About this house rental

In our basement, we created a new space for you and you will have a separate entrance from us, for you and your family. It has a modern feel with new flooring and an open floor plan.
We keep you close to USU and it’s about 45 minutes to Bear Lake, and minutes away from other shopping and restaurants.
We have a twin, full, and queen bed (and even a queen air mattress if you need). Come enjoy your time here for a night or long stay!
We have some light breakfast items provided for you before you go and you can even cook here also.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and light of this basement apartment. It is decorated so charmingly. We we’re left quick breakfast items that we could have. So thoughtful when traveling with children. Thanks for a great stay in Cache Valley.

Great place close to campus. Hosts were attentive and ready to help if needs be. Checkin seamless. Very clean and had everything you may need for short stay. The noise from family life above was not disruptive.

We loved how clean and cute this place was. My daughter and I stayed here just a couple nights and were pleasantly surprised with the minor details that the owners put into the property. It felt like we had everything we could possibly need and the place was well stocked. The one complaint we would have is the noise. The ceiling/floors are very thin and we could consistently hear noise such as footsteps, children jumping around, or crying coming from above us. Otherwise, we loved the location and cleanliness of our stay. We did bump into the owners of the property and they were very apologetic and aware of the noise issue. Unfortunately the solutions to this particular issue are limited.

My daughter and I stayed for one night as she was doing a college visit at USU. We appreciated the "Top 5" lists for restaurants, activities, etc and had a great dinner (Tandoori Oven) and evening hike (Wind Caves in Logan Canyon) before our college visit the next day. Hosts were friendly and accessible. The kitchen was not only fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils, but also had things like granola bars, pop-tarts, etc. Note that this is a basement apartment, and there are little children living upstairs, so we did hear the normal sounds of family life, but that was not an issue for us (although those looking for absolute silence might not enjoy). This will definitely be my go-to place to stay when I come back to Logan.

Easy to locate in quiet neighborhood. Owner very nice. Need to clean leaves, etc out of entry way.to apartment. We would stay there again.

This was a very nice property. Host provided light breakfast items and ingredients for cooking. However, since this is a basement unit, be aware that it is somewhat noisy.

This cute property was everything it was advertised for. The hosts were incredible! We were only there for 2 days but they allowed us to stay into the afternoon the second day as there was no one booked the next day which was such a blessing as we were able to have a family gathering that was much needed. We had 4 adults and a baby and we were all very comfortable. The kitchen area is nice and open and flows right into a great family room for gathering. The hosts were prompt in their communication and even provided a parking pass for our daughter who lives in Logan to park on the street so she could be with us. This is a wonderful place and highly recommended for a nice place close to campus and the stadium!

Clean. Great price. Great location, mid-Logan and close to USU campus. Very low ceilings in some areas. Might have to duck in the hallways if you at 6ft. 😄

this property is close to campus and is exactly what they advertise a basement apartment that has been remodeled. the property was extremely clean and new. owners are on site and upstairs and pleasant to work with. we had a short but enjoyable stay.
