House is super cute and a great place if you have a large group of friends or family. We were about 2 miles from Broadway.

The entering the house instructions was not clear and would not allow me to open the site. Had to contact VRBO directly due to host not replying for two house. My family had to rent another location due to not being able to enter the home.
We are requesting a refund!

Overall a good place for larger group. Decent location though nothing much to walk to. Two minor issues - shower liners should be replaced or cleaned. Also, the mattress on the third floor pullout couch was virtually worthless. So thin that you can feel the bars and there is no support whatsoever. I did just sleep on the couch, which was quite comfy.
But nicely renovated place at a very decent price!

This place was great on the inside. The outside could use some maintenance and cleaning up. Great space and number of bed rooms.

Cute property, convenient location
Very clean, very nice, great location. Lots of space to spread out! The house sits on a quiet dead-end street, but is still a very short ride to downtown/Broadway, Nissan Stadium, etc. Hosts were responsive. Cool restaurants and retail close by.

Great place for sharing
The fact that each room has its own bathroom was a plus when traveling with adult couples. Space was clean and as pictured. Neighborhood looks like it is refurbishing. There is a housing project close by but we had no trouble. Quick Uber Ride to downtown. Park close by to walk a pet. Nice stay

A Nashville ‘Must Stay’!!
We thoroughly enjoyed Emily and Alexa’s place! Our visit began with great communication with Alexa. She was very friendly and very thorough - we knew exactly what to expect, and we had perfect instructions for the property.
It’s very comfortable, very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and is in a nice, safe location.
There are lots of places to stay in Nashville, but you owe it to yourself to stay here!!
Thanks Alexa - we’ll be back!!

Clean, updated, lots of rooms!!
Initially we were a little hesitant because the photos of the property are very cryptic. The photos didn't show much of the house, so I would recommend providing better photos. Don't get me wrong, the house was beautiful! The main floor was the living room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom. The second floor was 2 bedrooms (one with a balcony) and each bedroom had a full bathroom attached. The 3rd floor was a bedroom, another living room area (with a pull out couch, balcony and mini fridge) and also another full bathroom. My kids love the extra living space upstairs and ended up all 3 staying in there together. The neighborhood isn't walking distance to anywhere, but it is a quick 10 minutes to anywhere you want to go. There is a small dog park nearby, but when we went there, it was closed. I only put 4 stars for check in because I never received a confirmation email. So as we were driving down to Nashville I had to try and figure out how to get into the house. It was a little nervewrecking. I cannot wait to visit Nashville again, and possibly stay at this same location, if not, closer to downtown.
