Incredible place to stay! My family of 3 enjoyed our week long stay here. This place has everything and we couldn’t wait to get back each evening. From fishing, to kayaking, to watching tv while relaxing in the pool!!! They have everything you need to make your vacation as peaceful as possible. I wish I could take LILO’s with me everywhere I vacation. Do yourself a favor and book this slice of paradise.

We came down to the Keys for some much needed R&R after battling cancer for the last 7 months. We were so excited to finally have the chance to get away, and Lilo's was exactly what the doctor ordered. From the beginning LeeAnn was great with helping us get everything booked and was very helpful during our entire stay for anything we needed. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the pics really do it no justice. It was also well stocked with all the amenities, 2 bicycles, fishing poles etc. as well as an outside freezer full of bait to fish in the canal. The outside pool area and Tiki hut were a major hit and that's where we spent most of our days, and we enjoyed the hammock swings so much we bought 2 for our house back in Tennessee. We definitely can't wait to stay again!

My husband and I stayed at Lilo’s in The Keys for our anniversary and boy did it not disappoint!! The listing details are spot on. The space is perfectly equipped and so ready for you to jump right into vacation mode! The hours of swinging and chatting in the hammocks under the tiki will be a forever memory for us. Everything you could possibly need access to is within minutes to this space. We had a beautiful blend of poolside relaxin, coffee time at the canal, bike ride exploring, beach side mudslides seconds away from the front door and top down jeep cruising to Key West! This was the most memorable vacation to date for us and Lilo’s played a huge part in that. We will be repeat customers for sure (if there’s availability [insert winking emoji]. This is the third year we have stayed at this property, and it is more than deserving of repeat visits! The owners are VERY responsive and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need! The weather was cool and breezy during our stay, but the heated pool allowed us to still enjoy the water during an otherwise chilly getaway. The back porch is our favorite hangout -- we found ourselves eating all our meals there and lounging there until late in the evening. Can't wait for our next visit!

This is a terrific house in an amazing community. The location in Key Colony Beach is perfect and you are close to many restaurants and attractions. The house is extremely well maintained and stocked, very clean, and nicely decorated. Out the slidiing glass door is a beautiful tiki hut, pool, and access to the canal. The outside area is very well maintained and meticulously landscaped. We used the kayaks multiple times and there are great waterways to explore. LeeAnne, the owner is amazing to deal with. LeeAnne is in constant communication and is extremely helpful. I highly recommend Lilos! We stayed five weeks and already reserved for next January.

Wow! From the time i booked through our stay Leanne the property owner was amazing. Quick to respond to my questions. The home is fabulous and exactly as shown. I spent most of my time in and out of the pool. We saw manatees and fish in the canal behind the house, walked to Havanna Jacks, kayaked and used the home as a base to explore the area. We've stayed in a few VRBO properties now and this one was the most well stocked with everything you needed. We will stay again. This was a great vacation.

LILO’s in the Keys is a beautiful place to stay! LeeAnn made everything so very easy- from booking to check-out. The pool was great during the hot August days and beautiful lit up at night. It is a quiet neighborhood which is exactly what we wanted. If you are thinking about booking- do it! You just need to bring your clothes and groceries and you are all set! You will not regret it!

Wow, say it again backwards! This place was absolutely amazing for our family of 3. LeeAnn is such an amazing host with great communication. The house is in amazing condition and super clean. The pool and dock area are beyond belief. They provide so many extras that separate this property from the rest. Kayaks, fishing rods, bait, beach towels and chairs, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent, and so much more. Key Colony Beach is a quiet beautiful community! Don’t fear the duplex the neighbors are the nicest people I’ve met. You also have access to the beach club if you want or need a bigger pool for the kids or beach access. We enjoyed everything about this vacation and hated to leave.
Just to emphasize how awesome LeeAnn is as a host. The grill had built up a lot of grease from lack of cleaning by guests after cooking. I tried to burn it off but it turned into a big grease fire within minutes. I informed her of the situation and a new grill arrived assembled in 1 1/2 days!

My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED our time spent at Lilo’s In The Keys! The house was excellent & the back patio was like a little slice of heaven. The kayaks were great to take out for morning fishing trips and the local beach was just a couple steps away & so peaceful. We went snorkeling at Captian Pips, went on charters, and even ventured down to Key West for the day. I would highly recommend Lilos In The Keys! Can’t wait to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. It was very clean upon arrival and cupboards were well stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the backyard overlooking the canal and definitely e joyed the pool! It’s also located in a beautiful area in Key Colony Beach! We really loved the fact that it was right down the street from the beach and the passes to The Glunz Beach Resort were a bonus! It’s in an idyllic spot on key colony. Quiet, and has a lovely array of neighbours. The properties next door are owned and on the other side one is a holiday let.
The clientele tend to be couples due to the sizes of the properties; so you don’t have to worry about having a big party house next door.
There’s everything you need in this house, it’s all taken care of. Although there isn’t a kettle so I had to boil water in a pan. There is a coffee machine though.
We were lucky enough to see a manatee.
Favourite local dining spots are Havana jacks for happy hour and further afield Key Fisheries and the Island restaurant not far from the petrol station where you turn in to key Colony.
Can’t wait to return and to recommend your little gem to friends.

My husband and I had a great time in this house. It was in a great location, quiet neighborhood but close to all the things you could want to do. We brought our boat and the location of the house made it easy to get to both the Atlantic and gulf. The house was clean and had everything you need and more. Everything about our stay was amazing. All off the little touches by the property owner, made our stay incredible. Perfect getaway for our 26th wedding anniversary! Well equipped kitchen. Owner even supplies toilet paper, plastic wrap, soaps, etc. what a super great added bonus. Pool was clean and maintained. Manatee even came right up to dock, Thank you for an amazing week, We would love to return.

Rest and Relaxation in Key Colony
We have found a little slice of paradise!!!
The perfect sized house for us - two adults and a 10-year-old. The house was outfitted with everything we could need! The beds were clean and comfy. (Just a quick suggestion -- adding a couple more "thin" pillows would be helpful for those not acclimated to big fluffy pillows.). The kitchen amenities were plentiful and there wasn't a utensil or dish we lacked. Unlike many other rentals, the owners provided paper products, like toilet paper and paper towels, and cleaning products, like dishwasher and wash machine detergents. They really did think of everything!
We spent most of our time poolside, lounging in the hammock swings. Those were our FAVORITE!
The owner is a great communicator and responds quickly to VRBO messages, even during our stay. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could need.
We booked our next stay before our first day was done! We'll be back!!!

perfect little house
We spent a week at this property in February '22. It is clean well decorated, the pool is small but clean and warm with nice lighting at night and deep enough to swim in. Great dock with fish filet table, we had a manatee visit for almost an entire day. Rented a boat from Coco's around the corner and kept it at our own dock for 2 days. Bathroom and washer and dryer are like new as is the nice sized kitchen. The tiki hut out back is awesome too and the landscape, lighting, and seating around the pool are excellent. We loved it, the island is kind of low key and this is probably the most humble house on the island as there are many upscale homes. Island fish company down the road was a fav of ours and Angler and Ale is only 10 minutes north. Overall we loved our time at this home.

Great week away in a very cool and cozy place
Just as advertised and even better upon arrival. At the end of each day, a relaxing time for a drink or three in the pool. Caught some fish off of the dock and the short walk to Havana Jacks was worth it! Great staff there and felt welcomed every time. What a great week! Thank you and would definitely stay there again!
