Nice if you don’t mind staying not close to the centre of town…

Ice first impression…liked the courtyard…

Pool was cold…didn’t use it…room was cold, had only light blanket in the closet.. Also, not exactly close to Centro…

Las instalaciones, que hay botes de basura en muchas partes del hotel, la persona que nos recibió al momento del Check In y Check Out fue muy amable y cortés, el wifi, el jardín

No respetaron el costo que me ofrecieron en booking, llegando al hotel, me cobraron una tarifa mayor a la que me ofreció booking, el agua de la alberca estaba helada y el estacionamiento debes pedir lo habrán, y solo sucede cuando esta la persona disponible.

Comfortable and clean hotel

Beautiful property really cute architecture.

Friendly staff. Maybe a coffee machine and coffee etc in the room. They have a restaurant across the highway we didn’t know about until just before checking out. Maybe let guests know about the restaurant at check in.

A safe, luxurious stay at Hotel Delicias

The room was elegant and the bathroom luxurious. The layout of the hotel with open air hallways around a pool with additional pool area is beautiful. Air conditioning and private and secure covered parking was a real bonus. The staff was very friendly especially Manuel at the front desk. Great restaurant right across the street.

We had a car but one would need to book taxis to get to the main plaza and Jose Cuervo.

Chambres propres, mais nuits bruyantes (non reposant)

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est ok, on est à plus ou moins 20 minutes à pied du centre. La chambre était propre et il y a de l’eau chaude. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la nôtre avait un petit réfrigérateur, ce qui est super.

Nous sommes restés deux nuits avec mon compagnon, et les deux nuits il y a eu du bruit d’autres clients du même hôtel jusque 2-3am. Le personnel de l’hôtel ne fait rien pour les empêcher de faire du bruit (boire, chanter, parler fort, etc), dès lors, les nuits ne sont absolument pas calmes.

the location is convenient

the sheets were stained and it seems that they were like that in all the rooms, because they changed our room and they were the same, very expensive for the quality of accommodation, average customer service, the room was very small.

great style, value, and comfortable. Good location.

Beautiful property with a small feeling of an ‘hacienda’ style. Room was small but very nice. Bed was small for 2 people but comfy. Everything was clean with clean laundry smell. Staff were very friendly. We didnt use the pool but it was very nice and big. Parking was safe and secured. Location was good within a short drive to the main square.

Everything was great, however, maybe too many lights on at night and the curtains couldnt cover the whole window so our room wasnt very dark.

Was looking to stay in a beautiful hotel and save some money. Delicias is beautiful but I’d rather pay a little more yo

Beautiful architecture and decor throughout. The pools and having a/c where also nice. The manager and front desk hosts were wonderful.

My room was definitely not clean. Bedding was not changed and had hairs all over. The shower and overall floors had also not been cleaned. Not sure what is across the street a bit down the road because there was a horrible smell coming to the hotel in the air from that direction. I didn’t even want to be outside my room in the evening due to the overwhelming sewage/waste/garbage plant smell.

it was very cute.

the front desk receptionist was very rude. We were in line behind a couple who was checking out. When they left, she proceeded to finish sending her text messages first, then looked up and stared at us. No, “hello, welcome or I’m sorry how can I help you ?”. Once we were checked in, she gave us 2 remotes. Didn’t explain anything to us. we figured out one was for the A/C and also that you have to keep the key in a slot- In order for the A/C unit to work. We even called the front desk to tell her, it wasn’t working, and she still didn’t explain what we had to do. Only that she would notify someone. You guessed it, no one ever came. Which was fine- since eventually we figured it out on our own.
