Purple Sage has been professionally decorated with upscale décor to appeal to guests desires for comfort and charm. All three bedrooms feature king size beds and the fully equipped kitchen/ with Keurig Coffee Maker. Family area offers a wonderful space for dining and relaxing over a glass of wine, or two. Both front and back porches are covered with ample seating areas and the backyard features a patio-style seating area, firepit, and charcoal grill.

Just like the medicinal qualities of our Texas native shrub, Purple Sage is a gorgeous, recently-remodeled home that will provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. This “can’t-miss” home is conveniently located just a few blocks north of downtown Fredericksburg and close to all the shopping, dining, and wining that the area has to offer.

The property is absolutely adorable. Myslef and 4nother Ladies on a Chirch retreat stayed here. It was clean, comfy and very cute. Never a communication problem. I will be back.

We had a great stay here! It was very clean and ready for us on time. Our only small issue was the code not working at the front door, but the company responded immediately to help and even came to the house to help us within about 2 minutes. It has 3 king beds, and a great living room and kitchen area. We would definitely stay there again!

Too bad it was raining all weekend, so we couldn’t enjoy the large back yard and fire pit.

Very clean with super comfortable beds. Well stocked with utensils and things you would normally need to cook a basic meal. All amenities were provided in the neighborhood was not bad. Short drive to town.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just as described and more. The owners did a great job in making this rental very cosy and welcoming for their guests. With suble adds like bathroom supplies and a great bottle of wine, you really feel at home during your stay. The rooms were very comfortable, with plenty of space to spead out during your stay. The house is in a very good location, with a very short drive to downtown. Would definitely stay here again - thanks for being such a great host!!

We had an amazing time in Fredricksburg!! This house was perfect from 3 couples. It was very clean and super nice!! It was close to downtown were we wanted to be but just far enough away to get quiet. We had a great weekend!!

This property is awesome. Very close to town. The house has very clean and we equipped with everything we needed. Precise checkout instructions were provided. Huge back yard with fire oit. To top it off, there is a taco truck at the end of the street! Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great in the home. It was cute, clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed hanging out inside the home, the kids loved the taco truck down the street, and we could walk to a gas station or hardware store. We appreciate the toiletries and there was plenty of towels. The only suggestion I might make is that it would be great to have a 2nd TV in one of the bedrooms.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hall shower had a horrible sewage smell coming from the drain. We booked this property because of the layout with private bathrooms and king size bedrooms which was appealing for a couples trip. The management company came over and poured bleach down the drain which only masked the smell until we attempted to use the shower again. After booking, but months before our scheduled trip, we read a review from a guest who had the same complaint. There was more than enough time to have had a professional out to correct the issue, therefore, it’s disappointing to now know it wasn’t addressed.The photos are representative of the house and the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was really nice. Location wise, it was close to shopping on Main Street and easy to get to the wineries as well. If it wasn’t for the horrific smell in the hall bath, it was an otherwise great stay. However, we would not book again.

The drains in the showers did not work well in one bathroom, and the other had a sewer smell. I was also expecting a washer and dryer in the home.

I treated my mom and mother in law to a long weekend in Fredericksburg. The home was THE perfect escape and location. Everything you see via pictures is actually what you get. I give the home and hospitality 5 stars. Definitely recommend and would book the same place next time we visit.

What an amazing place! Great location, beautifully decorated, super comfortable beds. The house was very clean and well-kept. Very well stocked in the kitchen which was great because we cooked breakfast every morning. Very spacious for my two little ones to run around and play. We really enjoyed how close it was to downtown Fredericksburg and the wineries. The location was fantastic! When we arrived one of the smoke alarms was beeping and Maria was over there within 20 mins. I can’t say enough good things about this property. We will definitely stay there again!

The house was very cute and great for my family. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I didn’t realize that it didn’t have a washer and dryer available and that is the one thing we missed especially when traveling with a toddler. The location was great, huge backyard and off street parking were huge pluses also.

Great house. Outstanding communication with the management company. The home will exceed your expectations. Just look closely at the detailed rate, not just the nightly rate you initially hone in on. Significant fees are added to what catches your eye. Not deceptive, just pay full attention.

I have my own little vacation getaway at the beach so I love to see how other owners decorate and handle rentals. Maybe a little directions provided upfront on the lock to enter the property which was the only call we had with the rental agency. Grass needed to be mowed but not too overgrown. Nice backyard area, if you want to enjoy evenings at home.
