Bright, polished, and beautifully designed, this gorgeous home in Nedonna Beach is a beach-goer's delight. In this small community just north of downtown Rockaway Beach, you can stroll less than half a mile down the road to reach the sand, the Pacific Ocean, and the mouth of the Nehalem River.
This two-level home is a showcase of fine craftsmanship, elegant finishes, and soothing neutral tones. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a convenient laundry room on your left where you can leave your swimsuits and towels; on your right is a sun-lit den where you can escape with a good book. Ahead of you is a great room awash with natural light, where you can relax in the comfort of central AC, set up a board game at the dining room table, or pile on the sectional sofa for a cable or Netflix movie on the flatscreen TV. The kitchen is open to all of this, offering stainless steel appliances, stunning countertops, and an island with bar seats for four.
But you may well spend most your vacation outside on the back deck, where you'll find a gas grill, cushioned lounge seating in the shade, and a private hot tub where you can stargaze each evening. When it's time to turn in, the primary bedroom awaits on the first floor, offering a lovely en suite bathroom with a tub and a shower. The other two bedrooms are upstairs, as is one hallway bathroom.

The huge kitchen and open floor plan! The deck and hot tub awesome to ssit and relax after a long day of shopping or walking on the beach!!

The house is very nice looking. There were some housekeeping issues we found after checking in. We found the house had everything our family needed with the exception of a few things. BBQ did light and there were no lighters or matches in the house and had to drive into town to get a lighter. King bed in the master is very very soft. The other bedrooms worked great for our kids and the bathrooms were very nice. The beach is not a couple blocks away as others have said. If you have kids like we do you will probably want to drive.

Clean, well situated, light and bright.

Home is very bright and roomy but also cozy! Theres the main bedroom and master bath downstairs and the other two rooms are upstairs to give some space/privacy. The beach is close with a quieter access site than most hotels/rentals along the coastline which was fantastic! Hot tub was very relaxing. The outdoor space is...quaint...with inadequate privacy. The home wasnt clean when we arrived-garbages had items from previous renters, kitchen counters were dirty. The biggest downfall was we rented the "entire home" as advertised but many locked doors in the home and no access to the garage pictured in advertisement nor access to outdoor garbage cans to empty full garbage cans inside the home.

Beautiful home, well stocked for a relaxing getaway!

The home was immaculate with plenty of amenities from large (hot tub) to small (Kleenex a'plenty).
Of our group of three friends, the tallest is 5'2.5" so getting onto the king size beds was.. interesting but extremely comfy once in place. It appeared the very cozy sitting room might be used as an extra sleeping room and could use Kleenex and a trash can. We loved using that room in the mornings.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Such a charming and cozy place to come wind down for a overdue girl's weekend. We felt so at home and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Nichols Quarters. It was clean, spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and it was nice it was only a couple blocks from beach access. We didn’t realize, however, that there would only be starter up supplies of laundry detergent, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent so if you are staying for a week (and have kids), you’ll want to stick those things in. Also, very, very limited seasoning supply and no Saran Wrap, foil, or ziplocks in the kitchen so make sure to bring those items as well as there aren’t many grocery stores nearby and what little you can find are pretty expensive. Guests don’t have access to the closet in the master -only an armoire which wasn’t great for long dresses, pants, etc. The top bunk bed upstairs wasn’t made up when we came….not sure if that was an oversight or what but with three kids we needed all the beds. Otherwise we had a wonderful time!

What a beautiful home, perfect for our friends getaway to the coast. I was looking for an open floor plan, modern kitchen, spacious couch and a hot tub and this spot checked all the boxes. The primary suite was luxurious. All of the bathrooms were modern, beds were large, the hot tub was perfect. There were cabinets full of games and books and you could tell thought was put into this vacation home. I cant wait to come back in the summer!

This is a beautiful recently built home. I would definitely stay again, only I would stay longer to enjoy more of the town.

It’s a great new house in a nice location. It’s a quiet relaxing neighborhood with a close walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a nice new house in a location we love and we have stayed in this neighborhood over the years. The thing that hampered our stay was the excessive adde fees and costs which amounted to an extra 50% a night. Also, for the rates paid for a week, one would expect more than two dishwasher pods. Vacasa has monopolized management of the coast. We will be vacationing elsewhere.

This house was perfect for an unwind with a few family and friends. The beach was close. Beautiful beach. Not too hot. The mist kept us cool despite blazing sun at the house. Something I had never seen before.
The house had everything you could need. Beautiful and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated beach house. The house was furnished with everything you would need and the hot tub was a nice amenity. The beach is a short walk away where we saw amazing sunsets. Our family created fun memories here. I would highly recommend.

Everything about this home far exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean, comfortable and was perfect for our family with young adult kids and a preteen. We all loved our stay and look forward to visiting again!

Our family enjoyed spending three nights in this beautiful home as we explored the Oregon coast from Tillamook to Cannon Beach. The hosts thought through every detail for complete comfort.

Exceptional home, relaxing stay!
This home was beautiful! It is a new VRBO. Extremely well maintained, clean and cozy. I appreciated the good communication when I had questions. Big kitchen to cook, short 10 minute walk to the beach and a relaxing, clean hot tub to enjoy after a day out and about. Beds were very comfortable. AND a sofa bed in the sitting room in case 1 more bed is needed for your group. I had asked about that before booking and the management team said no. So that was a nice surprise although we didn't need it because two people ended up not joining us. Know that since it is pretty new, the stock on toiletries, seasonings, laundry/dishwasher and outdoor family recreational toys is very limited. Only salt and pepper in cupboard, only 2 rolls paper towels, 3 garbage bags and laundry tabs. It would be convenient to provide a few more of those necessity items, especially when it's a big group. We loved the house, my kids enjoyed all the games and books and we would love to stay again! Our recommendation would be to work on getting some bikes and a little wagon for an option to take back and forth to the beach. Thank you sooo much for sharing your gem of a property!

Beautiful home with every amenity our family needed and a few we didn't, but appreciated. Short walk to the beach and a private backyard with plenty of green and birds to enjoy.

Beautiful new home close to the beach
We visited this house for a short business retreat during the week followed by a short family vacation over the weekend. It did not disappoint! We fell in love with every aspect of this house from the location, the interior/exterior design, the outdoor space, the kitchen, etc., etc., etc. It's absolutely lovely! The house is in a quiet and secluded neighborhood close to Rockaway Beach and Wheeler. Manzanita is just a short drive away. The beach area near the house was really unique with all of the driftwood there and had an expansive beach to walk on. I'd definitely rent this house again.

Birthday at the beach
The house was really amazing and everything was well-appointed. Hot tub and barbecue were really easy to use oh, and the hot tub was one of the best things after a day out at the coast. We traveled all the way to Garibaldi and up to Manzanita and everything seemed really accessible. The kitchen was really big and everything worked great and made preparing meals easy. And the large couch is super comfortable! All the rooms were great, and the beds were super comfortable. Also. The beach that is right down the street from the house was really nice. I would recommend this to anyone, and we can't wait to go back next year.

Perfect Beach House
We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved this home and it’s location. It’s a short walk to the beach and quick drive into town. Only problem I had was getting a call and “site visit” from Vacasa as you can’t have more than 3 vehicles but there was definitely room for the 4 vehicles and the site visit was because they assumed that because of the 4 cars that it was apparently a bunch of teenagers who rented the house and it was a party? And they we’re asked to check our ID’s but didn’t as when they came to check on the house instantly noticed that everyone that was here was 30 or in their 30’s and just cooking food and relaxing in the hot tub.
