This was my family’s first VBRO rental experience. Andrew’s property had all 5 star reviews and it was nearby my daughter’s new college apartment so I chose it. Let me tell you it didn’t disappoint. Very spacious and comfortable. We loved the pool which was perfectly clean. We cooked in to save money and the kitchen was stocked with all the cookware we needed. The location is a short drive to any stores/beach/restaurants. Andrew was quick to answer my texts. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommended this property.

We had a perfect vacation at La Casa de Las Flores in Delray! The home is immaculate, the kitchen is fully equipped, the space is easy and comfortable, there are pool 'toys', beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis racquets, pickle ball racquets, corn hole...anything and everything one could want or need. The backyard is a true gem - completely fenced, beautiful, quiet, lovely pool - a true oasis! In addition, the location is fabulous - a short walk to the Avenue with an abundance of shops and restaurants - the beach is a short drive (but is walkable!) and grocery stores, etc. are very close. The host is so accommodating, easy to reach if necessary and provides information regarding every aspect of the house as well as nearby attractions. My husband and I stayed for 2 wonderful weeks and our daughter, son-in-law and 2-year-old grandson visited us for a long weekend. It was great for all of us and we hope we can return to Delray soon and stay at this lovely home again!

Andrew was a great host - very responsive and helpful. The house was great - clean, well equipped. The backyard is beautiful and quiet. The gardens and landscaping were also nice. We really enjoyed this home.

This house was everything we wanted and more. You want for nothing - the house has it all. We kept being pleasantly surprised throughout our stay. The big things (house, pool, beds, kitchen) were all fantastic as were the little things (the tv apps were all logged in, the pool was nicely heated, the kitchen was fully stocked with things for cooking, the pack and play for our 5 month old son was available and clean). Andrew is a wonderful and responsive host. We can’t wait to come back!

I have been staying in vacation rentals for quite a few years. Andrew is an excellent host and is very communicative before, during and after your stay. The house is stocked with absolutely everything you need….I mean everything. From kitchen stuff, towels and linens, bikes, and beach gear to stuff for the pool and backyard. The pool is the perfect oasis and is very peaceful during the day and at night. The house is immaculate, tastefully decorated and is located 3-4 blocks from the Main Street for restaurants, bars and shops. We walked from the house into town during the day and at night and felt perfectly safe. We are both 50 years old and walked the 2 miles to the beach in the morning happily, stopping for coffee on the way back. Highly recommend for couples, a family and a gathering of friends. If we return to Delray I would have no hesitation booking again. Cheers Neil

I travel to Delray Beach often and this property is where you want to be . Great neighborhood , incredibly well equipped , and a stones throw from everywhere you want yo be . Truly a 5 star property !!

We loved the house, pool area amazing, our "oasis". The kitchen was well stocked, happy to have grill. Beautiful little side terraces and flowers and foliage. This house has everythig you need (and more... darts, cornhole, etc) for an extended stay. Andrew made the whole stay and the check-in and out process so easy. Just a few blocks off Atlantic. Looks like these blocks will be totally rebuilt in the next few years, but it was nice to be off Atlantic (just a few blocks) a bit quieter after all the activity on the avenue!

We recently had a family gathering in south Florida and stayed at Andrew's place. It worked out great for our group. We used the bikes often to get around town. Much better than driving everywhere because during high season traffic can be challenging downtown. The house had everything we needed - nice kitchen, plenty of utensils, BBQ, comfortable beds, seating area outside for afternoon cocktails, cornhole etc. The house is cute and decorated nicely. The area is gentrifying so you have a mixed neighborhood but I would definitely rent again.

The perfect home !

The perfect home !

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Walked to dinner every night, shopping and ice cream on our walk home. Very spacious home with many subtle extra touches so appreciated. Entire house well stocked, great bedding, and backyard is gorgeous to look at all the native plants and flowers blooming. Andrew made himself available and provided his cell even though he was always a step ahead of us in preparing for our stay! Absolutely great accommodations for beach lovers ! Will definitely stay here again and return or our annual vacation. This is the perfect home or family fun! Linda Pearce

Great space to spend time as a family. Plenty of beach things including towels and chairs. The bikes looked amazing, even though I did not use them. Great kitchen and grill! Walkable to the avenue. Felt comfortable to walk during the day and as a couple at night. I would not walk it after dark with my 6 year old.

Great property, good location with an awesome host in an immaculate home. The house was as described. Kitchen is a chefs dream. House is set up to maximize comfort and convenience. Yard was just what our pups needed. We would stay in the home anytime. Thank you Andrew.
