Welcome to Blue Haven, the sanctuary you have been waiting for. The newly built waterfront 4 bedroom/3 bath home has a gorgeous heated pool, sun deck, and a lighted private fishing pier. There is something for everyone to enjoy. There are 2 kayaks and the pier has a lower platform for easy kayak launching, a privacy-fenced backyard, Adirondack chairs around the pool, and off-street parking for 8 cars.

Walking into this home, you are in an open-concept living area with a sectional couch and plenty of seating to gather or watch TV. The fully equipped kitchen has 3 seats on the island, a dining table with seating for 8, and a high chair. The home has two primary bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a "kids room" with a twin trundle bed. There is a third full bath off the main living area for the guest and kids' rooms. The layout of this home is perfect for family or friends.

This property had everything you needed for a perfect stay. Private pier for fishing, very nice pool, kayaks. All of the amenities and appliances were top of the line. It had the best cookware for preparing meals for the entire family.

This is an amazing rental! The host thought of everything! A heated saltwater pool with lighting, private peer with lighting and cleaning station and crab trap minnow trap provided. Rental has two en-suites King bedrooms with ceiling fans, a full bath in hallway, a queen size bedroom, a trundle bedroom with frosted sliding barn door, board games, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances such as full size refrigerator freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, full size stove and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, silverware, tableware, serving dishes, cutting boards and knife set provided. Coffee and teas provided. A large dining table with chairs, kitchen island with seating for five, upstairs balcony with deck seating for two, high chair and pack n play, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Toilet paper and paper towels provided. Outdoor chairs and end tables with extra chairs, 2 kayaks, life vests, outdoor picnic table, pool noodles and various other pool items available, BBQ pit available and corn hole game. There is not anything I could think of for the host of this property to add!

We just had a wonderful weekend at Blue Haven! The pool was heated for us and we made great use of it. The house was clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The views were gorgeous. The private fishing pier was so fun. We caught several small drum and gaff tops. Honestly we would cast out and have a bite within 60 seconds. I even used one of the kayaks for a quick paddle and that was great too. The sun was out and the water was calm. We will definitely be back.

This trip was for me and my siblings to spend time together since we all have busy and hectic lives. The house was so nice and clean exactly like the pictures. The property had so many items available to us like zip loc bags, foil, coffee and so many others. Check in and check out was easy. I would definitely recommend this place. We all loved it!

This house is beautiful and in a nice quiet cul-de-sac and the peacefulness of looking out at Salt Lake was great. We caught lots of crabs and lots of small fish as well. The weather was perfect. Warm and very breezy which kept the mosquitos away when out by the pool! Pool was nice. Management was great and very responsive with questions! We had a few constructive criticisms! The biggest issue we had was that the airfilter had clearly not been changed in a while as it was caked with dust. This impacted all of our allergies while we were there. I let mgmt know right away and they stated they would pass along the information to the property owner. As nice as this house is, it did lack some storage. One master bedroom has no closet for use. It is locked for property owner. So there is no where to hang clothes in there. 2 rooms do not have dressers so living out to the suitcase is the option in those rooms. The small 'kids room' with a trundle bed didnt have any storage at all. Its a small room but a bedside table or something wouldve been good bc our daughter had to live out of the suitcase on the floor. There was a lack of bath towels with only 2-3 per bathroom. At full occupancy, thats not enough at all. There is not a kitchen pantry and most of the cabinet space is too high to reach without a chair or stool. We rearranged alot to make room in accessible cabinets and drawers for our food. overall though we had a great time!

There was something for everyone here. We all enjoyed the salt water pool. We played corn hole.There was fishing and crab cages. We caught several just to release them. Very spacious for our group. Very well stocked. Thank you for the snacks! We were hungry after our drive. It was nice to be able to come straight there and not need anything else. We will be back for sure!

My family and I had an amazing time at Blue Haven. It was one of the most well appointed homes we have rented. If you need it, chances are it will be found in the home. The beds were all comforable and we appreciated that each bedroom had its own bath. We had such a great time fishing from the dock and relaxing in the pool.

Nice house, newer, but pool is not heated for winter use, and one cannot fish there, water is to shallow and on low tide its dry in places. Manager was nice, and tried to do right

Nice vacation home. Had bad weather and our fishing guide canceled, so we spent 90% of the time in the house playing games. Was very comfortable. Nice pool, was just a little to cold out side to swim.
