the only good thing about this accommodation was the comfortable bed
Everything: The rooms were very cold, the heating was set very low, and the rooms were too big to heat.
the tv did not work!! we had to sleep with our clothes on it was that cold!!!!

Bathroom in the room
Really not so cleaned and just one towel for two people for two nights is unacceptable

Well kept and clean property. Well- equipped kitchen and a receptive owner who was ready to help in all ways he could.
The washroom and especially the washbasin was extremely small. The home was a little cold and didn't heat up well. Took very long to heat up.

The parking was easy and the area was rough but walking to the shop felt safe. The bed linen and towels were clean.
The room smelled of stale smoking so I had to buy some air freshener. The tiles on the shower are hanging off and there was what looked like pallet wood attached to the wall to create a feature. You don't actually meet anyone, it's all done with those little key safes fixed to a wall that open with a combination code - this did not feel safe so I left no valuables in the room when I was not there.

The location is rather unattractive but is only a 15 minute walk from Crewe railway station and there are good places to eat nearby. The property is clean and comfortable.
I struggled to gain entry and had to call the property manager for the codes needed to access the front door and room door keys. The bedroom lighting is very bright and it would be nice if it could be dimmed for TV/getting ready for bed.

Easy to find and close to the centre, beds were comfy, and the room was very clean. We were visiting for a wedding and could not have asked for more when it came to value for money
Thank you very much for the early check-in in it was much appreciated.
It was also just nice to grab a key and go straight to your room.
The stair bannister was a little wobbly when we arrived but again that's nitpicking
4.0
Very nice, private and ticked all boxes.
Nothing that I didn't like, apart from the fact that I had to leave a bag of rubbish in the room. I couldn't find a bin outside.

The location for me was fantastic, only a 5 minute walk to the town centre.
The accommodation was lovely and clean and had everything I needed and more.
The staff were amazing and communicated really well.

It was quite clean
TV didn't work, very noisy neighbours partying all night, nowhere to put towels in bathroom, more of a cupboard than bathroom, itchy sheets, no parking, and to top it off a dead rat at front gate! I booked in for 4 nights and left after 2, I wasn't going to write bad review but I messaged Lewis to say we were checking out early and why but he just ignored my message so I'd say avoid this place

the location was very convenient, bed was comfortable and shower was good.
upon arrival (midnight) I had no message or email saying which room I was in or PIN codes to the key boxes to access the property. after calling multiple times I received a message with such details followed by a second message telling me I had been contacted with these details prior, I had not. upon entry to the room the first thing I tried to turn on was the bedside lamp, however, it wasn’t plugged in and there was no socket remotely close to it. I then attempted to access the WiFi but to no avail. the person in the room next to me was also unable to connect to the WiFi.

TV worked this time, room clean and comfortable.
Parking was hit and miss this time.

Room was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and clean
Thus is my second visit now where the free view hasn't worked despite my messaging on both occasions. I found this lack of response very disappointing.
