It was a wonderful experience and I would stay again.

The staff was wonderful! My coffee maker did not work but was brought one and a cup of coffee!

There was limited space for clothes and no dresser, need drawers. I like a bathtub, but understand the limitation of historic landmark. I did want a gym on site, but I did not have time if there was one. I wish the bar was open all day.

Cool hotel with friendly staff in a great location, but no on-site parking.

The hotel being converted from an old bank building makes for a very cool building set-up. I really like that they elevators are keycard access only so you don't have a lot of unnecessary foot traffic on the upper levels, despite the restaurant downstairs being busy. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the shower was especially great. Actually the plumbing in the building in general is a huge plus, because the water pressure is good and the hot water comes as soon as you turn it on. Had a nice sunset view of the city from my room on the 6th floor that made a nice backdrop for my stay. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is really ideal for exploring most of the best downtown restaurants in the area because it's all within walking distance.

The only two downsides were that there was no included breakfast, but I knew that when I booked, and there is also no on-site parking. There is a nearby garage and they have a deal so that you can come and go as much as you please for $8/day but it's a bit of a tedious setup. Still, not that bad and they are great about letting you load/unload right at the front door.

Parking is scary and no microwave in the room.. I stayed for a week that would have been nice.. I wish I would have known or been told room services charged 20% on top of a roll service charge..

Great for an overnight stop

Great location, interesting building. Bathroom was spacious.

Bedroom and bed were a bit small. Ok for one night but as a couple I wouldn’t have wanted to spend too many nights there because lack of space and storage.

a lovely restored hotel, in a great location. Parking near by, and wonderful staff.

Breakfast was not included. Coffee in the lobby would have been nice to have. The staff, including housekeeping was wonderfull. A wonderful welcome package was left in the room, but for 1.

slippers, night mask, water , tea in the room...but no robe??? please! that would add a star, and seem appropriate. The rooms are small, but very comfortable. The bathroom is large.

Clean, and a beautiful room

The room was beautiful

You cannot pay for anything with cash, including the restaurant my husband and I had just gotten married that day and I had spoken to someone who works there the night before we stayed asking for the sweetheart package to be added on she said that they would be able to make that happen and I asked to speak to the manager the next morning that person did not allow me to speak to the manager and said that it was not possible to do so that was a little frustrating as well

Perfect Night in Roanoke

Wonderful old bank building in a excellent location. Great room with comfortable bed, good coffee and tea making and very good shower. Very quiet - apart from occasional noise from roadworks outside.

Perfect for my needs for this trip!

Bathroom was lovely - expansive and clean with a nice shower. I liked the seating options throughout the room and the bed was extremely comfortable. I love the style and feel of the hotel - top notch bar!

My only complaint was the loud construction going on outside, but that isn't your fault!

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Beautiful, large modern rooms. Unfortunately the noise outside the hotel at night was unbearable, which I realize is not the fault of the hotel. We realized why they gift you ear plugs, which we did need to use. The hotel needs to update it's windows with soundproof glass

I love that the liberty trust was very clean and very secure, having to use key cards to get into the building at night and having to use them to get up the elevator made me feel very safe and the staff was very nice and polite

Our room at Liberty Trust Hotel had all the modern ne reminded you of its past life.

I loved the property and how they kept so many of the original parts of the building. The staff we encountered were very courteous and always asked if we needed anything. I loved the room, which was upgraded to a corner room so we had better views of the downtown area.

Smart Stylish Walkable Roanoke hotel

This hotel has so many wow factors! Our double bed room had a smart layout for bathroom/bedroom use. Mostly, I'd like to emphasize the staff at Liberty Trust are very professional and seem to enjoy their different employment positions. Happy Great Service.

Roanoke police department should find better solutions for the homeless problem this town seems to show.

Had a old opened bottle of water left in room as water to use for coffee. The need for ear plugs at night as the noise , music and people yelling outside hotel until 2am both nights we stayed. Dog barking in the room next door.

Breakfast was out of the refrigerator. We did go out for breakfast. Location was great. The hotel is a 1909 bank that has been beautifully redone. The old Mosler safe is still there and open to inspect. I would go back and highly recommend Liberty Trust.
