The holiday home was amazing. We couldn’t fault any of it, it was very comfortable, clean and had all the comforts. Highly recommended.

This property within Kingfisher Bay Resort was the prefect place to stay while visiting K'gari. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine and dryer were very useful too. We stayed with our two young teens and found this place perfect for relaxing in for three days. We hope to return here for another longer stay and would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Thanks to Patrick, the owner of this particular Villa, for his communication and helpful information prior to our visit. All the resort staff were helpful and welcoming and the activities they provided, a lot of them for free, were enjoyed while we stayed.

3 teenage boys, mum and dad. Loved our stay. The Villa was clean, very modern and had all the luxury you needed after a hot day or a storm!! Patrick was fantastic and accommodating. The kitchen was so well equipped for me to cook family meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, can’t wait to come back.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay amongst the Satinay trees. With two adult children we had plenty of room despite there being only one bathroom which was a good size. We made good use of the outdoor area & kitchen, eating mainly in the villa. AC made things comfortable. We still made use of the Kingfisher facilities, with visits to the Sunset & Sand Bar, an Asian infusion dinner at the Dune Restaurant & swims in the pools. The only dampener on our stay is the parking. Being peak season, there is not enough car parks so often we were parked away from our accommodation after being out for the day. We also didn’t anticipate the trudge up to the villa with our luggage on arrival! Despite this the location on the villa is minutes to the beach & all the facilities. K’Gari is a special place.

We had a wonderfully stay here. Freshly renovated, newly furnished so was very comfortable and felt like a luxury stay. The owner really cared about his guest and had prompt communication. The villa was lovely the location great close to the beach short walk to shop and pool. Couldn’t recommend enough. You will have a great stay.

We loved this villa! It has been fully renovated with a brand new bathroom, after a day at the beach it is so nice to come back to an air conditioned villa and a nice hot shower. Great villa for kids too, we would absolutely stay here again. The owner, Patrick, was so great to deal with and he called us after booking and was so helpful giving us tips and advise for traveling around K’gari which helped us during our stay. I highly recommend booking this villa.

Fantastic location, fully equiped, modern decor, our home away from home, nothing like coming back from a day trip around the island to aircon, soothing shower in the newly renovated bathroom and sitting on the veranda having a couple of beverages. The owners are easy and quick to communicate with and were more than willing to work with us when booking in our 11 day holiday. Will be back next year!! 😁

This island is amazing! Having a clean comfortable place that we can easily cook meals and unwind after a day exploring was just the best. Loved the kitchen with gas cooktop ! Felt so comfortable at this cute villa everyone wants to come back to this very exact spot. Can’t wait till next trip!

Amazing location on beautiful Fraser Island! The villa was lovely and big enough for our family of 5 to enjoy our stay. Great kitchen if you want to cook or a short walk down to all the restaurants at the resort. Close to everything, but yet still private and quiet at the villa. We loved our stay at Fraser Island.

From the start I found the owner friendly and very responsive to my emails which made me feel at ease. The kitchen is large and has all the appliances you need. the beds were really comfortable. It has a large front deck which is great but really needs a bbq. An overall great experience and I would stay again.

Excellent, well maintained, clean property with a lovely outlook for a comfortable stay. Villa is in the middle of a group of villas, away from the vehicles, so it’s a fair walk in with all your gear up and down stairs on arrival and departure. Didn’t effect my young family but is noteworthy for older people for sure. Wifi only available in the main resort hub, not in the Villa. All in all, a great place to stay, we will return for sure.

Owner was very quick and helpful with booking could not fault him. Villa had everything you need for an enjoyable holiday only thing I would add would be a bbq. Villa bedding was dirty and sheets had stains, stayed 12night villa was not derived once so had to buy supplies for to leave the villa clean eg dishwashing liquid, and cleaning supplies. This was no fault of the owner but kingfisher resort. Would stay again but only for a short stay next time.

Had a truly lovely stay in this villa. You can self cater or make use of resort facilities. We are really glad we stayed an extra couple of days to enjoy both the Fraser sights and also relax around the villa and resort. Kids loved fishing off the jetty and we loved sunset drinks on the beach. A perfect Fraser stay - thank you

Bert is EXCELLENT to deal with. Replies fast to questions and easy to communicate with. Everything you needed for cooking and cleaning was in the room. Washing up liquid and clothes detergent was supplied which was a lovely surprise. It was a great set up for us and worked really well. We found there was heaps of room. Our only criticism would be under the furniture had not been cleaned before our stay and looked like it hasn’t been done for awhile. But would recommend the place to friends and family.
