This home is in a quiet location with incredible views of the Ten Mile Range. The main level features a spacious gourmet kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, slab granite counters, and wood flooring. Open to the kitchen is the living area with large screen HDTV, and a gas fireplace to keep it cozy. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for up to 6 guests and additional bar seating for 4. Vaulted ceilings and large windows in the main level room provide south facing sun all day long and views of the mountains. The large deck is accessed off the main living area and has a gas grill, outdoor seating and dining table for meals or cocktails while enjoying the mountain views.
The main level has 2 bedrooms. Main level bedroom 1 has a King sized bed and views of Tenderfoot Mountain. The second main level bedroom has a full sized bed, and private outdoor patio with views of Tenderfoot Mountain. There is a full bathroom with shower and bathtub on the main level that is shared between the two bedrooms.
Upstairs is the private primary suite with King sized bed, wood flooring, and private en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower, and double sinks. The primary bedroom is the only room on the upper level providing a private sanctuary.
The downstairs level features a large living area with game room, family room and wet bar. The game area has a pool table and ping pong table for hours of family fun. There is an adjacent wet bar for snacks and drinks with sink area, full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The living area has comfortable couch seating, HDTV and gas fireplace.
There are 2 bedrooms on the downstairs level. One bedroom has 2 twin sized beds, and the other with a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom in the hall with shower and bathtub. There is a 2 car heated garage for parking, plus space in the driveway for an additional 2 vehicles to park. It is a 4 vehicle maximum parking on site. The neighborhood has a clubhouse with heated pool and hot tubs.

We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.
