About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home - you won't want to leave!! You'll enjoy this comfy end unit 3 bedroom townhome that is tastefully updated and decorated. Convenient to all that Cary has to offer in a quiet townhome community - located just off I-40. Easy access to NC State, PNC Arena, Koka Booth Amphitheater, Wake Med Cary, shopping & restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Raleigh, RTP & RDU Airport.
This townhome is an end unit that overlooks an adjacent small park. You can enjoy sitting on a bench in the park or on our furnished deck with fenced in backyard!
I am available for questions and usually respond right away but definitely within an hour unless it’s an unusual circumstance. I would be happy to meet you in person, if that's what you would like, but I've found that most guests like the ease of keyless entry check-in and just communicating as needed throughout their stay.o
For the outdoor enthusiast, there are many walking trails in Cary, even one of the shorter ones can be accessed from our neighborhood. Also Crabtree Lake Park is about a 10 mile drive away as well as several access points to the Tobacco Trail are not too far. If you want shopping, Crossroads Shopping Area is less than 5 miles away where you’ll find a variety of shopping and restaurants. And it’s not that far to downtown Cary, which is very quaint with lots of new revitalization - very cute area to walk and restaurants. Indoor arcade gaming (and restaurant) can be found at Dave & Busters just a couple of miles away. There are plenty of grocery stores, other fast food and restaurant options near by!! Downtown Raleigh and Cameron Village area are not too far away either - with tons of restaurants and shopping options. Let me know if you want additional recommendations!!
The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants and some shopping. Cary is also a great place to ride a bike with many bike lanes available. However, the best way to get around is in a car.

My daughter and I stopped by for one night during our travels, and our stay was clean, safe and quiet, a welcomed refuge from our long drive on the way to Tybee Island from NJ. We felt welcomed. The owners supplied tea, coffee, water bottles. etc, which is always a welcomed added bonus. Thank you!

The owners communication is exceptional. That alone gives this place 5 stars. I will say however the shower and tub could really use a face-lift. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. Wouldn't hesitant to stay here again!

Loved this property ! The location is prime to Cary but private in a wooded neighborhood. Neighbors we’re quiet and loved the nature view our every window . They had a basket of snacks and waters waiting in the kitchen and supplies to use throughout the stay . Had a very organized welcome book and labels on everything to help us find what we needed . Bedrooms were a nice size and bathrooms and closets ample. Would stay here again .
