Hello & Welcome to my newly renovated and roomy apartment in Downtown Vancouver! Nestled in vibrant Gastown, renowned for its lively atmosphere and housing some of the city's premier Michelin Star restaurants and charming cafes.

Key features:
- 2-minute stroll to the central train station (Waterfront)
- 2-minute walk to the iconic steam clock
- 5-minute walk to the cruise ships
- Three comfortable Queen beds
- Secured parking

-Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
-Second bedroom with direct bathroom access.
-Queens sized Pull down Murphy bed in office space.

*Awesome Amenities:
-New appliances, in-unit washer/dryer.
-Underground parking (tight space for expert drivers), fits my Pickup but tight.
-4K Smart TV, full kitchen, BBQ, TOSOT mini fridge.

House Rules:
No loud music or parties; strict building policies.

No access to the rooftop and no alcohol in public areas
Amenity spaces closed for guests, violators will be fined.

The central AC didn’t work and the window unit couldn’t keep up. Very hot sleeping. Uncomfortable. The cleaning person should have shut the shades and turned on the AC before we arrived. We couldn’t cool down. The TV audio had two different station audios going. Took a while to figure out the unlock process of the door too. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was as described. Justin was very clear with check-in instructions and was quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. He also provided a binder with suggestions and ideas for visiting the area. The place was great for us (a party of 2 couples), as we each had a private bathroom.

Nice location, convenient to ship dock, sops and a few resteraunts/pubs. But missing supplies and A/C during 80/90 heat. But still a nice set up overall for 2 couples.

Great location, very clean, good layout. Updated flat, very comfortable. Stellar communication with host if any questions or needs. Would reserve another stay in future. Great location for exploring Gastown and close to info centers for exploring greater Vancouver.

We stayed in Vancouver to attend a conference located at Canada place from June 8-12th. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into this condo; it was exactly how it was advertised. Fresh, open with panoramic views of surrounding area. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of space to lounge in the open concept living area. 2 bedrooms well positioned, bathrooms are contemporary with updated finishings. Although the condo did not offer AC, (perhaps AC was not on at this time of year) opening the windows and balcony allowed for a cooling cross breeze throughout. Light and airy, kitchen boasted ample cooking space with gas stove with full accessories. We even had matches and a lighter for our dinner candles. Our host Justin was superb, always ensuring we were fairing well during our stay. He is extremely organized and everything you need to know about the condo is captured in the “welcome book”. Located in a up and coming area, with new stores opening around. Easy walking distance to Canada place and convention centre or easy Uber ride. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Visited Vancouver for the first time for a show at The Vogue with another couple -- stayed 4 nights to explore some of the city. We ate, walked, drank and public transported our way through North Vancouver to Stanley Park to Granville Island to Yaletown to Mt. Pleasant and -- of course -- around Gastown. We appreciated the view, space and kitchen every night for wine-down and morning coffee. Didn't use the hot tub or gym in the end (though I did go for a run down to Coal Harbor). The rooftop is spectacular.

Nice apartment well appointed bedroom and bathrooms with beautiful Views. Easy to walk to restaurants and cruise ship docks. Challenging directions for access, with repeated statements to NOT talk to the concierge staff. No reason for this was provided. Major complaint was that there were no staples in kitchen. No coffee, no sugar, creamer or anything you might want or need waking up in the morning, or if you wanted to cook. Owner requested we start a load of towels before we left and there was no laundry detergent to be found. Overall nice place to stay.

The check in process was smooth and having secure parking was a huge plus. The unit was clean and as advertised. Would return if we go back to Vancouver!

The location was convenient to dining, shopping and the steam clock! Hearing the faint chums at night while awake was Charming. The beds are Very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in unit helped keep us comfortable after walks in the rain. The underground parking helped however be warned the space is really for a small car. Our Ford Edge mini SUV was hard To park.

I stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center a 10 min walk away. Very modern comfortable apartment, and within walking distance of a TON of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Great way to experience the local culture while visiting!

While the check-in process was a little different due to it being a secure high-rise it was a snap with the clear directions. Worth it to have the extra safety. Located within walking distance of nicer and dive bars - best of both worlds if you like a nightcap out on the town. Host was prompt communicating. Would stay here again and would love to bring a couple friends as we had way more space than we needed.

Well equiped appartment, spacious and with 3 beds (which can be difficult to find downtown Vancouver), walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. Our host was proactive and available. Overall great experience.

Super nice suite and perfect location in Gastown. We really liked being so close to restaurants, shopping, the shore, and downtown. Check-in was a breeze even though we came in very late. Communication with the host was immediate, friendly, and helpful. I would 100% stay here again if returning to Gastown!

We were one adult and three teenagers (15-18 years old). The condo was beautiful as depicted in the photos and was very clean. The beds were cozy and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Arrival instructions were clear, accurate, and easy to follow, and Connor reached out to make sure everything was great. The building and parking were safe and secure. This is a great location for an event at Rogers arena being only around 10 minutes walk away. We highly recommend Connor's property for your next stay in downtown Vancouver.

I had been so excited to have a night away from our littles to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, for any of you with kids, things went south all week. Sick kids, unable childcare, just to name a few. I messaged Connor explaining to him my issues and needed to cancel on Thursday. We were supposed to get there Saturday. I understand it was past the time for a refund per his cancellation policy- but I thought maybe he would understand and at least refund me half. NOPE. No consideration- blunt and just said no sorry. I then contacted VRBO and the customer service agent said she would love to refund me but she will have to contact the host and I should be hearing from him. NOPE. Never heard from him. Then I get the automated check out message and replied, reminding him about our situation. His response was so rude. “Sorry- ya I have a firm policy. Hit me up next time and maybe I’ll give you a discount”. LIKE ID EVER RENT FROM HIM AGAIN! Beware if you are renting from Connor. Especially if you have kids or could possibly have something come up.

Check in process was a little cumbersome because we needed to use the parking space. If you don't need parking your check in experience will be smooth. We loved the vibe of the place. Very accommodating and well equipped with everything needed. The property manager is very protective in communication and genuinely wants to help. Great value

We were here for vacation. The condo was clean, well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The location was good for walking around Gastown and walking to the Canada convention center. Plenty of restaurants, etc. This condo is an urban experience, so there were street noises (such as sirens).

Two couples shared this accommodation for a one night stay in Vancouver post-cruise. Easy walk from cruise port with rolling luggage. Lively, historic neighborhood. Comfortable beds and wonderful kitchen/salon combination with city views. Check-in process is well-explained in detail by the host, but is different from other properties we stayed through VRBO. Good communication with host and easy check out. Would be comfortable for a longer term stay as well. Definitely would consider staying again at this property and with this host.

Fantastic stay in a clean, modern apt. high above the street life in Gastown. Plenty of room, fully equipped with a rooftop rec. area in an easily walkable neighborhood. I was really, really impressed with my communication with Connor, our host too. I had a question and he immediately returned my call to quickly help me out! Fantastic service! I'd rent with Connor next time I'm in Vancouver, BC for sure!

Beautiful roomy new and modern condo with all kitchen needs. Teenagers loved the gym and games room! Close to shopping and restaurants or just a quick cab /Uber ride away. Safe underground parking. Connor was very prompt to reply to my messages. Would recommend

A great downtown Vancouver experience for visitorsT The host was very communicative. Check in was easy. Location is superb. The apartment itself is well appointed, with all you need to entertain and host guests for dinner. The host found a crib for our 2 year old. No issues with noise in the area. Parking was simple. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was in a great location, walking distance to most things. Very clean/updated and awesome amenities, I appreciated having access to the gym. There is also a supermarket at the bottom of the building, so made it really convenient to go grocery shopping during my stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Vancouver.
