Nestled just a short stroll from the CBD, this centrally located holiday home offers a perfect blend of city living and traditional charm. Enjoy immediate access to New Plymouth's vibrant arts, culture, shopping, restaurants, cafes, and the award-winning Scenic Coastal Walkway.
If space is what you are looking for, this fantastic two-storied character home is perfect for your next your next holiday. The home boasts beautiful timber features and large living spaces, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups.
On the ground level, you'll find two spacious living areas: a sunny conservatory and a formal dining room, perfect for gatherings. The fully equipped large kitchen allows family groups to come together and cook up a storm. There's also a laundry area with a washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience. This level features a bedroom with a king single and a single bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs, the property offers three large bedrooms. all furnished with comfortable queen beds, with an added benefit of seaviews out to the New Plymouth coastline. This level also has a second bathroom, making it convenient for larger groups.
The warm timber features and relaxed, comfortable furnishings create a chilled vibe, making it a cost-effective and practical accommodation choice for both work crews and tourists. Additional features include three heat pumps for a cozy warmth, good off-street parking, and a vegetable garden at the rear of the house with a lovely private deck to enjoy.
Unlimited WI-FI is included, ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit.

This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

We went to NP for a long weekend with friends and family to attend a trail run event and enjoy a summer weekend by the sea. As always, New Plymouth didn't disappoint and we had a great weekend.
This bach was exactly what we needed, we had four adults and two children staying, it was very comfortable for this number of guests. We really liked the generous sized living and dining area, plus the courtyard area in the back garden was wonderful for some al fresco dinners.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to town and coastal walkway. On a very busy road and noise of large trucks going to the port kept us awake each night. Two bedrooms had air conditioning units but lounge only had a heater. Temperature control in shower downstairs was difficult to turn and surrounding areas quite dirty and unkempt. Wooden benches in kitchen were very sticky. No curtains or blinds in the kitchen making it hot in the mornings. Blinds and curtains in bedrooms difficult to operate and broken in one bedroom which was reported to Joanne..
