Would recommend a stay here if you are looking for something waterside. Quiet, with all the amenities, and easy to grab a water taxi.

Great water front location.
Excellent position for discovering the city and surrounding areas.
Apartment would benefit from a little redecoration . Very near the boat ferries etc

Property location was excellent. Enjoyed the local atmosphere and took advantage of local bakery, water taxi and restaurants. The accommodations worked out perfectly for all of our group.

Beautiful location, plentiful bars restaurants. Easy access to water taxis (very close) yellow cabs can be called and arrive in minutes. Very friendly people running and cycling tracks around dock. Steps up to property well maintained might be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. Al in all cannot fault very enjoyable stay! Tank for the wine!

The location was excellent. The appearance of the condo unit was awful - just some oddly, non-functionally placed, shabby second hand furniture and a questionable level of cleanliness. The extreme lack of communication from the host, despite multiple attempts from me, 2 Vrbo customer service reps and a rep supervisor, was extremely anxiety-producing and almost ruined our vacation. The host did not provide information on how to locate the unit (apparently a diagram is usually provided, which he did not send to me despite my requesting it), did not provide information on parking - which caused major headaches in a big city - despite multiple requests for this information from me as well as Vrbo staff. Vrbo was on the verge of refunding us our money but because we dreaded the idea of finding other accommodation after a 10 hour travelling day, we just ran around the neighbourhood speaking to store owners, random people walking by until we found the unit and came up with a temporary parking solution. Even though the listing says there is parking on site we ended up having to leave our rental vehicle on the street illegally (because there is a 2 hour limit on the street and no overnight parking in the nearby garage) just praying the vehicle did not get towed. Also spent about $10 on the little legal parking we could access. However, a couple of hours after checkout, he sent me an email about a broken piece of furniture we knew nothing about.

Can’t wait to come back to this lovely place ion the water!

The property is on the waterfront across from Downtown so has a great view of the city. The water bus stop is virtually next door so really easy access to the city. The metro line is also only a short walk so it was easy to get to from the airport/get to Downtown. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and it had all the kit we needed. The apartment is spacious and helped make our visit to Vancouver very enjoyable.

The neighborhood could not have been better; we didn’t run into any tourists. The walk/bike path around the water was just steps away. Kyle, the person who sent us the check-in information, responded to every message from me almost immediately. The central air was not working, but the place was never hot, despite the 85 degree temps outside. We did close the curtains when we were out during the day to keep the sun from warming up the place too much. There was a very powerful portable air conditioner in the bedroom with the attached bathroom. We didn’t use that bedroom because it had a double (full) bed. We used the one with the queen-sized bed and stayed plenty cool with fans. Having two full bathrooms was very convenient. The home has interesting furnishings, which was a nice change from the typical Ikea-furnished homes usually offered. The kitchen had coffee pods and a Keurig maker, and there was a close 7-eleven where we bought milk and juice. There is also a fantastic little bakery where walked to get breakfast sandwiches. We were also just steps away from the water taxi to Granville Island, among other areas. Overall, wonderfully comfortable, unique place in a fantastic location.

Delightful well appointed waterfront unit in small building w privacy and great access to Fairview, False Creek, and downtown Vancouver just over the Cambie Bridge. MOBI bike rental just steps away and two restaurants adjacent worth trying. We cooked mostly and were pleased w the kitchen operation and the washer/dryer. There are some stairs to negotiate but they’re wide and sturdy. Great waterfront and skyline views especially after dark.

We stayed for two nights prior to a cruise. The host was most accommodating and answered all our questions within just a few minutes. We ended up having a car we hadn't planned on originally and he provided us with parking in a lot five minutes walk from the unit.
The location is excellent and the harbor views from the front deck are amazing. We didn't do any cooking, but there are restaurants and a bakery close by. The host also provided coffee pods for the Keurig machine. The unit is spacious and comfortably accommodated three adults and three children (ages 8-15).
The only (minor) negatives were that one of the beds listed as a queen is actually a double, the air conditioning consists of a portable unit in each bedroom (which apparently is typical for Vancouver), and there is a pretty good flight of stairs from the dock level to the unit on the second floor. This was really only a challenge when dealing with luggage.
All in all, we had an excellent stay and I would come back here if the occasion arises.

Unfortunately, this didn’t end up being a great stay. The condo was hot when we checked in. We turned on the ACs in the two bedrooms before we left to sight see. When we returned late that evening, the condo was even more hot and w discovered the breakers were blown. There was no instruction book about the place and we could not get hold of the host due to the time of night. I didn’t sleep at all bc of being hot. Four people slept on couches and one slept in a hot bedroom. It was just very disappointing. The location was great and the view was amazing and honestly had there been some kind of notebook with condo instructions and the AC had worked, this would’ve been a 5 star stay.

