We’ve rented many homes in Manzanita and this was the best by far. Best location, super clean and every amenity you could possibly think of. We loved our family meals in the outdoor kitchen and the beach access and location.near town can’t be beat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We made many wonderful memories!

The turf is aweful SMELLING … fake grass for dogs? Horrible idea. We watered it so much but the smell from other dogs linger.. the washing machine is so moldy we didn’t do our laundry there. The Room in which the washer and dryer is in is where children would be playing or watching tv is a dangerous place for fingers… The stairway to the upstairs is very steep hard tile and not friendly for elderly or children or animals. Super super close to the neighbor.. parking is ridiculous to only have two cars for a house that sleeps12. This was the most poorly stocked kitchen. I’ve stayed in today. Water pressure wasn’t great and it was hard to get hot water The stove was ridiculous to figure out definitely not worth $1500 a night.

Perfect house for a family reunion from the two separate houses to the proximity to the beach to the fantastic turf lawn to hang out on to the short walk to town to all of the amenities available to us at the property.

Everything in this home was fabulous. The kitchen was well equipped--made making large family dinners easy. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs, towels for the beach. The beds were comfy. Overall it was the best vacation home we have ever rented. Location was amazing.

To say we loved the place would be an understatement. The location is great! Very close to the main drag and right on the beach. We loved the separation of the two houses. It was perfect for our group. Very well stocked house with everything we needed. The weather was ideal and we were able to enjoy using the outdoor eating area located between the houses. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for a nice meal outdoors. This is definitely a place we will come back to again.

This house is within a very short walking distance to “downtown” Manzanita which makes vacationing there so much more pleasant. The house was very clean and well equipped. Renae, the property manager, was quick to reply to any questions we had. We liked it so much we hope to return someday.

Booked for January trip to watch the storms come in and the King Tides. Great access to the beach, wonderful accommodations. Beds were super comfortable and the living spaces worked really well for our group. Sweet town with good restaurants. Close to other fun towns. Great location.
Lost power because of ice storm, host had prepped the house so we had what we needed. Host was INCREDIBLY responsive the whole time we were there. Especially when we lost power, they provided us with updates on restoration of power and other information related to the storm.
Would highly recommend this place and the host!!!

This is a very nice property, with only one disappoinment, the plants were made of plastic. However, the livingroom is bright and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the dining room table accomodates many guests, the fireplace is warm, the beach a few steps away...

If you rent it, they will come! This was a week to remember for us and the gathering of our grown children.
The pictures do NOT do this property justice. It is stunning, both the home and the views. Everything you can think of is here, including bathrobes!
The attention to details makes you feel pampered and carefree at the same time.
Well worth the splurge for our family. Hoping to make this a repeat trip!

This property is beautiful! Front and back houses allowed for plenty of space for napping 2 year old and some of the adults who had to work online for a bit. kitchen is fully stocked for any kind of cooking; we cooked full seafood meals inside and out on the BBQ, enjoyed in the covered area with fireplace for s'mores. The location is prime, beachfront and 3 blocks from town. We had a wonderful time, and there was the unanimous vote to book again for next year - our group's highest compliment!

Loved the yard turf for grandkids! Clean, modern. Very accommodating manager. Complete kitchen amenities for cooking! Lots of towels…. Just wonderful!! The ONLY complaint is that there is not a screen in the window of the largest bedroom where there is the king bed, and two twin and trundle beds. So it gets very stifling. Wish they would install a screen for a minimal cost!

We had a wonderful time. The place was spotless and stocked with everything from beach chairs and sun hats to crab boil pots.
It was my wife and me, with three kids, my parents, my brother and sister, and a dog, and there was plenty of room for all of us.
One of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed!

Our family, ranging from 6 months to 96 years old, stayed comfortably in this extremely well appointed home. It was like having 2 homes in one! Plenty of separation for kids and adults! We made dinners and baked goodies every day and found everything we needed in the excellently stocked kitchen. Wonderful that town was an easy walk away. We found souvenirs, treats and the Farmers Market. We kept The Little Apple in business! And to wake up to the beach view everyday was the cherry on top! Perfect location. Thank you for sharing your home!

Loved this place! The turf outside made for a perfect playing spot on those windy Manzanita days—and luckily the house provided corn hole, soccer ball and mini goal, football and so much more. The indoor games were a nice touch as well. The home comes well equipped with anything you could need in the kitchen, as well as toiletries and an abundance of towels. My family would definitely I rely recommend this place to others looking to enjoy all that Manzanita has to offer!

What an excellent rental! The kitchen had more tools and gadgets than I have in my own kitchen, so we definitely had a full service kitchen. The rest of the property was great, as well. We loved the proximity both to the beach and the shops in Manzanita. Renae offered great recommendations that helped us enjoy our time there. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Had a terrific Memorial Day Weekend at this property! The obvious pros are the view, the beach access, and proximity to town. Two of us families have been visiting the Oregon Coast for over a decade, and I can say without a doubt it's the most well-equipped rental we've ever stayed in. If there is a kitchen utensil or appliance you need, it's there - beach towels, beach toys, you don't have to go buy all of that in town. The house was pristine when we checked in, the bed linens were nice, and it was beautifully decorated. When they weren't at the beach, the kids had a blast hanging out in the room with the trundle beds, it has a big TV, and a Nintendo Switch game system. The outdoor dining area is sheltered from the wind and has a cozy fireplace. We liked the home so much, we booked it for next year before we even left!

