About this house rental
The Four One Two Lodge at The Lodges at Eagles Nest! This luxury 6 Bedroom/6.5 Bath home offers nearly 4,242 square feet of living space resting on a spacious 2.76 acres at nearly 4,500 feet of elevation. Located on the front side of the mountain, it is in close proximity to Great Camp, the General Store, and the future restaurant at Great Camp. It is also convenience to the front gate and all the attractions of the High Country. The owners, award-winning architects in their own right, meticulously designed the home to offer the perfect balance of interior sophistication blended seamlessly with exterior hardwood siding, rugged stone and rusted metal roof that are so natural to the NC High Country.
Featuring 4 master suites on 3 levels, plus a bunk room, casual game room and additional detached guest quarters, the Four One Two Lodge is perfect for a large family or multiple families to stay together in complete comfort and privacy. The foyer steps into a great room with wood burning fireplace and wet bar. Just steps away, the stacked wall oven and gas range stove/oven of the kitchen are convenient to the country sink and exquisite marble counter tops of the casual bar dining and serving area. Pocket doors slide completely into hidden recesses to seamlessly join the kitchen with the covered outdoor living and dining space, offering wood burning fireplace and outdoor TV (not available for use in the winter). It is all framed by a backdrop of breathtaking rolling mountain and sunset views as far as the eye can see. The Four One Two Lodge is truly one of the most unique homes offered in The Lodges at Eagles Nest and throughout the High Country.
** The Four One Two Lodge is NOT pet friendly. If a pet is discovered in the home, it will be considered a material breach of contract and the tenant will be subject to expedited eviction without refund. Tenant will be charged a $500.00 pet fee and held responsible for additional necessary cleaning and flea treatment charges, any lost income while home is being cleaned, and any additional expenses of restoring the property to satisfactory condition, as determined by BRMR. If upon check-out inspection it is discovered that a pet has been in the home, all same charges will apply. **

Outstanding property + outstanding service
We LOVED our stay at hte 412 Lodge. It was a beautiful property and perfect for our Executive Team retreat. Management company was exceptional in providing customer service with things that we needed for our retreat. We'd definitely return!

Amazing Retreat
The home is nothing short of amazing. Modern and updated design and furnishings, well appointed, incredible views, fantastic outdoor space, enough rooms (living room, kitchen, outdoor deck, TV/game room, "hidden" loft, reading nooks) for everyone to spread out or get together. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit and had a fantastic meal on the dck the last night grilling and enjoying the ambience.
The home provides an opportunity to isolate yet it is a short drive to the great amenities of Eagle's Nest. Also, close proximity to Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain, hikes, waterfalls, wildlife, etc. Management was extremely responsive.
We travelled as two families each with 5 year old boys and there was plenty of room for everyone..it would easily accommodate larger groups or we could have had a 3rd family and not have been overcrowded in the least.
Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

The home was beautiful, fully stocked, and very well maintained. We enjoyed our time there so much we preferred staying at the property instead of venturing out into the Eagle's Nest resort for much of our time there.
The management company was first rate. They were in constant communication with us and would immediately respond if we had any questions. I highly recommend both the property and the management company to any prospective guests.

The home was beautiful, in a great location (about halfway up the Eagle's Nest resort) and was stocked with everything you could possibly need.
Communication with the property managers was excellent. They were easily accessible and responded to our questions immediately. I would highly recommend both the home and the managment company to future guests.

Overall, it is stunning! The few negatives: two pocket bathroom doors won't stay open. The refrigerator filter needs changing. The kitchen rug is curling up, so I was going to move it, (so I wouldn't trip), but underneath it is very dirty. Also, the inside fireplace needs a chimney cleaning, we think. The smoke would come in the house a lot, so we no longer could use it. The outdoor one was great.
The views were stunning! The wildlife was a lot of fun to watch and the weather cooperated for the most part. We do wish there were some sort of shades for the sun coming in the living area, as it gets hot and puts a glare on the TV.
Sadly, 8 of our group couldn't make it due to CoVid reasons, but the rest of us had a ball. Thank you!

Excellent Mountain Lodge
I was very impressed by the property and the property management team. This home feels brand new and has everything you could ask for to insure a comfortable stay. Amazing views, top end appliances, comfortable entertaining areas, great sleeping arrangements for large groups, private bathrooms, etc. Joanie with MRR was especially helpful during my entire stay. My entire experience was a 5/5, we will be back.