The location was fantastic! A water taxi stop right there and easy access to Granville Island. The train stop is just a short walk then 3 stops until you get into the city. That is great for getting to the cruise ships or buses for tours like Capilano Suspension Bridge and Sea to Sky, which I also recommend. Great restaurants next door and a wonderful cafe a short walk away for morning scones. There was plenty of room for everyone and 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and the other with a shower/ tub combo. We were able to wash all our laundry before our cruise which helped us pack less. Would definitely come back and stay again!

It was wonderful to enter this awesome home with so much SPACE. The views and the deck overlooking the skyline and the Marina were amazing, better than the photo's suggest. We really felt at home. The beds are pretty good, lovely linens and we appreciated the coffee they made available. Great location with metro, water ferries and supermarket close by. Yes, there are bars/ terraces left and right of this place, but after 11:00 we heard nothing of the usual city party noise. The owner was also very friendly about questions and made our departure easy. If I'm ever in Vancouver again, this is where I'd want to stay.

The locals the property couldn’t be better. It had amazing views, and was in a beautiful part of Vancouver. The space could use a little TLC. The furnishings need to be updated, and the property needs maintenance.

The views from this place is astounding. Beautiful property in a fun and easy access neighborhood.

The apt is very large, and the waterfront location is great.
There are a few downsides. The furnishings/finishings are pretty cheap and there were a few cleanliness issues. Parking is challenging. The bedroom with an ensuite has a double bed, not a queen as advertised.
Those with mobility issues should know that there are a lot of steps and the wood is very slippery. Also the apt is very near a pub (and the garbage station)— earplugs are a good idea.
Overall though, it is a spacious and well located apt, and I would stay again.

This property is in a premium location and they seem to know it. The maintenance and neatness was a little off. Also, we had six people and four slept on two full size beds (smaller than a queen) and the kids slept on the couch. Linens were left in the dryer. The porch light was out. Switches for the various lights were hard to find. The light (LED lights) over the dining table would randomly flash and go out. It was OK but not great.

The condo was very roomy with incredible views of the marina. Sunsets were amazing! Walking/biking path right outside the door which went along the water. A few restaurants there as well. House had eclectic furnishings but comfy. This is a second story walk up that may be difficult with the older traveler and the restaurants have nightlife which may be noisy on the weekends for little ones. Overall a great place to stay!

Three generations of our family had a wonderful time staying in this incredibly beautiful condo right at the marina overlooking the sailboats, war canoes, False Creek/Granville Island ferries and a walking or bike trail that takes you all along the water front. We highly recommend this VRBO!! One bit of caution though, the parking is quite difficult. Because this is an area with many condos all around and restaurants, the parking is very hard to find on the street. There is a parking garage close to this condo, BuT, you have to watch your payment times and when more money is required. We did not come back to pay at 6:00 AM, waited until 8:00 and after 3 days got a $70.00 ticket for not being on time to pay more….. They mean business at that parking lot!!! Still… we loved this condo and learned our lesson about parking..

Beautiful balcony with a lovely room. Inside could use some updating - bathrooms, paint walls, furniture, etc. If you are going to be on the run and home in the mornings and evenings, this is a great place to grab the sunrise and sunsets with a 1M view!

Location and space was amazing. It was the hosts themselves that made this an awful experience. I've had many experiences booking home stays and I myself had to reach out through chat to find out how to check in. Didn't hear back so I had to call them to get any sort of answer, thank got I checked before leaving my house as I am a local. Keep in mind this was 3 hours after the check in time at 4pm and they didn't bother to give me any details themselves. I had messaged them 1 time the night before, 1 time before we were about to leave and eventually had to phone to get any answers. A superhost would never have this issue.
We also found cockroaches in the dishwasher.
I had also made my intentions crystal clear right after booking the night I needed that It was going to be the night before my wedding, that I would have 6 of us overnight but I would absolutely need a late check out for 1pm so I had time to get ready and take pictures. This was agreed upon by the host under the condition that we started a couple loads of laundry. I was messaged by the host at 1am the night before my WEDDING that checkout was 11am and it says so on their booking. I sent a long text reminding them of our arrangement and sent screen shots and never got a text back. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable to send that when we had been very clear right immediately after making the booking. I had told the host very clearly that I would have some wedding party guests meet us up there to help me get ready and take some pictures of the beautiful surroundings. The host agreed to this arrangement and therefore we did not cancel the booking as it was a mutual agreement
The day of check out we had a VERY unprofessional and cranky cleaner come upto me IN MY WEDDING DRESS who was irate that we were still there. I talked to her respectfully the entire time and attempted multiple times to explain the arrangement. Clearly this was not communicated to her. She then passive aggressively stood just outside staring at us. She talked at me aggressively and was completely unprofessional. It was an AWFUL experience, who on earth thinks it's a good idea to talk down and disrespect bride on my wedding day, in my wedding dress with utmost disrespect. She then sat at the benches down the stairs and sulked completely spoiling the wedding mood. This was atrocious service and awfully communicated. Despite explaining and doing laundry she was unreasonably rude and awful. Won't come back.

We loved the location . The only hassle was the parking .
