1 The Stables is a delightful Grade II listed cottage resting in Grange-Over-Sands, Cumbria and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four people and a sitting room with electric fire, Smart TV and soundbar. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a courtyard with patio and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted at this property. Please be aware that this property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. 1 The Stables is a fantastic dwelling for exploring the Lake District.

The Furness Railway transformed Grange-over-Sands from a sleepy fishing hamlet into a posh seaside resort in the early 1900s. Visitors can now enjoy a pedestrian-only promenade, beautiful ornamental gardens, golf courses, brass band concerts, and fantastic bird viewing in this charming town of the past. Nearby are Lake Windermere, the villages of Bowness on the Windermere (about 8 miles distant) and Hawkshead, all of which preserve their unique beauty and character.
