and listen to the sounds of the ocean. This spot is so comfortable to relax and enjoy the day.
The condo offers WiFi and cable TV, a washer and dryer and many more amenities while you stay.
Aldea is a highly-desired oceanfront complex that gears towards those wanting a peaceful and quiet vacation. This is a small, quiet residential building so no large gatherings, or loud parties are allowed.

Beautiful condo, beautiful grounds and excellent experience! We've been traveling to this area for the last 15 years. This condo has been updated, is well stocked, has comfortable beds and is clean. We will be back to this unit next year. Beach Time Rentals does a great job communicating. Will rent with them again as well.

Love this spot. Great location view and neighbours.Disappointed that the rates are going up so high. Stayed in this location before and this condo lacked a good clothes dryer, no keurig, no baking sheets and king bed was not overly comfortable. Otherwise the place is great.

This was a beautiful unit and in a spectacular location. The condo was clean and well maintained. The coach covers were a little worn out but not a big deal. The mattresses were hard as other reviewers pointed out but to me that is a matter of preference.
Communication with the property manager was a bit excessive. I received multiple emails, calls and text messages during our stay While I appreciate the information, it all could’ve been accomplished with one email and a text to confirm we were able to get into the condo. Also, I was called and sent a text message while we were at the pool stating that an AC maintenance person was almost at the door and a maintenance person would be coming between 12-5pm for routine maintenance. When I expressed that this would be inconvenient, to the owner’s credit she rescheduled the appointments. Apparently the owner was not made aware that we were renting that week.
Regarding the accuracy of listing, the pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn’t. This was one of the items I looked for before renting a place for vacation knowing that the ocean would be chilly during our stay. The pool was freezing and completely unusable during our stay. The local residents told us that a part had been ordered and was in but no one had installed it yet. When I contacted the property manager, they said they were unaware and would look into it. I didn’t hear back for over 24 hours and was told that the pool would not be fixed during our sta

The location of the condo is perfect! Gulf-side, pool-side quiet family atmosphere. This is our 3rd year at this location and have noticed that upgrades need to be made (and haven't been) and yet the price continues to increase. The sliding glass door inner sill is busted and ruins the spectacular view just outside because of the bacteria growing between the glass (new this year 2023). The couches (review from 2022) and mattresses in all the bedrooms need to be replaced as they have become increasingly uncomfortable. Their were many restless nights had by all. The kitchen could also use a new set of silverware (new 2023) - there aren't many spoons. The water pressure in the master bathroom shower needs to be fixed (new 2023). While I love this location, but for the price I would expect more upscale features in this condo. I sure hope changes are made or I will be looking at different condos in the area for next year.

We adore this complex and the location! It is so quiet and small. The pool is wonderfully warm, and the beach is steps away. We had an awesome time here! This condo is on the 1st floor, so it’s super convenient with no steps in the unit. You do, however, have steps to get from the parking lot and down to the pool, so if you are disabled or wheelchair bound, this is an issue. This place is so close to full 5 stars! The view and location are unbeatable!Things that keep it from 5 stars: It was cleaner last year. There are no televisions or even monitors in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. Hot water is difficult to figure out in the kitchen. The wifi is so bad in the 2 smaller bedrooms- even with the wifi extender in our room, we could not maintain connection in either front bedroom. We tried to unplug and reset, as instructed, but this was an issue last year as well. Confusing that one person handles the rental, then there is an app, which had little info, and then another person emails with check in info, but a separate text from the company asks you what time you’re leaving. What makes this a great rental: Location and view. Pool. Small complex. Parking assigned. Decor is nice and beachy. Plenty of supplies provided. Beach chairs and towels were great! Loved that you could leave food for them to donate. Beautiful private beach! Pool is well taken care of and so warm- even with 65 degree air! Grounds are so well kept. I would definitely stay again- just a few minor tweaks would make this 5/5! Thank you.

We love our stay at Aldea. I only wish there was an earlier check in for folks who would like to get in earlier in the day. I tried contacting my contact a week prior as the instructions said (left two messages) about getting in early, but no response. On the day of the trip we got to the condo to see if the cleaning people were still there and they were gone, about 2 hours before our scheduled check in, I asked if we could get in early, no response for over an hour, and then finally they said someone was coming to do a check to make sure the cleaning people were done and we sat there the whole time and no one came. She then texted us and said we could go in (I'm just thinking we could have gotten in all along) Overall the stay was great. We had a few minor issues with our door but they resolved themselves.

This cleaning was dumping a large container of chlorine into the pool and taking a scrubber brush on a stick around the ledge of the pool once, not really cleaning anything, as there was very visible algae/mold in many spots (have pics if you are interested).
All-in-all we love the condo, the area, and the people there! We hope to return soon!

Relaxing family vacation spot!
We absolutely loved our vacation at Belleair Beach! The views of the beach from the living room could not be beat! I could easily keep an eye on my children playing at the beach while I made dinner in the kitchen or cooked on the grill. There were lounge chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for us to use during our stay. The beds were comfy and the unit was well equipped with kitchen utensils. The washer and dryer in the unit were an added bonus. This is a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle! The beach is private and although close to St. Pete and Clearwater, it was never crowded. It was perfect and we look forward to returning!
