About this apartment rental
This first level condo offers a panoramic unobstructed lakefront view of gorgeous Lake Dillon and the Colorado Rockies. The large, welcoming living room has a wall of glass doors that overlooks the lake and a large gas fireplace, large screen tv with soundbar. The spacious kitchen is fully supplied with everything you would need for cooking, entertaining and enjoying apres ski meals or drinks. The kitchen is updated with granite slab counters and stainless steel appliances. Large dining area with seating for up to 9 guests. You're able to enjoy the community pool and hot tub located on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with views of Lake Dillon and mountains from the bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are queen beds with their own bathrooms. Sofa sleeper / air mattress in the living room. There is also a den area with sun room windows for another light and bright living area, plus a large desk and chair, and sofa bed with inflatable air mattress. The lake views are mesmerizing from every window!
Point Dillon is a highly desired location due to its unobstructed view on the shore of Lake Dillon. A large grassy lawn separates the condo from the lake and walking path. Perfect area for kids to play, or to sit and enjoy a drink. In the summer months the Dillon Farmers Market is just a short walk away. Walk to Pug Ryans, the Tiki Bar, Dillon Marina, Arapahoe Cafe and lots of other local favorite bars and restaurants in Dillon. The Dillon Amphitheater is also a short walk away for great concerts all summer long.
Just off the walking/bike path with hundreds of miles of paved paths from Keystone to Breckenridge, Copper, Vail and more! Keystone Resort is 10 minutes away and the other resorts, Copper, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin are about 20 minutes away. Vail is 45 minutes away. Close by (less then a 10 minute drive) you will find the Silverthorne Outlets, Recreation Center, Target, City Market (groceries) and several restaurants within walking distance.
This unit and the property is non-smoking, no pets. Garage Parking for 3 cars. Please note, garage clearance is 6'3".
An indoor heated pool and a hot tub with waterfall and mountain views are on site. We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

This is a very nice unit with lots of space and great layout. Nicely appointed, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, three parking spots, etc., etc. Everything worked and it made for a great week of skiing at Keystone and Breckenridge.

Such a nice place! Beautiful, comfortable and all around great accommondations. All the tech features (gate and door codes) are so convenient! The place was clean and the beds and bedding were comfy! It was well maintained and had everything you could ask for. Furnishings and decor were so pretty and upscale. Everthing in this condo is quality!! We hope it's available for our next family trip up to Dillon!

This is the second time we've rented this condo. We love it. We had 8 people stay with us, including 2 small children and it never felt crowded. The bathrooms and kitchen are all updated. It's very comfortable and we will definitely be back!

great location to ski areas, pubs, grocery and eateries. great space for our group of 7. Beds comfy, games, puzzles, stocked kitchen, covered parking for 2 cars. a couple of points- 1 bathtub elevated with no grab bar to exit. lots of building and unit and garage codes.. take a pic and keep them handy. no garage opener.. push a button to exit; code to enter. could use a few extra pillows... but plenty of extra blankets and sheets. we donated a few groceries to the spice and coffee stockpileš. great views of Lake Dillon! would defintely stay here again.

Wonderful place for a ski weekend. Lots of room to relax after a day on the slopes. Location near grocery and all restaurants in the area. Will come back again.

This property had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! The furnishings in the den and bedrooms were all very comfortable. The linens were also great! The toilets need some minor adjustments on them as does the shower in one of the bathrooms. The views are great!!!
The property is dated and the elevator was broken some of the time we were here. The garage door was also broken most of the time we were here.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time and the quietness of the property!

I found this property to be of great value. The car was sheltered from the weather and the living area was very comfortable. The views were great and it was nice being able to spot the building from long distances and know that we are almost home after a long day of being on the mountain.

This condominium had great views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. It had comfortable beds and the layout worked great for 3 couples plus and extra on the pullout sofa in the sunroom. We loved the ample seating in the family room for everyone to comfortably relax by the fireplace, watch tv or play games. The kitchen had the amenities needed. There was not a crock pot but there was a pressure cooker. Grocery stores, retail and restaurants are all very close. The walking trail by the lake was great and easily accessible. We loved the hot tub with great views. We did not have pool towels in our unit which would have been nice because the dryer took a long time to dry our towels. The beds were all very comfortable. There is not an outlet on one side of king bed so an extra long charging cable might be helpful. The condominium is located conveniently to be able to ski at A-basin, Keystone, Breckinridge or Copper. The covered 3 space parking was great!

This is a beautiful, well-appointed condo in a great location on Lake Dillon. We enjoyed lovely views of the lake and mountains, but were also close to shops, activities and restaurants. Our group of five adults had plenty of space to spread out in the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We had a wonderful week and will definitely book again next time we head to Colorado!

We loved our stay in Dillon a few weeks ago. The condo is wonderful with modern kitchen appliances and nice bathrooms. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Great location and incredible views
We loved the location and views of the lake and mountains. Plus the bike/walking path is right outside the condo. Thereās a playground within walking distance, along with picnic tables and rentals for the lake.
The condo was clean and comfortable and although we didnāt do any cooking there it had everything needed had we wanted to make meals.

Our family loved staying here, especially the great view from the living area, the spacious rooms, and easy access to the bike trails. We would love to come back for another stay.

There is a large patio with gorgeous lake view from the living room. Minutes of driving from town center with restaurant and shopping center. Room is neat and clean. Big family room where kids really enjoy to cuddle together after dinner. Kitchen is full of necessary cookware and small appliance. Very good property.

Great Ski Condo Spot
This place was perfect for our group that went skiing. Hot tub was nice, and the views from the porch are phenomenal. Location is close to about everything you need in Dillon including multiple restaurants and stores. 5/5 stars.
