Calidad precio genial

Nos dejaron entrar a la habitación súper temprano(7:30) pagando un pokito más y el personal súper simpatico

El baño muy pequeño, pero funcional y con agua caliente

Acceptable and comfortable.

It was somehow clean, small bedroom with own bathroom was enough for my needs and purpose. Bed was wide and comfortable. It was near the facility i was visiting, and staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were no hangers or spaces to hang clothes on. Also the location is a bit difficult to find. No convenient store nearby. No food service.

Bad stay due to weak water

‏You were informed in writing that I would arrive at the hotel at 11 a.m. for a three-day stay, and you did not refuse. Upon arrival, the receptionist insisted on paying an additional amount for the three hours from 11 to 2, even though I assured her that I would leave at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, this was contrary to the agreement. Then it became clear that the water in the hotel was very weak. It does not provide a good shower, and the soap liquid is very poor and does not foam

For Not a fan of Big Hotels

If you want to visit Makati Avenue but does not want to spend all your money on big hotels, this is a good option for you. just right after the big hotels, you'll find this. Cab fare is cheap, you amy also opt to take jeepney. 1 ride away.

Cheap and decent

- it's cheap compare to other place -receptionist name Jhon ray is super nice and accomodating . I have a problem with the security deposit 1500 and he suggested to do BDO to bdo transfer which is convenient for me . So thank you - ac and hot shower is working - they give you 2 bottle of water - toilet with shampoo - they also have kettle and mirror

For me who is not familiar with manila it's a bit of a struggle to get jeepney to get to the place from buendia mrt

friendly staff

it’s in an okay location, a short 10-15 min walk to shops and cafes. The staff were friendly.

The wifi didn’t always work, the walls are thin so you can hear everything in the corridor and other rooms, the fitted bed sheet kept slipping off.

Overall it was ok

The staff were kind and helpful, they also kept an eye over our backpacks for the entire last day. The room was small but nice, with food a/c and a comfy bed

Chicken frenzy all day (night was quiet) The rooms a re very small Staff didn't answer the doorbell at 5.30 am even though we informed them we will arrive early Hotel policy charge extra 50% the price of the room for early check in. I think this policy is harsh and unnecessary, especially when you have so many avilable empty rooms. We stayed at so many places during our travel in southeast Asia (at 5star hotels and even dorms) and that was the only time we were charged extra for early check in into an already empty room
