Exceptional

The couple who run Bird Paradise and mini farm are very lovely. They went out of their way to make our stay with them great. The lady is very friendly and helpful. The gardens around the property are beautiful, The room itself was very clean and comfortable, We will definitely be back again to stay again

The host was very friendly & extremely accommodating. Great space for kids to play. Beautiful natural gardens. Extremely clean.

Bathroom door needing adjusting to stop child entering & a small covered area to sit outside when it rains would be great.

the caretaker was very good and helpful.it was good as that was the only option we had for accomodation as it was done r

it was close to the city centre

it was not properly maintained and it’s actually very cold at night even if we had the heater on. I think the price is a bit expensive as compared to the other places in the area considering the set up of the place. but since, we got no other options it actually served the purpose of having a place to stay for the night.

Very over priced

Absolutely nothing it was a disgrace Too small for 5 adults and it advertises it can sleep 8 - no way can that occur Damp Too expensive for what you got.

This property was extremely overpriced for what we got. Our 3 beds all had damp linen and were head to bottom. It was no more thank sherers accommodation. We were expected to wear thongs and God only know how many other people had worn them before us. Not COVID friendly at all or hygienic. The pictures online showed room between each bed which was not the case. These pictures were obviously doctored. Absolutely no privacy at all for 5 adults. The vanity was a laundry sink. It was dark and dingy and for $785 we would of expected more than we got. The path leading toward the accommodation was nothing less than downright dangerous. Slippery and extremely narrow. It says it can sleep 8 it's a disgrace and should be taken off booking.com and air B&B disgraceful

The most terrible over priced accommodation I have EVER booked

After several attempts of trying to call and being hanged up on by the owner, not able to access the property, the owner come and met us at the gate to let us in after some time. The owner seemed friendly and nice on meeting, this changed following raising issues.

This property was booked over other cheaper options because it advertised it had a separate bedroom and separate lounge room, this was not the case. There is no separate bedroom only an open space with all odd beds squashed together so there is no walking space, room to move. The bathroom door was missing so the guests did not feel comfortable to use the toilet or shower. The curtain hook was broken and hanging down, no way to stick it back up so no privacy. The walls and ceiling are painted black making it very dark. Attempts were made to follow up with the property about their false information in description by Booking.com to address the guest complaint. This property is extremely over priced for the quality you will recieve here based on what $538.80 will get you in other accommodation. The 'garden' area is not private, this bungalow is based in the garden of the owner where that family spend time and were breeding puppies.
