The property was clean and met my expectations. There were fresh eggs in the fridge and milk for the cereal, that was nice. The location is great—very walkable to shops and restaurants. I would rent again!

The farmhouse is cozy and exactly what we needed for our short stay. Perfect location within walking distance to downtown destinations. Would definitely stay here again.

This cute, modern take on a farmhouse is in a great location for walking to places of interest and good restaurants in Logan. The farm fresh eggs, bottled water, and chocolate treat provided by the hosts were unexpected and very much appreciated.

House was super cute and just as shown in photos. We had 6 guests and utilized the sleeper sofa and provided air mattress. Be sure to bring sheets for air mattress if you’re planning on using it. It was great to have some food available after getting in late. Location was perfect - easy walk to fun places to eat and shop. Loved it!

I really enjoyed my stay here for a week while attending a conference at USU. Mason has done a beautiful job making the place very comfortable, and providing lots of little amenities. The bed is super comfortable, central A/C and heat works great, and there's a good kitchen. While there isn't a ton of cooking equipment, there is everything you need for whipping up basic meals. They also have generously stocked the fridge and pantry with eggs, milk, creamer, cereal, coffee, microwave popcorn and even a couple packages of ramen in case you're starving and can't get to the store! I really appreciated that. The location is great if you want to explore the little downtown area. I was there without a car and was able to walk to the grocery store and liquor store in less than 10 minutes. There's a great little coffee shop one block away, and a fabulous Italian restaurant literally directly across the street (Le Nonne). If you are going to USU, it's a bit of a hike on foot since it is up two steep hills, but it's a very beautiful 30-40 min walk! There is also a bus about 5 minutes walk from the apartment that takes you to USU super quick (and it's free). One note from late June 2023: there is a new house being built on the property directly behind this unit, and the construction started at 6:45am every day including Saturdays. Hopefully that will be done soon, you might want to ask the owners about that if you are hoping to sleep in during your time there.

Came to visit family who have recently moved to town. Perfect location to the views of the Logan temple and downtown amenities that are easily accessed by walking. Just the right size for two individuals, possibly four. Only concern was the bathroom is quite small. We will definitely stay here again!

I traveled with my 90 year old mother. She loved the place and the fact that there were no stairs inside the apt. It was so peaceful, quiet and clean. I will definitely be going back

This was a quaint little home away from home while visiting our daughter at college! Gave us a great place to relax and play games and enjoy each other during our visit! Loved all the details put into this place!! Very impressed how it looked just like all the photos, no surprises! Place smelled great too!!
