Welcome to Hillside Hideaway!

Hillside Hideaway is a spacious 5 bed/5bath cabin located only one mile off of the parkway providing easy access, yet still tucked away in a secluded area. With a theater room, game room, two private decks and a hot tub, this cabin is sure to provide a fun and comfortable stay for everyone!

Amenities include:

- Theater seating on lower level with Large TV

- Game Room with two arcade games (Big Buck Hunter and a multicade), pool table and TV

- Hot tub (6 seats)

- Two private decks with rockers

- Fireplace

- Outdoor charcoal grill

- ROKU TV in each bedroom and shared space (8). TV includes: Spectrum TV Stream and the Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+). Other streaming apps available with guest login

- WiFi

- Hardwood floors throughout

- About 2,600 sq. ft. 4 King beds, 2 bunk beds, 2 pull out couches. Each room has its own bathroom. Linens are included for all beds and pull-out sofas. Towels, washcloths, and basic soaps included in all bathrooms

- Full kitchen stocked with coffee maker (need to provide your own coffee), crock pot, fridge/freezer, blender, mixer, pots/pan, utensils and more

- Washer/Dryer

- Close distance to Dollywood, The Old Mill District, Gatlinburg, and all activities on the Parkway!

- Parking: Driveway is able to hold 4-5 cars depending on the size

GUEST ACCESS:

Check-in details and door code will be sent to you a couple of days prior to your arrival. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin! We are real people with real jobs just like you!

OTHER DETAILS:

- All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed)

- 16 Human Max (Message us before booking if you have more than 16 people)

- No Pets

- We provide a starter pack of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and soap. You may need to buy more. Shampoo/Conditioner not provided

- You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart

- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- Kids are to be supervised at all times. NO kids outside on the decks without parents

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control

- Condiments, zip locks are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100, plus damages

We had 3 generations gather in Pigeon Forge for a long weekend and we all loved this cabin. The large (and well stocked) kitchen being open to the living area and every bedroom having its own bathroom were huge pluses. The kids loved the movie theatre area. And the location was perfect for getting where we wanted to be!

Spacious for our group! The mini arcade game console was a big hit for our family. Billards was hard to play with the walls restricting some shots. Could have been cleaner but overall stay was comfortable and pleasurable.

This was a beautiful cabin far enough from crazy strip but close enough to everything. Enough space to almost feel alone with a house full of people. Our only complaint is needs a little more cleaning. There were socks and trash pieces in 3 of the bedrooms, living room and had to wash pots and pans before using (still stuck on food) other than that this is a great place! The owner was fast with replies. Would stay again!!

Beautiful property. Accommodated our large family very well. Close to Pigeon Forge and far enough enough away to enjoy a quiet morning on the porch. Owners were super helpful and responsive.

Came down for Spring break with friends and had an absolute blast making memories! Had good food, great fun, and tried to things. Cabin was perfect size for our 2 families of 4. Went to the Pirates Voyage dinner show and recommend! Took a couple hikes on the different trails- good to unplug and reconnect with nature!!

We had a great stay at this cabin and highly recommend. Joshua, the owner, was very responsive and communicated great leading up to our stay, during and after! We had 4 generations and everyone LOVED having their own private bathroom. The games were a big hit for our 4 year old and the adults. The hot tub was very clean! Nice open layout on the main floor, which made gathering and spending time together easy. There is plenty of porch space to sit outside and relax. Super close to restaurants, Dollywood, attractions & more. Highly recommend and hope to come back again!

Reserved for an event we were attending at the Pigeon Forge Le Conte Center. Cabin was very close to center and easy to get to. Cabin was very clean and the 5 bed rooms and baths were great to house our team. Has a large kitchen/living area for larger gatherings. Check in was easy. The owners were friendly and extremely prompt when answering questions. Definitely a 5 star experience.

It was even better than the pictures. It was close to Dollywood but in the hills. It was easy to get to restaurants and other things to do. It is new but has an old cabin feel. Our family really enjoyed it and hated to leave.

Nestled in the stunning mountains of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, the cabin we stayed in was the perfect getaway destination! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owner took great care and pride in maintaining such a beautiful and serene space. All aspects of the cabin were in good working order, and it was spotless! The location of the cabin was ideal, perched high up in the mountains, with breathtaking views from every angle, giving us a perfect amount of privacy. We spent most of our time gazing out at the magnificent scenery, and it was worth every moment. The hospitality of the owner was remarkable, our stay was made even better because the owner went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their guidance in recommending the top attractions in the area ensured that we enjoyed a fantastic experience. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better cabin in an excellent location with an exceptional host. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking for a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway experience. We couldn't recommend it more and we're already planning our next visit!

My family really enjoyed this cabin, it was close to the attractions we had planned on going too.Very roomy for our family, cabin was was very clean, had enough towels & responded quickly via email. We spent three nights at this cabin for a spring break trip. It was perfect for 12 people and very close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. There were a couple of weather related issues but that’s always a chance you take in the winter. The Christmas decorations were great and really got us in the mood for Christmas away from home. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us and the pool table and theater area were very popular. The kitchen was well equipped for making our Christmas breakfast and dinner and for the baking that we did. We had no problem with communicating with management when issues came up. We will definitely consider staying again.

Great location in Pigeon Forge. 8-10 mins from most things including grocery store. New build and backs up to a wooded area. 5 bedrooms with full baths in each. Quiet area even with building of new homes in the area. Host provided excellent communication as well.

This cabin is great for large families, teens, and kids. We loved the convenience of the location. It was close to local restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The roads to the cabin were great with no steep small mountain roads as we have had in other cabins. The arcade room and movie room were perfect for kids and teens. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend this cabin!

Great cabin for a family vacation! It had plenty of room for our large family. Cabin has a very nice large bedroom on the main entrance of the house (which was great for our 82 yr old grandparents who can’t climb stairs!) It’s also in a great location, only takes a minute to get into Pigeon Forge on the main parkway. Although we did encounter a small issue during our stay, the host (Joshua) was very responsive and polite and got the issue taken care of the very next morning. Would recommend this cabin for a large family vacation trip!

My siblings and I took my mother to pigeon Forge. We lost my Dad four years ago and my parents loved coming to this town. My family really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it for large family getaway. Great response from the manager and our issue was taken care of very quickly. We had a great experience with this cabin. It has plenty of room and is in a great location with easy access to Pidgeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. We encountered 2 small issues while we were there, but it was fixed in just a few hours, excellent response time, things happen outside of anyone's control. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation.

We stayed for 3 nights. The property was very spacious. It’s close to the parkway and lots of places for activities/food. The construction was further up from our cabin and did not affect us in any way in leaving, coming, or noise. We experienced some hiccups with the cleanliness (beyond the host control) of the cabin; but Joshua was very quick to respond EVERYTIME and handled it quickly and professionally. We would stay again.
