Pleasant experience

Modern room, clean, good shower, fluffy towels, comfy bed. Full length mirror, reasonable breakfast with some hot items. Well located and easy to find.

Very convenient for our quick visit with a friend, and a suite was great for the three of us!

Proximity to friends and price.

Noise above the room all night. Ants around the refrigerator, which we reported. Sofa bed linens could have been nicer. But they were clean.

Great price but I would rather pay more for a better room and service.

The price and location.

My room was on the sub-level, had that musty basement feel. Room was stale and small but adequate. TV would not turn on, called front desk, waited for them to arrive. After waiting some time, I investigated and the power cable was plugged into the wall but not into the back of the TV. While checking connections, I saw food crumbs, a pen and a condom luckily still in the wrapper behind the TV stand.

The shower was the best part!!!! Hot water and accessibility that I requested!

I was looking for a usb port to charge but luckily I brought one.

All in all it was a pleasant experience.

I liked the location. Breakfast was OK. There was limited water choice in the vending machines. That was disappointing.

On door door not locking the staff insured not to book room

A pleasant stay

This hotel served it's purpose for 1 night. Easy to check in, room large, comfortable and clean. An extra sink in the bedroom. Parking is easy and out front with shops close by.

Nothing to really stay except the reception staff could of been friendlier.

This rates in my top 5 horrible hotel stays. To say the least, this room was dingy and not very clean feeling but it was late, and I didn't want to try to find somewhere else to stay so late. Then, to wake up with roaches crawling up the wall was terrible. After knowing there were roaches in the room, I recognized that being the bad smell in the bedroom. It was also hard to ever go back to sleep afterward. The bathroom also needs attention, paint, and cleaning. The sitting area table had a piece broken off that was lying beside the couch. Very unpleasant experience for a choice hotel

Sleep Inn Roanoke

The location was great. The outside and inside of the facility was clean. Bathroom was spotless. Main Front Desk Clerk (female) was professional on the phone and in person.

Only rated a 9 because of breakfast. We had many options but eggs and sausage were under temp and waffle consistency and flavor was off. Made the decision to eat breakfast off of the property. It was the right choice for us personally.
