PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING! THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1986 AND 1300 SQFT, CONTACT-LESS CHECK IN / CHECK OUT. NON-SMOKING. NOR PETS/ANIMALS.

A golf front view 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with new furnishings bungalow situated on the tee box on the Pinehurst #6, the golf course address is 97 Juniper Creek Blvd, Pinehurst, NC 28374. Most upgraded during the Spring of 2022. This house comes with high-speed/ fast 5G internet and 3 TVs (Spectrum cable golf channel included). There's plenty of FREE parking in the front of house. Enjoy relaxing on the deck after a great round of golf. Amenities include a full kitchen, coffee maker, cookware, microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer combination.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan, 50” smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and entrance to a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 50” smart TV, and the third bedroom has 2 full size bed and 32” smart TV , and bathroom. The main room includes sofa set, dining table (42*84) for 8, 55'' smart TV on the living room wall, access to both decks and Golf views. A new Washer and dryer combination is located in the hallway closet. All 4 beds with memory foam mattresses, beddings, towels, sofa, Smart TV, stove, washer and most kitchen items were bought during the Spring of 2022.

The upper outlet is controlled by the light by the door if it's in the off position the outlet has no power, switch to ON position. Label on each light switch panel.

Two lamps next to the sofa in the living room are sensory.
Most of lamps are connected to the upper outlet.

Located just 3 miles from great dining, shopping, area attractions, and the Historic Pinehurst Country Club and Resort & Village.

Stayed here the night before a golf tournament with a friend. Excellent location in residential neighborhood - felt safe and secure. All basic amenities were provided. Convenient parking in front of condo. Not a “luxurious” stay, but 100% ideal for our purpose of staying close to where we were playing our tournament the following day. Owner was FABULOUS with communication, and even had the condo ready at 3 rather than 4 for our checkin, which was extremely helpful for managing our tight schedule with a practice round of golf the night before.

The property was easy to find and right at the tee box of Lucky #13 on the Pinehurst 6 course. Had everything we needed and made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again. Very reasonable cost for a friends get away. The listing was completely accurate, the place was clean and ready for us, check in and out procedures were easy. Clean up was simple.

Very comfortable golf villa to stay while at Pinehurst. Right on the course, nice porch by the 13th tee at Pinehurst #6. Large living room, comfortable beds, good heating and A/C, and the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever seen in a vacation rental. Would definitely recommend folks stay here and we would be happy to rent this home again.

This home is well, stocked, well laid out, comfortable, beautiful view, ……what more to say? We have been here twice, and are hoping to return next year. Lots of non-expensive golf nearby, not just the Pinehurst Resort golf, which is probably almost as good (haha!). Min has very responsive and kind. Ideal place to visit.

This property was very well and thoughtfully appointed. Clean, the towels smelled nice, the furniture was comfortable, the view was sweet, parking was easy, check in was easy. This property was very spacious and clean. The check in process process was super easy as well as the checkout process. We contacted the property manager several times and they were extremely fast to respond. This condo overlooks the 13th Teebox on Pinehurst number 6 and shouldn’t be missed. We have been going to Pinehurst for about 10 years on a golf trip with friends and I’ll be using this condo moving forward.

Traveled here with 4 of us golfers, place was perfect for us. Who wouldn’t want to stay on a par 3 on Pinehurst no. 6? It was a quick 5-10 minute drive to whatever we needed. Grocery stores, pizza, pinehurst brewing, pinehurst main club house. We played mid pines, pine needles, southern pines, and Tobacco Road we were no further than 30 mins away (Tobacco Road being the furthest). Property was clean with plenty of extra blankets and towels, my bed was comfortable, kitchen had spice rack and main necessities to cook a meal. Directions and communication with property owner was fantastic. We plan on going back, totally enjoyed the trip and this property being our hub during the trip worked perfectly.

We had 4 guys that stayed for one night in December 2022 for a quick golf trip. Host was very communicative before the stay providing all pertinent information several different times. It even worked out we were able to get in a few hours early. House was clean and exactly as advertised. The power went out in the entire county right after dinner the night of our stay for several days after. Host communicated well with us the next morning and offered to send me back some laundry that had gotten locked in the washing machine due to the power outage. I’d bring a group here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The weather was mostly good, and we golfed quite a bit. Min was easy to contact, and very responsive. The kitchen was the best stocked we’ve ever found with home rentals. Comfortable beds, hot water etc etc.
