This 2,200 square foot home is set up with guests in mind and has everything you may need for a relaxing vacation!
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, 30 minutes away from Englewood or Venice beach. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Great for multi generational groups, something for everyone to do.
Home has a spacious and cozy living room for you to gather for game nights or to cuddle up after the beach and watch a movie, large dining area along with a quaint breakfast table, garage has a pool table, foosball table, and bikes for evening rides around the neighborhood. Heated 32x15 size pool!
North Port Aquatic Center is a short 8 minute drive with fun for the whole family!
Warm Mineral Springs is a 15 minute drive from the home!

The Space:
King bedroom with a flat screen TV
Two queen bed rooms
Bunk room (sleeps 6) with a TV and a Nintendo gaming system.
Enjoy evening BBQ in the screened in pool lanai area with loungers, a patio dining table, and a cozy seating area.
Large yard to enjoy a game of corn hole, horseshoe toss or to just throw the ball around.

It is a beautifully listed home, but poorly maintained. Response from host was not up to the mark. Pool wasn’t getting filtered, wasn’t circulating water, was foul smelling.- not usable. Kids were frustrated with this. Bathrooms drainages were clogged in the sink and tub. Latches were broken. Backyard lights and patio lights were not working. Lower bunk bed had ants. Overall not up to the standards

House is exactly as pictured/described. Family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children. Plenty of room for everyone. Pool was heated! (we did not have to do anything). Grandkids loved the pool and their bedroom with the nintendo switch, they brought their own as well. All three could play games together. Kitchen table sat all of us with room to spare. Greate for family games. The neighborhood is very quiet. We did contact owner with a few questions. She responded quickly and answered all our questions. Highly recommend this courageous home for large families. 5 stars rating across the board!

Our family moved from Florida 3 years ago and we came home to visit our family who remains. The Charming heated pool home was perfect for us. We have 7 kids ranging from 1 to 16 and they definitely enjoyed the pool. We had everything we needed as far as pool supplies, kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, and activities for the kids. They even had beach supplies if you wanted to go to the beach, which is nice because you don’t really need to buy anything extra. There was more than enough room to accommodate our family size! I had a really good relaxing time. The owner was great, the stay was great, I’d definitely go there again.

I live in North Port and couldn’t fit all my family in my home so I rented this home for several family members. The location was perfect because you’re basically 20-30 mins away from several beautiful white sand beaches, Sarasota, Venice and the home has a beautiful lanai with a pool for relaxation. It’s a WIN WIN!!!

The house is so beautiful and inviting! When we first arrived the pool had debris from an earlier storm and when we reached out to the owner, Gina, she had the pool maintenance guy over within minutes and had it cleaned and levels checked. The house had everything you needed and MORE! Gina even gave us places in the area to visit. We loved it there so much we want to book it again for next year!

When we entered, the 4 bedroom 3 bath was immaculate. Fully furnish with all kitchen and linen needs. The pool was clean and supplied with many toys. The garage was equipped with ping pong, pool table. Also, a laundry room with the latest washer dryer.. Could not be more pleased. Communication with the owner was instant response. Would recommend to anyone that has a large family or a group.

Beautiful home and pool with everything you could need for the perfect stay. The kitchen is spotless and newly updated. The entire home was lovely and clean. The game room was a big hit, the tv’s were excellent. The appliances were top notch. Wi-Fi was good. Great location. Close to stores and restaurants. Convenient to route 75. Pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Patio was fully furnished. The dining room table was gigantic as was the island. The host is an excellent communicator. The pool was heated and spotless. So inviting. We hope to return to this fabulous home.

This property was beautiful and a fabulous place for us to stay as a family. It was close to beaches and has everything we needed. We enjoyed everything, from the pool to the game room. We would definitely come back!

The house was very clean and well equipped, and Gina was very responsive to my questions. The shady lanai and sunny pool area provided many hours of entertainment. It is located in a quiet residential area (the loudest sounds were from the birds), but there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. While our group was primarily adults, it would also be great for a family with children.

This house was perfect for our group. It was stocked with everything and anything you would need for your vacation. The house is beautiful and the pool was really nice. North Port is a nice area with many shopping options and restaurants close by. Our host Gina was great. She got back to us right away when we had questions. Would stay here againl

This was a wonderful house set up for entertaining a family of all ages! The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook anything for a crowd. The kitchen table is massive. The pool was so warm and relaxing. Gina was a great host and available quickly whenever we had questions. Our family enjoyed the pool table and other games that were at the house. Also, the 2 adult bikes were nice to ride because the house is close to a very long bike trail. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and toys for our grandchildren to play with. This property was a real blessing to us for our family vacation. I wish we could have stayed longer!