What an amazing property! It was better than advertised. The house was stocked with everything you could ever want or need, beautiful view of the ocean and a few steps to the beach. We typically pick new houses every year for our ocean trip, but this is one we will definitely be going back to. The property manager was amazing through the entire stay. When there was a crazy heat wave she even offered to bring extra fans from her own house. Can’t recommend this house enough.

The View and setting is fabulous! The kitchen was over the top, with the exception of serving platters and charcuterie board.
Thank you,
Barb

We were two sets of parents, one set of grandparents, and five kids between us, and has more than enough room. The house is great for cooking together and enjoying big family meals. Very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of great beach gear too. Host was great. Highly recommend!

We had a really fantastic experience at this property. Our stay was during the winter storm and blackouts in Manzanita. And the host was exceptionally communicative and helped us prevent getting stuck on 26. They were also incredibly accommodating given the circumstances. The kitchen was also very well appointed with anything you would need for cooking, large meals or baking highly recommend this property!

Not much to add that isn’t already in the other reviews. The folks who run this place really know what they’re doing. We’ve stayed in dozens of vrbos over the years and this one is among the best executed we’ve seen. Location is ideal as well.

We very much enjoyed this beautiful home! Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Perfect location with stunning ocean views in a quiet neighborhood close to town.

A fantastic location a short walk from cafes, grocery, ice cream shop, and restaurants, right on a lovely long beach with amazing sunset views. One of the best maintained rentals we've ever stayed at, incredibly clean and in near-pristine condition everywhere, along with generous kitchen and beach supplies. Well designed as well, a pleasure to be in. Fantastic all around. We tend to pick different rentals every time for novelty, but this lovely home is one we're likely to return to.

Title says it all. Our family and friends stayed here in Manzanita for the week and had a great time. Right on the beach, short path over a dune and you are there. Short walk to town, 2 blocks from the main street. House was awesome, totally remodeled with heated tile floors everywhere. 2 separate houses that have a large covered patio eating area with fireplace, was key for nightly dinners. Kids were in the back house (big screen with games was a bonus to wind down) and adults in the front, perfect set up. We have stayed up and down the coast and have never stayed in a house the was more well stocked than this. From firewood (huge bonus for beach fires) to every kitchen ware or utensil you could need to beach chairs, toys and lawn games. Organization and communication from owner was top notch. Thanks Renae for a great trip. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for sure!

Beautiful home on the sand, unique layout, close to shops
We loved this house…or I should say homes. It’s really two separate buildings, separated by a covered courtyard area. We loved the unique layout and its full of fun surprises, like a play loft in one bedroom. They thought of everything. We stay in vacation homes fairly often, and I’d say this was the best equipped home we’ve stayed at. Beautiful home and gorgeous beach.

Love this place!
Wow. I wanted to share my love of the Oregon Coast with my LA family and family from Philadelphia and Connecticut. I can’t say enough great things about the house and view and total experience. We all had just a perfect time. The house was stocked with everything you need and Renae and Carol were amazing property managers. We will definitely come back to this gorgeous house and lovely little town.

Luxury at the coast
This Manzanita property is a little slice of heaven. We really enjoyed our family vacation here waking up to beautiful ocean front view every morning and watching the sunset every evening. Our boys loved the loft play area above the 2nd bedroom as well as the separate living space with the video game system. Everything about this place is high end and we found ourselves very comfortable. We had one small issue with the hot tub water & chemicals but Renae, the property manager, was amazing and took care of it within a few hours when I called. She really went above and beyond to make things right. The hot tub was ready to go for us the next day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful & peaceful getaway!
My three girlfriends and I just finished a wonderful stay at this property. We found it to exceed our expectations in every way. The kitchen is very well equipped. We definitely appreciated that as we primarily cooked in due to COVID. The location is great. The deck facing the ocean is protected by sand dunes which kept us from getting chilly in the breeze. There is a short path through the dune to the beach, where we walked every day. Beds were comfy, towels were fluffy, and the hot tub was great. We also loved the fireplace in the evening. Host Renae was great to communicate with about anything large or small.

Perfect home with the perfect location! Very clean with more quality amenities than we have ever had in previous rentals. If you like Beachfront and very easy access to Main Street this is the place. Renae was great and very prompt to help with any questions.
We will definitely be staying at this property again!

This house is as advertised...so nice, clean, roomy, lots of amenities and well stocked. The location can't be beat since it's a short walk to the beach and to town. Renae couldn't have been nicer and she communicated quickly. We'll definitely be back!

Simply Amazing
This was our second time to vacation in Manzanita. We were here with a large group to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The town has everything you need to enjoy the Oregon Coast without the crowds of some of the nearby towns. The location of this home is perfect. Right on the beach, barely a block from coffee, pizza, general store, and t-shirts. Manzanita is a great town to walk everywhere. It’s also just a minute or two to the 101 which will take you up and down the coast.
This home easily accommodated 5 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms and more importantly bathrooms! There are no bad bedrooms they are all great. We spent hours on the deck enjoying the view, warm sun, and cool breeze. The yard and beach access gave the kids plenty to do. We really enjoyed family dinners in the semi outdoor dining room with the gas fire place going in the background. Hot tub and deck on the back house are also wonderful. All the spaces have tons of windows and are bright and open.
This rental is stocked with everything you need and then some. The towels, beds, dishes, cookware and appliances are quite likely better than what you have at home :) Coffee machine was perfect for an early morning on the deck. Need a bluetooth speaker for some tunes while you chill on the deck and watch the sunset? They are in the bottom drawer in the kitchen. The only thing we had to buy was food and sunscreen.
I highly recommend this rental. Bring the whole family and relax in Manzanita. Pull the trigger, don’t wait, it books up fast!
