About this house rental
Located on the New Plymouth waterfront and the award winning scenic coastal walkway on a prime piece of real estate! Enjoy wow factor blue water views and wander across the grass reserve area and you are right on the coastal walkway which connects you to many of New Plymouth major attractions. Take a 5-minute stroll to the Port where you will be spoilt for choice with various restaurants and cafes.
Enjoy a mouth-watering breakfast at the Bach on Breakwater and head back to Gusto Restaurant in the evening to dine in style. Grab a takeaway at Catch & Co for the freshest fish in town. Spend your days at the NP Aquatic Centre 5-minute stroll or in the CBD for Arts, Culture and Shopping only a 15-minute stroll away.
Blue Haven on Belt is a traditional kiwi bach perfect for the family to come together. The open plan living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen for your holiday cooking needs, dinning and relaxing lounge area with a slider that opens wide out to the lawn so you can bring the sea views and salt air directly into the bach. From the moment you arrive you will feel completely relaxed in this space. A purpose-built outdoor area takes full advantage of the ocean outlook while watching the children play on the rope swing at the same time as cooking your family a BBQ. This outdoor area is truly magical and very rare to find.
On the ground level there is two bedrooms and a bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Head up stairs to a large master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, couch, tv and outdoor balcony and more breathtaking sea views. An additional bedroom with another comfortable queen bed and a second bathroom. Additional features include WiFi, Laundry Facilities, Two Smart TV with Netflix's. Plenty of on street parking. No off street parking available.

Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
Other Details:
The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Very impressed. Just a few things, The shower door downstairs does not close - needs a repair. Also some of the cutlery in the drawer was dirty and needed washing. Could do with a new electric jug as current jug poors poorly.

We chose this place for its two bathrooms, we being four women who need time to get their makeup on! The seaview was a bonus and the proximity to the town centre plus board walk was very handy. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedrooms and lounge. Thank you.

Our house was in a great location. Close to town but also close to the ocean and the boardwalk. It was large and had enough room for five adults to comfortably stay. We cooked dinned almost every night so it was great to have the use of the full sized kitchen with all the appliances we needed. We loved it and will be back.

The location was central, close to town, handy to the Coastal Walkway. Only enough lounge chairs for 5 people, but we managed. Cupboards and shelves had items which we weren't sure if we were allowed to use and not enough room for own grocery items. Small kitchen, dining for the amount of people. Kept getting emails about paying for extra cleaning. I checked my invoice and had paid $92 so I found this a worry and concerned I might find more taken out of my visa. No broom, half brush or shovel. Beds very comfy. Showers good but no extractor fans. Instructions on disposing rubbish were vague.
