Needs a new refrigerator though! Doesn’t cool well.

The property has seen better days. Some furniture was in disrepair, the deck had dangerous nails popping up, showers needed fixing and refrigerator was not working properly. A lot of money for a poorly maintained property

We are very grateful for the responsiveness of the Outpost staff when we needed something. We received call backs right away, and the blown circuit was fixed within a couple of hours - which was awesome!
While the place is as clean as you can get it, it's very dates. There are some minor and major things that could be done to make this place more comfortable.
Minor - replace the shower curtain in the upper bathroom, the current one is smells like mildew. Add a mattress cover to all the mattresses. No one wants to think they're sleeping in a bed that hasn't been using a cover. The upper bunk mattress is an example of this. Clean the fans in the bathrooms (just look up). Fix the fan in the middle bathroom - it makes a horrendous noise and you can hear it through the entire house. The dryer needs to be fixed - it also makes a loud squeaking noise the entire time it's on.
Major - fresh coat of lighter paint will brighten it up, and the carpets needs to be replaced. Add blackout shades/curtains to bedrooms. Make sure there is a comforter for every bed, not just fleece blankets.
Overall, these small touches would make a huge difference.

The place was well taken care of, comfortable and about a 7 minute walk to the tram. The home was Represented accurately on listing. The only reason for a 4 rating vs a 5 is the stocking and quality of the kitchen. We had 10 guys staying. When we arrived there were 6 coffee cups total and about the same number of wine glasses. The kitchen was lacking the number of quality cookware needed when cooking for 10 people. The last minor thing is the grille was out of propane and we had to purchase it ourselves. Overall the stay was great, just minor inconveniences you don’t expect with a luxury rental. The property manager was responsive and I am sure these minor issues will be fixed and I do recommend this location.

Teton Village property to strongly consider
Parking more than one car can be tricky and can be dependent on cooperation of other unit users. No air conditioning can make summer afternoons a bit uncomfortable but unit has fans.
Kitchen and unit generally is well equipped.
Living area is very comfortable.
BBQ needs a good cleaning.
Location of property is terrific.
We enjoyed our stay.
