Poor, not what we expected, as photos on the add was not the unit provided. Fals advertising.

Touch swith on bedlamps. Two ply toiletpaper.

Deep wrenching smell of dampness. Pillows too dense and rock hard. Dirty shower. No basin/tupper for dirty dishes. No curtains/blinds & blinding outside lights...no sleep. Wash badin water sprout splatter/spills. Unit on advert not unit provided. Should indicate the seperate units with photos. Fals advertising.

Well priced! Great Host! Good location

We loved every bit of this place! Location is excellent Host is very friendly and very helpful. Don went OUT OF HIS WAY with a sore leg and all to make our stay one for the books! The 2 fur kids are so adorable and playful and make you feel right at home. Place was super clean and well equipped. We will definitly be back.

Very comfortable stay

We really enjoyed the privacy and the braai facility, although we didn't use it we would of if we had more time. Very well equipped unit, safe, spacious and clean. We loved it.

ВОЛШЕБНАЯ АФРИКА

Шикарное расположение(800 метров до Променада и Океана),с учётом соотношения цена-качество-один из лучших вариантов в данном районе.Из панорамного окошка видно океан,удобная и большая кровать,газовая плита,полностью оборудованная кухня,в закрытом дворе парковка и все принадлежности для брая.

Мы путешествуем по Южной Африке уже месяц и везде отключают электричестао по расписанию,но везде при этом всегда питание роутера и тв остаются на аварийной шине(это несиловое потребление)-здесь же вырубается всё полностью.Так же есть устраняемые огрехи в организационно-хозяйственной части-как то неправильно работающий слив бачка унитаза,оторванный выключатель вентилятора,недостаточное освещение на кухне.Но всё это устраняемо-было бы желание.

Disappointing stay.

The sea view, the outside deck, the location (proximity to sea and shops), relatively quiet residential area. Aircon. Self-catering facilities.

Cheap and worn bed linen. Mattress not particularly comfortable. Mouldy wardrobe presumably caused by shower leak. Cracked basin. External sliding entrance door not anchored in wall frame properly. Broken window latch. Lack of aesthetic design sense and cheap finishings. Mismatching decor and furnishings. Chipped furniture. Artwork randomly hung on walls. No-one to greet on arrival - other than friendly dogs. Never saw owner or manager. Travel a lot; this establishment needs a lot more care and higher standard than what is offered. Would not recommend.

Beautiful seaview. Host is very friendly. The place is peaceful, clean and safe. Perfectly located. Enjoyed the privacy.

Very good

I loved how homely the place was and the peace and quiet. The place was also secure with 2 beautiful dogs holly and butter cup. I can't wait to go back.

The toilet for me was not up to standard. Using proper cleaning materials would make a huge difference and loadshedding really dampened our spirit.

Great but not perfect. Good value for money.

I liked the privacy. I liked that i could book in early upon request and the keys i could collect from a box and not a human. I liked that the room is a 300m walk from the beach. Noting the walk is on a big hill but that is what you would expect.

I was expecting my dishes to be done, especially that i was staying for 7 nights. I was hoping for more than one blanket, they could of provided a nice blanket for the coach. I was hoping the logins for Spotify and other facilities would be available and not require my own.

It is a safe and secure neighborhood, I was more worried about my car more than anything else as my brother recently had his car stolen and I could tell he was more worried about the car when he came to this place but was at ease after he saw the place. Checking in and out is so much easier, as someone who usually arrives in South Africa after 10pm and leaves before 6am it is always hard to find a place that accommodates those times but here everything was made so easy. The apartment was clean, the fridge also didn't have any funny smell (that's usually the case in some places) they provided coffee and tea which was a very nice gesture. The place is very peaceful and quiet. My brother might have been loud outside with his business calls so my apologies.

1)I asked for an Iron which I didn't receive, I understood it was during the weekend so the owner might not have been at home but a reply would have been accepted, to say "sorry no iron/ no one is at home" It says you can send his assistant a message but during office hours, hence I messaged the owner to ask for an iron, of which I believe it should be allocated in every room, as we travel some of us our clothes are folded and they might need some ironing. 2)It would be nice to know which room you are booking instead of saying entire apartment, there are different apartments within the premises, I believe everybody has a write to know which exact apartment are they booking. 3)The shower cap needs to be changed, there is no pressure in it, it feels like you are pouring so much water which makes me feel as if I'm wasting water, a small shower cap with the right pressure can do instead of that huge cap that is pouring so much water out. 4)The couch needs a little blanket, to sit on the couch/sofa with no blanket in this cold is just a no no. 5)The tip of the blanket was dirty but no boomer the blanket smelled clean, might have touched the ground while on the line to dry. The place is still a work in progress so I'll still book again next time. Otherwise the dogs are lovely, gorgeous and friendly 👍

Beautiful view! Great setup.

Great setup, amazing seaview. Right on the main road making it easy and convenient to get to and from the mall and other places of interest. A walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Friendly place

Friendly place, the owner is innovative and uses Whatsapp to make check in and check out instruction very easy for customers. The 2 dogs buttercup and holly are very cute. Will definitely visit the place again in the future when in Ballito.

Lovely service from Don and his managers Alex and Senzo. They really looked after us and our every need. Views from our place in the mornings were breathtaking with the sea view The cherry on top were his two beautiful girls, Holly the german shepard and Buttercup, the lab. We will definitely be back to stay there again soon. Thank you, Don, for welcoming us to stay in your beautiful place.
